Abstract

本发明涉及一种发动机的空滤器出管密封结构,包括有工程塑料制作的管本体和密封橡胶套。在管本体的两端的连接部位的内壁开有定位槽,密封橡胶套上有对应的定位凸起,利用橡胶的弹性卡入管本体的定位槽中,密封紧固时紧固在塑料管本体上。本发明采用了整体成型的工程塑料管本体,既通过管本体的工程塑料保证了空滤器出管的刚度,强度,又通过橡胶套保证了管接头的密封性,结构实施十分简单。并且由于出管本体是工程塑料,故在出管本体的任意位置都可以设置进气消音器,而不影响出管的强度和刚度。

一种发动机的空滤器出管密封结构
                        技术领域
本发明属于发动机技术领域,具体涉及一种发动机的管密封结构。
                        背景技术
现在汽车发动机上空滤器出管多采用单一的材料。例如:有的采用橡胶,橡胶材料的柔软性虽然能够满足接头密封性能,但是在迎合发动机急加速、急减速工况时却又因为其本身的柔软性使其刚度不够,在此情形下不得不增加橡胶管的壁厚。有的采用工程塑料,刚度够,但是接头密封性能难以保证,不得不采用变壁厚的办法,增加了制造成本。也有采用橡塑组合结构,虽然可以兼顾密封性和刚度,但是制作工序较繁琐。
                        发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种针对发动机的管密封的新结构,既保证其具有一定的刚度,又具有很好的密封性,并且结构简单。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发动机的空滤器出管密封结构包括有工程塑料制作的管本体和保证密封的密封橡胶套。在管本体的两端的连接部位的内壁开有定位槽,密封橡胶套上有对应的定位凸起,利用橡胶的弹性卡入管本体的定位槽中,密封紧固时紧固在塑料管本体上,由于塑料本身也有弹性,力传递到橡胶套上,便通过橡胶更好的弹性和柔软性来保证了管的密封。
在管本体上的定位槽设计有两圈,对应密封橡胶套上的定位凸起也有两圈,这样可以保证连接的稳定性,也可以限制橡胶套的移动。
本发明采用了整体成型的工程塑料管本体,既通过管本体的工程塑料保证了空滤器出管的刚度,强度,又通过橡胶套保证了管接头的密封性,结构实施十分简单。并且由于出管本体是工程塑料,故在出管本体的任意位置都可以设置进气消音器,而不影响出管的强度和刚度。

                      具体实施方式
参见图1,本密封结构由工程塑料为材料的管本体1和橡胶密封套2组成,结合图2可见,在管本体1的两端的连接部位的内壁开有两圈定位槽3,密封橡胶套2上有对应的两圈定位凸起4,卡于定位槽3中。

1、发动机空滤器出管密封结构,包括工程塑料的管本体,其特征在于:在管本体的两端的连接部位的内壁开有定位槽,密封橡胶套的对应定位凸起卡于定位槽中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发动机空滤器出管密封结构,其特征在于:所述管本体的定位槽有两圈,对应密封橡胶套上的定位凸起也有两圈。
