Abstract
本发明公开了一种用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,包含(a)包含矿物油和/或合成油的基础油,和引入其中的基于整个组合物,(b)1-50质量%的硫基特压剂和(c)0-30质量%的羧酸的酯;和一种用于加工金属的方法,包括将金属切削液组合物以雾形式供给。金属切削液组合物不太昂贵,以及在加工金属时具有高宽容度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物和一种用于金属加工的方法。更尤其,本发明涉及一种在金属加工如切割,研磨,辊压,拉伸和锻造中用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物和一种使用该组合物用于金属加工的方法。
背景技术
作为金属切削液,一般来说,使用通过将各种添加剂加入矿物油而得到的不溶于水的流体或通过将各种添加剂加入矿物油和合成油而得到和在用水稀释之后使用的可溶于水的流体。近年来,要求由于环境问题而减少废流体的量和减少电力的消耗。因此,研究了使用雾形式流体用于金属加工的方法。因为在金属切削液以雾形式使用时雾被排放至大气,提出了各种可生物降解的流体。例如,使用可生物降解的植物油作为金属切削液的方法公开于日本专利申请延迟公开Nos.Heisei10(1998)-86036和Heisei 11(1995)-246881。但这些油比矿物油和合成油更昂贵且可加工性需要改进。因此,需要一种不太昂贵和具有优异的可加工性的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物。
在日本专利申请延迟公开No.2001-49279中,公开了一种使用特定甲基丙烯酸酯-基聚合物作为添加剂的用于加工金属材料的方法。但因为雾的直径由于甲基丙烯酸酯-基聚合物的加入而增加,雾在管道内形成液滴且所形成的液滴附着到管道上,从而降低喷射的效率。
本发明是为了克服以上缺陷且其目的之一是提供一种不太昂贵和具有优异的可加工性的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物和一种使用该组合物用于金属加工的方法。
本发明的公开内容
本发明人在深入研究之后发现,本发明的目的可通过将硫-基特压剂和,如果需要,羧酸的酯加入到基础油中而有效地实现。本发明已在该认识的基础上完成。
本发明归纳如下:
(1)一种用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,它包括(a)包含至少一种矿物油和合成油的基础油和,基于整个组合物的量,(b)1-50%质量的硫-基特压剂和(c)0-30%质量的羧酸的酯;
(2)描述于(1)的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,包含基于量整个组合物的50-90%质量的组分(a);
(3)描述于任何一项(1)和(2)的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,其中组分(b)包含至少一种二烃基聚硫化物和硫化油和脂肪;
(4)描述于任何一项(1)-(3)的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,其中组分(c)是至少一种油,脂肪和不为油或脂肪的甘油三酯;和
(5)一种用于金属加工的方法,包括将描述于任何一项(1)-(4)的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物以雾形式供给。
实现本发明的最优选实施方案
以下具体地描述本发明。作为构成本发明用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物的组分(a)的基础油,可以使用矿物油,合成油或这些油的混合物。矿物油和合成油并不特别限定,只要这些油用作金属切削液的基础油。优选的是,矿物油和合成油在40℃下的动态粘度是1-100mm2/s和更优选3-50mm2/s。如果动态粘度超过以上范围,有可能不能形成雾。如果动态粘度小于以上范围,可加工性由于高挥发性而变差,而且不能保持可加工性如切割性能。作为基础油在低温下的流动性的指数,倾点并不特别限定。优选的是,倾点是-10℃或更低。
各种矿物油和合成油可用作基础油。基础油可按照场合而合适地选自这些油。矿物油的例子包括通过石蜡粗油,中间体粗油和环烷酸粗油的常压蒸馏而得到的蒸馏油,通过常压蒸馏的残余油的真空蒸馏而得到的蒸馏油和按照常规工艺通过纯化以上油而得到的纯化油如用溶剂纯化的油,通过氢化而纯化的油,通过脱蜡而处理的油和用粘土处理的油。
