技术领域
本发明基于具有高光输出和高色温的低压放电灯用发光材料组合物。为此,该发光材料组合物含有选自用铕掺杂的氧化钇和用铈和锰掺杂的钆-锌-镁五硼酸盐的在红光波长范围内发射的发光材料、选自用铈和铽掺杂的磷酸镧和/或用铽掺杂的铈-镁铝酸盐和/或用铽掺杂的铈-镁五硼酸盐的在绿光波长范围内发射的发光物质和可能存在的用铕掺杂的钡镁铝酸盐型的在蓝光波长范围内发光的发光材料。
背景技术
低压放电灯(它们现在是直管荧光灯或者紧凑型荧光灯)的使用者最近愈发感兴趣的是获得在操作时具有在有机体上的活性作用的灯。现在测量结果表明,电磁光谱的可见部分对人体组织有生理影响。特别强调的是,人眼含有与睡眠激素褪黑激素的激素平衡调节起活性关联作用的受体。这些受体尤其在蓝色范围内敏感,其中最大敏感度约在450-470nm范围内。
因此人们在寻求能够满足该要求的发光材料组合物。同时,迄今常规荧光灯所具有的普通彩色再现指数方面不应具有显著下降。除了对良好的彩色再现指数的要求之外,从灯发出的光通量应当尽可能高。难点现在在于,高的光通量和非常好的彩色再现是矛盾的要求,因为高的光通量要求在绿色中的最大光强度,而良好的彩色再现的前提是在所有波长上的类似于黑体辐射的光强度分布,因而与第一个要求相矛盾。
发明内容
该项任务在具有权利要求1的前序部分的特征的发光材料组合物情况下通过权利要求1的特征部分的特征得以解决。特别有利的实施方案在从属权利要求中给出。
本发明的基本理念在于,在低压放电灯情况下相对于在电学数据方面堪相比较的常规低压放电灯对人体组织提供增强的有效作用。这种作用通过提高相关的蓝色份额进行,该蓝色份额在此通过作为技术参数引入的所谓生理节奏作用因子定义。该生理节奏作用因子描述了用接受敏感度曲线计算得的辐照出的辐照功率的有效部分对总光通量的比率。其中光通量是用光谱眼睛敏感度(在常规亮度敏感度方面)测得的辐照功率。即其涉及两种在辐照功率上积分的比率,在一种情况下利用在有效受光器(Lichtrezeptor)上的生理节奏作用的权重作用,在另一种情况下(在光通量情况下)利用人眼的光谱亮度敏感度。
术语生理节奏作用因子以及术语光通量是引入的技术量纲。参见在Prof.Dr.Dietrich Gall在杂志“Licht”,2002年7-8月刊的公开中的定义。但是,必须考虑到基础的生理机理依赖于不同的参数,例如适应暗处的眼睛与适应亮处的眼睛的反应有偏差。这还基于有关在蓝色光谱中恰当生理节奏活性分布细节的不同科学观点,特别是依赖于明暗适应,而这在此不应作进一步地解释。
其中,本发明另外具有下面的优点,即这些灯不仅起到使人精神恢复的作用和提高身体和精神上的效率,而且使用者还能主观上感觉到精神恢复。其原因在于由于蓝色部分增强而更白的光。由此可以实现更加反差明显的和更不易疲劳的视线和特别是阅读以及鲜明的和自然的彩色再现。因此,低压放电灯的原来功能在本发明的情况下不仅得以保持,而且在相应的设计下甚至还得以改善。优选的特别是8000K的色温和大于80的彩色再现指数值Ra。通过加入相应的蓝色发光材料还可以考虑不超过20000K的色温。所述彩色再现指数也是引入的参数并表示肤色与其外观和相应灯的发光的符合程度。对此,颜色变异性按照德国工业标准DIN 6169规格化的8种测试色彩确定并计算相应的指数值。理论上最优的灯实现了Ra=100的值。
测试已经表明,通过另外引入在蓝色波长区域发射的用锰和铕掺杂的锰-锶-钡-镁铝酸盐发光材料可以获得0.8-1.2的生理节奏作用因子。
为了获得特别高的生理节奏作用因子和同时大于80的彩色再现指数Ra,用铕掺杂的氧化钇发光材料的重量含量有利地为30-50%,优选更好地为35-41%。
如果作为红色发光材料除了用铕掺杂的氧化钇发光材料外还可以添加用铈和锰掺杂的钆-锌-镁五硼酸盐发光材料,则用铈和锰掺杂的钆-锌-镁五硼酸盐发光材料的重量含量有利地为5-30%。
作为绿色发光材料组分有利地为选自用铈或铽掺杂的磷酸镧和/或用铽掺杂的铈-镁铝酸盐和/或用铽掺杂的铈-镁五硼酸盐的发光材料或者发光材料组合。用铈和铽掺杂的磷酸镧发光材料的重量含量应当为22-40%,优选为30-34%。
作为蓝色发光材料组分可以任选地使用用铕掺杂的钡-镁铝酸盐发光材料,其中在总发光材料组合物中的重量组分有利地为10-20%,更好地为13-17%。
作为其它的蓝色或者蓝绿色发光材料组分,所述发光材料组合物还含有至少一种选自用锰和铕掺杂的锰-锶-钡-镁铝酸盐或者用铕和锰掺杂的钡-镁铝酸盐或者用铕掺杂的铝酸锶或者用铕掺杂的锶-钡-钙-氯代磷灰石或者用铕掺杂的硼磷酸锶的发光材料。
用锰和铕掺杂的锰-锶-钡-镁铝酸盐发光材料的重量含量为10-20%,有利地为13-17%。
对于用铕和锰掺杂的铝酸钡镁发光材料,重量含量有利地为7-35%,更好地为10-30%。
有利地,在用铕掺杂的铝酸锶发光材料情况下,重量含量为3-15%,更好地为4-10%。
对于用铕掺杂的硼磷酸锶发光材料而言,在发光材料组合物中的重量含量优选为3-15%,更好地为4-10%。
在发光材料组合物中还可以含有3-20%、更好地5-15%重量含量的用铕和锰掺杂的铝酸钡镁发光材料和20-35%、更好地为25-32%重量含量的用铕掺杂的锶-钡-钙-氯代磷灰石发光材料作为额外的蓝绿色组分。
所述发光材料组合物优选以单一的发光材料混合物形式施加到放电容器的内侧并在此由单层构成。然而,同样有利的是,以多层形式施加发光材料层。
此外,在放电容器的内侧和一个或者多个发光材料层之间可以施加由Al2O3、Y2O3或者稀土氧化物组成的保护层。

-在红光波长范围内发光的发光材料,其为用铕掺杂的氧化钇,
-在绿光波长范围内发光的发光材料,其为用铈和铽掺杂的磷酸镧,和
-至少一种在蓝光或者蓝绿光波长范围内发光的发光材料,
其特征在于,
-所述用铕掺杂的氧化钇构成发光材料组合物的30-50重量%,
-所述用铈和铽掺杂的磷酸镧构成发光材料组合物的22-40重量%,和
-所述至少一种在蓝光或者蓝绿光波长范围内发光的发光材料为:
-构成发光材料组合物的7-35重量%的用铕和锰掺杂的铝酸钡镁,或
-构成发光材料组合物的10-20重量%的用锰和铕掺杂的锰-锶-钡-镁铝酸盐,或
