Claims (2)
- 防腐复合滤料的制造方法,其特征是:1、复合针刺毡的制造在普通玻璃纤维基布的两面上,敷一层由聚苯硫醚纤维短丝和玻璃纤维短切丝混合而成的短丝层,短丝层的厚度为0.5~1.5mm。短丝层中聚苯硫醚纤维为15~85%,玻璃纤维短切丝为15~85%。在其一面上再复一层聚苯硫醚面纱。面纱的规格为50~150g/m2。然后将短丝层和面纱经针刺成毡。
- 2、防腐处理液的浸涂及压膜2-1防腐处理液的配制技术配方成分 重量百分比 单位60%聚四氟乙烯分散液 15~30 Kg55%耐温硅油乳液 70~85 Kg将上述两种原料混合,充分搅拌均匀,然后加水,制成处理液,使有效浓度在5~20%。2-2浸涂及压膜将针刺毡浸涂防腐处理液,防腐处理液的浸涂是将处理液盛于处理液槽内,处理液槽安装在烘干定型炉或拉幅定型机的前部,针刺毡先通过处理液槽,浸涂处理液后再被输送至烘干定型炉或拉幅定型机上进行干燥定型,使处理液在针刺毡表面形成一层复膜。然后将制成的复膜针刺毡送至压光机上高温压膜,温度在240~260℃,使聚苯硫醚纤维软化,与处理液形成本体膜,牢固地敷在针刺毡上。