合成油的例子包括聚-α-烯烃,α-烯烃共聚物,聚丁烯,烷基苯,多元醇的酯,二元酸的酯,聚氧基亚烷基二醇,聚氧基亚烷基二醇的酯,聚氧基亚烷基二醇的酯和硅氧烷油。
这些基础油可单独,两种或多种结合或与矿物油和合成油结合使用。
优选的是,组分(a)在金属切削液组合物中的量是基于整个金属切削液组合物的量的50-98%质量。如果基础油的量低于以上范围,有可能不能形成雾。如果量超过以上范围,不能保持可加工性如切割性能。
构成本发明用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物的组分(b)的硫-基特压剂并不特别限定,只要该试剂在分子中具有硫原子和可以是溶解或均匀分散在润滑油的基础油中,这样可表现出特压剂的作用。硫-基特压剂的例子包括硫化油和脂肪,硫化脂肪酸,硫化酯,硫化烯烃,二烃基聚硫化物,硫代氨基甲酸酯,硫代萜烯和硫代二丙酸二烷基酯。硫化油和脂肪通过硫或具有硫的化合物与油和脂肪如猪油,鲸油,植物油和鱼油反应而得到。硫的含量并不特别限定。一般来说,优选的是,硫的含量是5-30%质量。硫化油和脂肪的例子包括硫化猪油,硫化油菜籽油,硫化蓖麻油,硫化大豆油和硫化米糠油。硫化脂肪酸的例子包括硫化油酸。脂肪酸的硫化酯的例子包括硫化油酸甲酯和米糠脂肪酸的硫化辛基酯。
硫化烯烃的例子包括表示为以下通式(1)的例子:

其中R1表示具有2-15个碳原子的链烯基基团,R2表示或链烯基基团具有2-15个碳原子的烷基基团,和x表示整数1-8。该化合物可通过具有2-15个碳原子的烯烃,或其二聚体,三聚体或四聚体与硫化剂如硫和氯化硫的反应而得到。作为烯烃,丙烯,异丁烯和二异丁烯是优选的。
二烃基聚硫化物是表示为以下通式(2)的化合物:

其中R3和R4分别表示具有1-20个碳原子的烷基基团或环状烷基基团,具有6-20个碳原子的芳基基团,具有7-20个碳原子的烷基芳基基团或具有7-20个碳原子的芳基烷基基团和可表示相同的基团或不同的基团,和y表示整数2-8。如果R3和R4表示烷基基团,以上化合物称作硫化烷基。
在以上通式(2)中表示为R3和R4的基团的例子包括甲基基团,乙基基团,n-丙基基团,异丙基基团,n-丁基基团,异丁基基团,仲-丁基基团,叔-丁基基团,各种戊基基团,各种己基基团,各种庚基基团,各种辛基基团,各种壬基基团,各种癸基基团,各种十二烷基基团,环己基基团,环辛基基团,苯基基团,萘基基团,甲苯基基团,二甲苯基基团,苄基基团和乙氧苯基基团。
二烃基聚硫化物的例子包括二苄基聚硫化物,二-叔-壬基聚硫化物,二十二烷基聚硫化物,二-叔-丁基聚硫化物,二辛基聚硫化物,二苯基聚硫化物和二环己基聚硫化物。
硫代氨基甲酸盐的例子包括二硫代氨基甲酸锌。硫代萜烯的例子包括五硫化磷和蒎烯的反应产物。硫代二丙酸二烷基酯的例子包括硫代二丙酸二月桂基酯和硫代二丙酸二硬脂基酯。
在这些物质中,考虑到作为特压剂的性能,二烃基聚硫化物,硫化脂肪和油和这些物质的混合物是优选的。
在本发明中,上述的组分(b)可单独或两种或多种结合使用。组分(b)的量是1-50%质量和优选3-30%质量,基于整个组合物的质量。如果量低于1%质量,不能保持可加工性如切割性能。如果量超过50%质量,组合物的粘度增加和不能得到本发明的效果。
如果需要,本发明用作雾形式喷射金属切削液组合物可进一步包含羧酸的酯作为组分(c)以提高可加工性。羧酸的酯在分子中具有至少一个酯键(-CO2-)和包括具有一个酯键的羧酸的单酯和具有两个或多个酯键羧酸的酯。
具有一个酯键的单酯是表示为R5-CO2-R6的化合物,其中R5和R6分别表示烷基基团或链烯基基团。表示为R5的基团的例子包括n-十一烷基基团,n-十二烷基基团,n-十三烷基基团,n-十四烷基基团,n-十五烷基基团,n-十六烷基基团,n-十七烷基基团,n-十八烷基基团,n-十九烷基基团,2-甲基癸基基团,3-甲基癸基基团,4-甲基癸基基团,5-甲基癸基基团,6-甲基癸基基团,7-甲基癸基基团,9-甲基癸基基团,6-乙基壬基基团,5-丙基辛基基团,3-甲基十一烷基基团,6-丙基壬基基团,2-甲基十二烷基基团,3-甲基十二烷基基团,4-甲基十二烷基基团,5-甲基十二烷基基团,11-甲基十二烷基基团,7-丙基十二烷基基团,2-甲基十三烷基基团,12-甲基十三烷基基团,2-甲基十四烷基基团,4-甲基十四烷基基团,13-甲基十四烷基基团,14-甲基十五烷基基团,2-乙基十六烷基基团,14-乙基十六烷基基团,14-乙基十七烷基基团,15-乙基十七烷基基团,16-乙基十七烷基基团,2-丁基十四烷基基团,2-甲基十八烷基基团,3-甲基十八烷基基团,4-甲基十八烷基基团,5-甲基十八烷基基团,6-甲基十八烷基基团,7-甲基十八烷基基团,8-甲基十八烷基基团,9-甲基十八烷基基团,10-甲基十八烷基基团,11-甲基十八烷基基团,14-甲基十八烷基基团,15-甲基十八烷基基团,16-甲基十八烷基基团,17-甲基十八烷基基团,15-乙基十五烷基基团,9-葵烯基基团,10-十一烯基基团,11-十八烯基基团,9-二十烯基基团,11-二十烯基基团,11-二十二烯基基团,13-二十二烯基基团和15-四(二十二烯基)基团。
