Abstract
本发明是以粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩为轻质骨料,氧化镁、氯化镁、改性淀粉粘合剂为混合胶结剂,制得一种生产工艺简单、成本低、强度高、防水隔热保温性能好、比重轻、不变形、用途广泛的轻质复合材料,可广泛用于建筑、装饰、包装、农业等领域。
Description
本发明属于一种以菱镁材料为主要原料的用途广泛的轻质复合材料的生产方法。
目前菱镁材料由于具有耐高温,有一定的韧性,可锯、可刨、可钉,价格低,可以模制成型等优点,已日益扩大其应用范围,但以菱镁材料为主要原料的轻质复合材料,目前存在主要问题,不是抗水性差,易变形,或抗压、抗折强度不理想,就是工艺复杂,价格高,缺少产品竞争力,限制了其进一步发展。
本发明目的是设计一种工艺简单、增强补弱效果显著、成本又低廉、用途十分广泛的轻质复合材料生产配方,使其能很好用于建筑、包装、装饰、农业等领域,为广大企业所接受。
本发明配方中主要增加一种成本低廉,经过化学改性,具有较高粘接强度和抗水性的淀粉粘合剂。该粘合剂经试验与菱镁材料十分亲和,易混合,它与菱镁粘接材料、轻质骨料形成一个互相交联网络,增强效果十分显著,制品强度高,不变形,抗水性强,有较高的应用价值。
本发明配方(按重量比):以轻质骨料(包括粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩等)为100份,则氧化镁用量5-80份,氯化镁3-40份,改性淀粉胶5-80份,各组份用量根据所制产品的要求不同,有较大的不同。其工艺是:当产品确定后,先按一定比例称取各组份干料,并将干料全部混匀,最后加入改性淀粉胶湿料与全部干料混匀,以手握成团,抛地能散开为宜。然后将拌匀的湿料或振动模压成型,或加入成型设备挤压成型。一般4小时内固化,脱模。继续养护一周后可包装出厂。
本发明的轻质复合材料可广泛用于建筑节能产品、墙体砌块、护墙板、天花隔墙板;包装业中制作代替木板箱、蜂窝纸箱、包装机电产品;装饰业中线条、线板、装饰门板;农业上用作大棚支架等。与同类产品相比具有生产工艺简单、设备投资少、产品成本低,产品性能好、防火、隔热、保温效果好,而且可刨、可锯、可钉、可模具成型、不变形、抗水性能好、强度高等优点,具有广泛用途。
实施例:以生产建筑保温护墙板为例:称取膨胀珍珠岩100公斤,氧化镁50公斤,氯化镁22公斤,将干料混合拌匀,然后加入改性淀粉胶40公斤-43公斤与全部干料混合拌匀,最后一一模压成型,固化后脱模即成产品。

- 一种用途广泛的轻质复合材料的生产方法,其特征是按重量比,以粉煤灰、膨胀珍珠岩为主的轻质骨料为100份,则氧化镁5-80份,氯化镁3-40份,改性淀粉粘合剂5-80份,先将各组份干料混合拌匀,然后将改性淀粉粘合剂湿料与拌匀的干料混合均匀,即可模压成型或挤压成型,制得本发明的用途广泛的轻质复合材料。
