人工草皮——也称作人工草地或者人工草坪运动场——通常被提供作为毯状地面被覆,该地面被覆通常具有被固定到衬底板上并且从衬底板向上伸出的或多或少的直立的单根细丝或者复丝股线。股线可以由塑性材料的薄且扁平的丝线形成。股线可以聚集成簇,该簇被固定到衬底板上。衬底板通常具有织物或者织物状结构并且通常也由塑性材料制成。

本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于制造人工草皮地面被覆的股线的丝线,它展示了对人体的更低的摩擦系数,同时又足够硬并且具有弹性从而展示了良好的硬度并且即使在重复的变形之后能够恢复。
依照本发明,通过提供一种如权利要求1所述的丝线来实现这个目的。本发明也可以体现在如权利要求10所述的人工草皮地面被覆中,其中,股线由依照权利要求11的运动场所用的这种丝线形成,该运动场包括这种人工地面被覆,本发明并且体现在依照权利要求12用于制造这种丝线的方法中。
已经发现,当与在更大变形之后比拉伸的高密度聚乙烯具有更好的恢复性能的拉伸材料的芯部组合时,提供高密度聚乙烯外部层,尽管位于在股线弯曲时经受最大变形的丝线部分中,也会产生如下的股线,即在较大变形之后它不会产生显著的较差的恢复性能,而这通常与拉伸的高密度聚乙烯相关。因为高密度聚乙烯与人体皮肤的摩擦系数低,所以可以获得相对于人体皮肤的特别低的摩擦的人工草皮,避免了通常与高密度聚乙烯相关的在变形之后较差的恢复性能。
在从属权利要求中对本发明的特定实施例进行了说明。

具体实施方式
首先参照本发明当前最优选的实施例来描述本发明。
图1所示的人工运动场的样品包括地面部分1和覆盖地面的人工草皮地面被覆2。可以在地面1和被覆2之间设置附加层,例如,用于平整地面中的凹凸不平、用于减震和/或用于吸收水分。依据这个实例的人工草皮被覆2包括衬垫3和间隔很近的U形簇4,以及形成人工草叶的扁平且弯曲的窄带或股线5。股线5被固定在包括织物6和粘合层7的衬垫上。例如,织物可以由防风雨的塑料例如聚丙烯或尼龙纤维材料制成。
簇4***围绕着形成基板的纤维或者穿过纤维,并且由粘合层7的粘着材料保持在适当的位置,织物6和簇4部分地嵌入粘合层7中。从衬垫3向上伸出的股线5的端部例如可以像所示出的那样被原纤化,以便使人工草皮具有更光滑的外观、更软的触觉特性并且改善它的液体保留特性。还可以提供成型的横截面来进一步增强光滑的外观和柔软的触觉特性。
从衬垫3测量的绒头(pile)的高度优选在1和8厘米之间。如果绒头相对高,可以使用填料例如沙子和/或橡胶或其它颗粒来部分填充在绒头中,以便使股线不易于被完全压平紧贴垫。股线5的宽度优选在0.5和20毫米之间,相对宽的股线优选具有带的形式,该带由具有纵向凹槽和肋的膜得到(参见图3)。每个簇4的叶片的数目优选在1和12之间。丝线的厚度优选大约为0.04至0.2毫米。如果簇由具有凹槽60和肋61的成型的带制成,那么在使用中或者做为特殊的处理步骤的结果,叶片就可以很容易地劈成许多叶片,直至邻近织物6的地方。例如这样可以获得精细的草皮而只需处理有限数目的带,例如对于每个簇为一个到三个或者直至六个带。
依照图1所示的实例的人工草皮地面被覆2的股线5使用的丝线是由单根细丝4形成的,该单根细丝4由具有芯部层8和两个外部层9的带切成或者劈成,其中每个外部层9位于芯部层8的两个相对的侧之一上(图2)。外部层9的材料与芯部层8的材料不同。芯部层8至少包含聚酯或聚烯烃材料,并且每个外部层9都包含高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)。因为丝线是单丝结构,所以制造股线时就不需要缠绕丝线,并且就不存在因为解开股线而导致的加速磨损的可能性。
制造依照本实例的丝线包括挤压出芯部层8和外部层9并且使这些层形成多层结构,其中芯部层8位于两个所述外部层9之间。优选通过联合挤压这些层来同时进行层8、9的挤压。
如果运动员的皮肤在依照本实例的人工草皮被覆2上滑过,那么事实上皮肤仅仅与带形股线5的外部上的HDPE材料发生接触。HDPE与人体表皮材料之间具有非常低的摩擦系数,这样,就相对减小了受伤和显著的皮肤灼烧的风险。尽管在带形细丝材料的外部层中使用了拉伸的HDPE,且该材料在大的变形之后恢复性能相对差,但是具有如所提出的丝线的人工草皮显示了与由芯部材料单独形成的丝线类似的恢复性能,而不管HDPE在股线5的弯曲过程中位于材料中距离中性线最远的部分中。