表示为R6的基团的例子包括以上作为R5所示基团的例子所述的基团,甲基基团,乙基基团,n-丙基基团,i-丙基基团,n-丁基基团,i-丁基基团,t-丁基基团,n-戊基基团,n-己基基团,n-庚基基团,n-辛基基团,2-乙基己基基团,n-壬基基团,n-癸基基团,n-二十烷基基团,2-甲基戊基基团,3-甲基戊基基团,4-丙基戊基基团,4-乙基戊基基团,3-甲基十九烷基基团和2-乙基十八烷基基团。
具有两个或多个酯键的酯的例子包括草酸的酯,丙二酸的酯,琥珀酸的酯,马来酸的酯,富马酸的酯,戊二酸的酯,己二酸的酯,pimellic酸的酯,辛二酸的酯,壬二酸的酯,癸二酸的酯,邻苯二甲酸的酯,三苯六酸的酯,焦苯六酸的酯,油和脂肪(大豆油,油菜籽油,猪油和类似物),不是油或脂肪的甘油三酯,新戊基二醇的酯,三羟甲基丙烷的酯和季戊四醇的酯。用于以上酸酯的醇的例子包括具有上述表示为R6的基团的醇。用于醇的以上酯的酸包括具有上述表示为R5的基团的酸。
在以上物质中,油和脂肪,不是油或脂肪的甘油三酯和这些物质的混合物是优选的,因为可加工性得到提高。
在本发明中,上述的组分(c)可单独或两个或多个结合使用。组分(c)的量是0-30%质量和优选5-20%质量,基于整个组合物的量。如果量超过30%质量,特压剂的作用受不利影响且可加工性变差。本发明用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物可通过将基础油与上述组分(b)和,如果需要,上述组分(c)而得到。一般来说,各种常规添加剂可合适地加入,只要本发明的目的不受不利影响,这样保持组合物作为金属加工油的基本性能。添加剂的例子包括除硫基特压剂之外的特压剂,油质剂,消泡剂和抗氧化剂。不利地影响雾形成的防雾剂,包含难以形成为雾的金属的添加剂和具有大分子量的添加剂不能用作添加剂,因为雾的形成可变得困难或有效的组分不能形成为雾。
作为本发明的第二方面,本发明提供了用于金属加工的方法,包括将上述的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物以雾形式供给。该工艺提供优异的可加工性。
实施例
本发明根据以下实施例更具体地描述。但本发明不限于实施例。
实施例1-6和对比例1-6
组分按照表1所示的相对量与基础油混合,并制备出实施例和对比
实施例的切割油组合物。使用所制的油,在以下所示的条件下进行切割(切割圆杆的外周)并评估切割表面的最大切割力和粗糙度。结果示于表1。
切割条件
(1)切割速度:10m/分钟
(2)杆的移动速度:0.05mm/rev
(3)切割量:2.0mm
(4)用于切割的材料:按照日本工业标准S45C的材料,具有外径35mm的柱形状
(5)用于切割的工具:按照日本工业标准SKH51的工具(在横向方向上的倾角:15度;在横向方向上的间隙角:1度)
(5)油的供给量:10ml/hr(以雾形式供给)
(7)切割时间:3分钟

Claims (5)
1.一种用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,包括(a)包含至少一种矿物油和合成油的基础油和,基于整个组合物的量,(b)1-50%质量的硫-基特压剂和(c)0-30%质量的羧酸的酯。
2.根据权利要求1的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,包含基于整个组合物的量50-90%质量的组分(a)。
3.根据任何一项权利要求1和2的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,其中组分(b)包含至少一种二烃基聚硫化物和硫化油和脂肪。
4.根据任何一项权利要求1-3的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物,其中组分(c)是至少一种油,脂肪和不是油或脂肪的甘油三酯。
5.一种用于金属加工的方法,包括将在任何一项权利要求1-4中所述的用作雾形式喷射的金属切削液组合物以雾形式供给。
