Abstract

本发明公开了一种混凝土泵液压***辅助蓄能增流装置,该装置具有带输入端P和输出端B的联接油路1,输入端P与输出端B之间的油路上接有一单向阀11,单向阀11与输入端P之间的油路上接一蓄能器10及一带有输出端T的溢流阀12。压力油从输入端P进入,向蓄能器蓄能并经单向阀11向外输出动力油。输出端B的油路压力控制蓄能器10的蓄能状态。溢流阀12设定溢流压力,溢出的液压油经输出端T流回油箱。工作油路装置分配阀油路换向过程中,本装置释放相应的动力油补充其需求。分配阀油路不换向时,本装置也向工作油路装置提供动力油。本装置技术方案可靠,油泵运行平稳。

Description

一种混凝土泵液压***辅助蓄能增流装置(二)
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土泵液压***辅助蓄能增流装置。
背景技术
混凝土泵的液压***在混凝土泵中完成混凝土的泵送、分配和搅拌装置的驱动功能。现有的液压***,一种由工作油路装置和搅拌油路装置构成,即所谓双泵供油,参见图5;一种由泵送油路装置、分配油路装置和搅拌油路装置构成,即所谓三泵供油,参见图4。它们都缺少辅助蓄能增流装置。当主油泵工作在恒功率控制区时,前者常因油泵压力升高、排量下降而出现分配阀油缸动力不足的现象,而且油路液压冲击较大;后者的分配阀油路恒压泵在最大排量和最小排量间频繁转换工作状态,导致其工作寿命缩短,故障率上升,而且油泵效能未能充分发挥。上述缺陷对混凝土泵的工作可靠性产生不利影响,并增加了产品的制造和维护成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种混凝土泵液压***辅助蓄能增流装置,该装置能有助于消除分配阀油缸动力不足的现象,改善液压***工作状态,提高混凝土泵液压***的工作性能、效率和可靠性。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种混凝土泵液压***辅助蓄能增流装置,该装置,参见图1,具有联接油路1,该联接油路1具有输入端P和输出端B,其技术特点是,所述输入端P与输出端B之间的油路上还连接有一个单向阀11,该单向阀11与输入端P之间的油路上连接有一个蓄能器10和一个带有输出端T的溢流阀12。
本发明的工作原理是,参见图2~3,辅助蓄能增流装置的压力油由油泵提供,所述油泵可以是变量泵,也可以是定量泵;压力油从该装置输入端P进入,向蓄能器10蓄能并经单向阀11从输出端B向外输出动力油。溢流阀12的设置在这里主要起使油路不过载的安全保障作用。利用溢流阀12设定本装置溢流压力,压力溢流经输出端T流回油箱。本辅助蓄能增流装置的蓄能能力随装置内液压油压力的变化而变化。压力增加,蓄能和释能的能力增大。该压力变化自动适应于工作油路装置的油路压力的变化。输出端B的油路压力控制蓄能器10的蓄能状态。工作油路装置分配阀油路换向过程中,辅助蓄能增流装置释放相应的动力油补充其需求;在分配阀油路不换向的状态下,辅助蓄能增流装置也向工作油路装置提供动力油。
本发明的有益效果是,本装置的上述技术方案及其特性使得工作油路装置的可靠性和工作性能得到有效地提高和增强,使向其供油的油泵能在平稳的工作状态下运行。

具体实施方式
按照图1和上述结构的本发明之一种混凝土泵液压***辅助蓄能增流装置的实施例,有液压胶管管接的联接油路1,联接油路1一端为输入端P,另一端为输出端B。单向阀11采用型号为S10的市售单向阀产品。蓄能器10采用型号为XL4的市售蓄能器产品。溢流阀12采用型号为DB10的市售溢流阀产品。
从图2~3可以看到,变量(定量)泵3提供液压油给辅助蓄能增流装置,液压油从输入端P进入,从输出端B输出。经过单向阀(11)由输出端B输出的压力油与工作油路装置的压力油区相通,工作油路装置的油路压力控制辅助蓄能增流装置的油路压力和蓄能状态。当工作油路装置处于泵送状态(主油缸16动作)时,辅助蓄能增流装置的蓄电器10进行等压蓄能,完成蓄能后向工作油路装置提供动力油;泵送压力增大,蓄能压力和容积也增大。当工作油路装置处于换向状态(分配阀油缸19动作)时,蓄能器10的能量释放,和主油泵2一起,保证换向过程的压力和流量需要。尤其当主油泵2工作在恒功率区(泵送压力增大,油泵排量减少)时,辅助蓄能增流装置能保证工作油路装置正常完成其换向过程。与此同时,油泵3始终工作在平稳状态。

Claims (1)

1、一种混凝土泵液压***辅助蓄能增流装置,具有联接油路(1),该联接油路(1)具有输入端P和输出端B,其特征是,所述输入端P与输出端B之间的油路上连接有一个单向阀(11),该单向阀(11)与输入端P之间的油路上还连接有一个蓄能器(10)和一个带有输出端T的溢流阀(12)。