另外,改善了人工草皮的耐用性,因为HDPE层抑制了材料在使用中原纤化的倾向。
芯部层优选含有聚丙烯、聚丙烯和橡胶的混合物、聚丙烯和聚乙烯的嵌段共聚物、或者线性低密度聚丙烯、或者聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。因此,可以在各层间获得良好的粘附,这对辅助HDPE外部层在大的变形之后的恢复也很有利。这有助于抵消股线的永久变形。
如果外部层的总厚度最多为多层材料的厚度的50%并且优选最多为15至25%,也会有利于股线5很好地恢复形状。即使外部层发生永久变形,对股线的总体形状的影响也保持为相对有限,因为一旦外部层9发生了永久变形,那么外部层9越薄,芯部层8就更进一步地将股线5压回到至少接近它的初始位置。因此同样有利的是每个外部层的厚度小于50微米并且优选小于20微米。另外,丝线的最小总体厚度至少为100微米以有利于容纳相对厚的芯部层。
依照本实例的材料已经沿纵向方向以1∶6的拉伸比例被拉伸。通过优选以至少为1∶3至1∶4的拉伸比例进行拉伸,可以增大材料的抗拉强度,并由此增大了材料的弯曲载荷,在该弯曲载荷处材料会发生永久变形。另外,芯部材料例如聚丙烯在拉伸之后往往会过于容易地过原纤化。HDPE外部层保护丝线不受这种过原纤化,以便可以施加拉伸而不会存在已知的增大过原纤化的缺点。
用于形成多股线簇54的带54的图示如图3所示,其中HDPE外部层被凹槽60中断。实际上通常具有更加光滑的形状的带54在它的两个相对的侧的每一个上具有平行的、纵向的、交替的肋61和凹槽60的图案。挤压出的带54的一侧中的凹槽60每个都与带54的另一相对的侧中的凹槽60在直径上对置。
表面中具有凹槽60的带54优选由膜切削而成,该膜从在两侧上具有成型的唇部的模中被挤压出,用于形成凹槽60的这些凸出具有优选大于它们的宽度的高度,这些凸出的高度优选至少为它们的宽度的1.5倍,更为优选的是大约为2倍,该宽度在各个凸出伸出距离的的一半处测得。
凹槽60形成保护带54防止过原纤化的HDPE层59的中断。为了用于人工地面被覆,优选在两侧上具有肋61和凹槽60的图案的带54提供了如下的优点,即带54可以很容易地如所示那样通过劈裂62在某种程度上随机地劈开或者过原纤化,这有利于形成自然的外观,但是仅仅或者主要沿着凹槽60所确定的线,因此,在很大程度上防止了会减小草坪的总体回弹力的随机过原纤化。成型的带中的劈裂通常比通过未成型的膜获得的带和丝线中的劈裂更紧密地沿着纤维主体之间的织物带(web)。类似地,在这样的带中,即带的相对的侧中具有彼此完全相反地对置的凹槽60,劈裂经过纤维主体传播的频率往往小于由膜得到丝线或者带中的劈裂,该膜仅仅在一侧上成型,从而提高了人工草皮的耐用性。避免由凹槽形成的劈裂的局部中断作用也可以通过由其它材料形成的外部层和芯部层来实现,其中外部层保护芯部层不会劈裂。
在依据本实例的带中,凹槽60也在芯部层58中延伸一定的距离。这也为凹槽60的劈裂导向作用提供了另外的支持。
将由膜54获得的带沿纵向劈成多根纤维或者多组纤维,可以例如通过使带承受剪切载荷和/或具有横向分量的载荷来进行。可以通过简单的方式进行这种方式的劈裂,例如通过提供光滑的或者沿着与轴向相反的方向逐渐变细的连续的辊子,所述带54在所述棍子上导向。横向拉应力例如可以通过提供辊子来产生,其中这些辊子的圆周表面沿轴向横截面具有鲨鱼齿或者波纹的形状。使这样切削而成的膜或者带受到剪切载荷或者具有横向分量的拉伸载荷的作用同样可以通过将带形膜段缠绕成缠绕站(twinning station)(未示出)中的丝线来进行。
特定的优点是该簇最初可以是未劈开的或者仅仅部分地劈开,而这会在膜的制造期间和/或将膜制成带的期间发生。这接下来又允许制造具有如下的簇的地面被覆,这些簇每个都包含簇的材料的非常有限根股线或者甚至一根股线,这便于生产。在带的处理过程中,和/或在使用时,通过对这种高速清洁或者梳理进行特殊的后处理,簇的材料可以劈成多个更像草状的股线。这可以产生如下的结构,即带将不会在织物6的区域中劈开或者劈开很少(图1),而在距离织物6更远的地方劈开更多,其中带被固定到织物6上。
