Abstract

一种电子卡连接器,其包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子及开关端子。绝缘本体包括设有导电端子收容槽道的基部及自基部三侧边向上凸伸的侧墙,其中一侧墙设有一横向贯通的开口,开口的两侧分别设有自该侧墙上表面凹设而成的开关端子卡持槽,导电端子及开关端子分别收容于对应的收容槽道和卡持槽中。电子卡连接器还设有卡持于绝缘本体两相对侧墙的固持装置,该固持装置的水平部可以有效地保护开关端子。

电子卡连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电子卡连接器,尤指一种能有效保护开关端子的电子卡连接器。
【背景技术】
随着无线通信技术的发展及高科技的日新月异,PDA及数码相机等电子设备越来越趋向于小型化发展,功能也趋于多样化,但其本身内存容量往往不能满足需求,另外将这些电子设备自身的存储内容传输到其他电子设备时不很方便,因此,电子生产商往往在这些电子设备中设置电子卡连接器以与外界的电子卡相连接,以扩大其存储容量且存储在电子卡中的内容在其他电子设备中也方便读出。
一种现有的电子卡连接器,其包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子、固持片及开关端子。绝缘本体包括设有导电端子收容槽道和开关端子卡持槽的基部及自基部三侧边向上凸伸的挡缘,其中一侧边的部分挡缘向外延伸形成一矩形端部,该矩形端部上表面设有两方形的小孔槽,其一侧的中部也设有一开关端子卡持槽,导电端子及开关端子分别收容于对应的收容槽道和卡持槽中,电子卡连接器还设有一盖体,该盖体卡扣于绝缘本体的端部上。凭借绝缘本体三侧边的挡缘与固持片的挡止定位功能,使***的电子卡与导电端子实现良好的电性接触。
然而这种设计缺陷在于:为了保护开关端子而专门设置的盖体在电子卡连接器意外跌落时极可能与绝缘本体脱落。此外,该电子卡连接器制造工艺复杂,不便于降低成本。
因此,确有必要对此电子卡连接器进行改良以解决现有技术中的上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种凭借固持装置保护开关端子的电子卡连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电子卡连接器,其包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子及开关端子。绝缘本体包括设有导电端子收容槽道的基部及自基部三侧边向上凸伸的侧墙,其中一侧墙设有一横向贯通的开口,开口的两侧分别设有自该侧墙上表面凹设而成的开关端子卡持槽,导电端子及开关端子分别收容于对应的收容槽道和卡持槽中。电子卡连接器还设有卡持于绝缘本体两相对侧墙的固持装置,该固持装置包括第一、二固持片。其中,第二固持片包括具有焊脚的卡持部、水平部及连接所述卡持部与水平部的连接部且其水平部的一端部设有向下凸出的卡持片。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电子卡连接器具有如下有益效果:第二固持片的卡持部和其一端增设的向下凸出的卡持片,使其组装更加牢固。另外,第二固持片较长的水平部可以直接充当盖体保护开关端子,制造工艺简单。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1、2所示,本实用新型电子卡连接器100包括绝缘本体10、若干导电端子20及卡持于绝缘本体10两相对侧墙的固持装置,其中,固持装置包括第一固持片301和第二固持片302。
绝缘本体10以塑料材料成型大致呈扁平板状,其包括设有若干收容导电端子20的第一收容槽道13及第二收容槽道14的基部(未标号)及自所述绝缘本体10基部的三侧边分别向上凸伸的侧墙11、12及17。第一收容槽道13与第二收容槽道14对称位于基部的两侧,且两收容槽道内分别设有嵌槽131及141。在侧墙11及12与基部相交区域靠近中部的位置处分别挖设有第一凹陷部15及第二凹陷部16,侧墙11在形成第一凹陷部15的对应位置处设置有定位第一固持片301的狭槽110,同时设在侧墙17上的矩形小孔槽171和侧墙12在形成第二凹陷部16的对应位置处设置的狭槽120一起定位第二固持片302。此外,绝缘本体10的一侧墙12设有一横向贯通的开口18,在开口18的两侧分别设有自该侧墙12上表面凹设而成的两开关端子的第一卡持槽181、第二卡持槽182。
导电端子20均具有与电子卡达成电性接触的接触部21及焊接于电路板的焊接部24,焊接部24是由固定部23向下弯折延伸形成,其中固定部23两侧向外延伸设有嵌体231,弯折部22分别与接触部21及固定部23相连。将导电端子20组装于对应的端子收容槽道以后,固定部23收容于槽道后受槽道内平台的支撑,同时其两侧的嵌体231嵌入嵌槽131及141内使导电端子与绝缘本体10配合稳定。
请参阅图2、3所示,固持装置包括第一、第二固持片301、302。第一固持片301包括一具有焊脚的卡持部3011、水平部3012及连接部3013,经由连接部3013将卡持部3011及水平部3012连成一体;第二固持片302也包括一带焊脚的卡持部3021、水平部3022及连接部3023。其中,第二固持片302的水平部3022大致可看成一矩形平板向上弯折延伸形成的且其延伸部分的端部向下凸设一卡持片3024。上述第一、二卡持片301、302分别卡持于绝缘本体10两相对的侧墙11、12上。所述固持装置组装后与绝缘本体10共同形成电子卡收容空间,通过绝缘本体10的侧墙与固持装置的挡止定位功能,使***的电子卡与导电端子实现良好的电性接触。
开关端子40包括第一开关端子41和第二开关端子42,它们分别卡持于绝缘本体侧墙开口18两侧的开关端子第一卡持槽181、第二卡持槽182中。
由于第二固持片302具有带焊脚的卡持部3021和卡持片3024双重固持作用,所以将其卡持于绝缘本体10上,其在垂直和水平方向均得到了很好的固定,不会因为翻转、移动等而使其之间发生相对移动。因此,第二固持片302能牢固的卡持于绝缘本体10侧墙上,同时能有效的保护开关端子20。

Claims (9)

1.一种电子卡连接器,其包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子及开关端子,绝缘本体设有收容槽道和卡持槽,导电端子及开关端子分别收容于对应的收容槽道和卡持槽中,其特征在于:电子卡连接器还设有固持装置,该固持装置卡持于绝缘本体上用于保护开关端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:固持装置包括第一、二固持片,第二固持片包括具有焊脚的卡持部、水平部及连接所述卡持部与水平部的连接部且其水平部的一端部设有向下凸伸的卡持片。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:第二固持片的水平部大致为一矩形平板向上弯折延伸形成的。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体侧边分别向上凸伸形成侧墙,其中一侧墙设有一横向贯通的开口,在开口的两侧分别设有自该侧墙上表面凹设而成的开关端子卡持槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:开关端子包括第一开关端子及第二开关端子,它们分别卡持于绝缘本体一侧墙开口两侧的卡持槽中,且两开关端子安装后大致成直角。
6.如权利要求4所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:固持装置卡持于绝缘本体两相对的侧墙上。
7.如权利要求5所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:具有开口的侧墙的一端部设有一与第二固持片的卡持片相配合的矩形小孔槽。
8.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子对称收容于绝缘本体上的端子收容槽中。
9.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置具有两焊脚且两焊脚向外延伸的方向一致。