凹槽60的底部区域包括相对尖锐的内部边缘,这个特征会显著地提高所示的膜54沿着由相对的成对的凹槽60形成的织物带的精确的劈裂。这些尖锐的内部边缘增大了通过相对的成对的凹槽60形成的织物带中的应力集中。另外,芯部层58优选由比外部层59更容易劈开的材料形成。
在图4中,具有扁平横截面并且由带得到的丝线被示为具有芯部层28和外部层29、39。丝线一侧上的外部层29具有不同于丝线另一侧上的外部层39的颜色。通过向人工草皮提供扁平丝线的股线,其中丝线一侧的颜色和/或色调和另一侧不同,可以得到外观非常具有吸引力的人工草皮。如果丝线包括不同于上面所提出的其它材料,并且即使丝线包括两层或者单结构层,也可以获得这种效果。在后面的实施例中,需要对丝线的至少一侧施加颜色。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于人工草皮地面被覆的股线的丝线,包括具有芯部层(8;58)和两个外部层(9;59)的带形细丝(4;54),两个外部层的材料与芯部层(8;58)的材料不同并且与芯部层(8;58)联合挤压出,每个外部层在芯部层(8;58)的两个相对的侧之一上,
芯部层(8;58)包含聚酯和/或聚烯烃材料,并且
外部层(9;59)包含高密度聚乙烯。
2.如权利要求1所述的丝线,其特征在于,芯部层(8;58)包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯或者来自包括聚丙烯、聚丙烯和橡胶的混合物、聚丙烯和聚乙烯的嵌段共聚物以及线性低密度聚丙烯的组中的聚烯烃材料。
3.如权利要求1或者2所述的丝线,其特征在于,外部层(9;59)的总厚度最多为丝线的厚度的50%。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的丝线,其特征在于,每个外部层(9;59)的厚度小于50微米并且优选小于20微米。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的丝线,其特征在于,所述材料已经以至少为1∶3的拉伸比例沿纵向方向拉伸。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的丝线,其特征在于,丝线为单丝带结构。
7.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的丝线,其特征在于,带形细丝(54)包括延伸穿过至少一个外部层(59)至芯部层(58)的纵向延伸的多个凹槽(60)。
8.如权利要求7所述的丝线,其特征在于,凹槽在带形细丝(54)的相对的侧中布置成成对地彼此完全相反地对置。
9.如权利要求7或者8所述的丝线,其特征在于,凹槽(60)具有延伸到芯部层(59)中的底部,
芯部层(8;58)至少包含聚酯或者聚烯烃材料,并且
外部层(9;59)包含高密度聚乙烯。
10.一种人工草皮地面被覆,包括衬底板(3)和被固定到衬底板(3)并从衬底板(3)向上伸出的股线(5),其中,股线(5)由如上述权利要求中任一项所述的丝线形成。
11.如权利要求10所述的地面被覆,其特征在于,股线束被劈裂分开成如权利要求7-9中任一项所述的至少一个带形细丝(54)的多个部分所述部分从股线被固定的区域中的共同的带形细丝部分伸出。
12.一种运动场,包括地面层(1)和如权利要求10所述的覆盖地面层(1)的人工草皮地面被覆(2)。
13.一种用于生产形成人工草皮地面被覆的股线的丝线的方法,包括
挤压出至少由聚酯或者聚烯烃材料形成的芯部层(8;58),以及
挤压出包含高密度聚乙烯的外部层(9;59),和
使所述层(8,9)形成多层结构,其中芯部层(8;58)位于所述的两个外部层(9;59)之间。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述芯部层(8;58)和所述外部层(9;59)的挤压以及使所述层(8,9)形成所述结构通过联合挤压出所述层(8,9)来同时进行。
15.如权利要求13或者14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述材料以至少为1∶3的拉伸比例沿纵向方向拉伸。
