本发明涉及一种用于将两个或多个物体连接在一起的装置。
背景技术
在多种应用中,存在将诸如箱子、托架、盒子、柜子、容器或其它物品的物体连接或结合在一起的需求。
一种如此的应用是照管和存储诸如水生环境中的海胆、鲍鱼、海参、扇贝壳、牡蛎的海底生物。在挪威专利申请第20030973号中描述了一种这样的***,该申请通过参考并入当前说明书。
另一应用是用于运送与/存贮物品的箱子或盒子。为了能够有效地堆叠箱子与/或在一次操作中移动几个箱子,优选地它们牢固和刚性彼此连接。
并且对于构成元件,存在一种牢固连接诸如临时或永久壁和地板、镶花地板、形成元件的元件的需要。
NO 128862展示了一种能够堆叠的用于运送鱼的现有技术箱子的实例。该箱子由塑料制成,并在上侧具有引导槽而在底部中具有梯形的突起。槽和底部突起的中间比末端部处窄,而这意味着:当底部突起被滑动***槽,它们将通过摩擦彼此锁定。
该连接机构取决于摩擦力以保持箱子在一起。对于箱子或其它连接物体重要的是即使当由外部力量影响时也能牢固连接的许多应用场合,这还不够。例如,在被浸入例如将受到水流、潮水、风等影响的海洋中时,NO20030973中描述的照管/存储箱被牢固地连接很重要。没有办法保证箱子在运送、处理或其它应用连接箱子前被牢固地连接,并存在箱子将意想不到分离的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于将物体结合/连接在一起的装置,即使受到强大的外力,该装置也刚硬和牢固。
本发明的目的利用权利要求书中的特征实现。
根据本发明的装置包括:具有第一槽和锁定部分的第一细长元件;具有第二槽和通孔的第二细长元件;弹簧部件和连接到弹簧部件的销轴;和适用于致动弹簧部件和移动销轴的致动部件。
第一和第二元件可以是物体的整体部分,或能够适用于被连接到物体。这种连接能够利用螺钉、螺栓、粘合剂或其它适合的连接方式实现。在一个实施例中,将被连接的物体由模制材料制成,在该情况中,元件与/或弹簧部件和销轴能够在模制过程期间形成。弹簧部件和销轴也可被分开制造与/或销售,用于以后元件的安装。
第一和第二槽适于彼此***。例如,对于连接两个容器,这两个容器能够每个具有连接到容器的一个或两个壁或在容器的一个或两个壁中一体形成的第一和第二元件,第一元件在上部边缘处而第二元件在下部边缘处。为连接容器,一个容器的第二槽被***另一个容器的第一槽中以将容器一个堆叠在另一个的顶部上。
将连接的物体可包括第一和第二元件的一个或两个。例如,顶部物体可仅包括第二元件,而底部物体可仅包括第一元件。然而在多数情况中,将连接的所有物体都将包括第一和其它元件。
槽可延伸经过元件的整体长度或一部分,而该元件可具有与适合连接到的物体相同、或比其更短或更长的长度。
弹簧部件为柔韧装置,当受到外力时可被压缩,而当处于不受力状态中时将恢复其原有形状和尺寸。弹簧部件和销轴被连接和定位,以便不受力状态中的弹簧部件保持销轴从第二元件中的孔缩回,而当弹簧部件处于被压缩状态中时,销轴突出到孔外。弹簧部件在一个实施例中位于第一槽,而销轴从第一槽延伸到第二元件中的孔。
为牢固地将元件连接在一起,致动部件对弹簧部件施加力以压缩它,从而导致销轴突出到第二元件中的孔外,而到达第一元件的锁定部分。锁定部分可以是接触面,在那里,接触面与销轴之间的摩擦防止元件沿槽的***方向移动。可选地,锁定部分可以是当销轴处于其突出状态时适合接受销轴的凹部。采用这种方式,元件被牢固地连接并被防止沿所有方向的不期望的运动。该槽将元件的运动限制到槽的方向,而销轴防止元件沿该槽方向运动。通过设计销轴和锁定部分以便如果第二元件的销轴和孔未与第一元件的锁定部分对齐,则弹簧部件就不能被压缩,利用这种结构能够取得特别的牢固。
致动部件可在第二元件中整体形成,例如是第二槽。在该情况中,弹簧元件可以位于第一槽中,而第二槽***第一槽压缩了弹簧元件。致动部件可以是用于***第一槽中的锁定杆、在物体或第一或第二细长元件中一体形成的滑动元件或适合与弹簧部件交互作用的任何其它装置或物体。
细长元件可适合装配在将连接的物体上的任何期望的位置,例如槽面向外/内或上/下。操作人员可从物体外部接近弹簧部件与/或销轴,或它们可在细长元件或物体的内部隐藏,以防止从外部接近。当例如销轴可从元件的外部接近时,锁定部分可被设计以使操作人员可从锁定部分离销轴,而不用移动或移去致动部件。当例如大量物体被连接成堆时,而操作人员希望将堆分为更容易处理与/或运送的更小部分时,这是期望的。

具体实施方式
在图1中的实施例中,装置10被连接到将连接的物体的侧壁上。该图显示了三个类似物体的连接。具有第一槽13的第一细长元件11被设置在侧壁的上部中,而具有第二槽14的第二细长元件12被设置在侧壁的下部中。弹簧部件16位于第一槽11中的凹部中,而销轴17从弹簧部件向第二部件12延伸并穿过第二部件12。凹部15位于与弹簧部件16和销轴17共线的第一元件的上部边缘。为连接物体,第二物体2的第二元件12′的第二槽14′被***第一物体1的第一槽13″中。第二物体2的第二元件的下部18′用作致动元件,并压缩第一物体的弹簧部件16″,以能够使第二物体的第二槽14′滑过弹簧部件。因此,第一和第二物体1,2能够被设置在彼此的顶部上,形成一堆物体,但它们仍具有沿槽的方向19彼此相对运动的自由度。为牢固地将物体锁定在一起,弹簧元件16′必须被压缩以使销轴17′突出到第二物体2的第二元件12′外部而进入第一物体1的凹部15″中。这通过将第三物体3的第二元件12的第二槽14***第二物体2的第一元件11′的第一槽13’中实现。如上所述,当连接第一和第二物体1,2时,第二元件的下部18为致动部件,该致动部件压缩弹簧元件16′,强制销轴17′突出到第二物体2的第二元件12′的外部而进入第一物体1中的凹部15″,从而防止物体1,2彼此相对移动。
图2显示了利用根据本发明的装置,三个容器被连接的图1的实施例。容器可例如为用于农场生物的存储容器。该装置被结合在每个容器1,2,3的两个相对的平行侧壁中。在图中,两个下部容器1,2被牢固地连接和锁定在一起,而第三容器3通过槽被连接到第二容器2,但能够沿槽的方向相对于容器2移动。为锁定第三容器3,弹簧部件必须被压缩。这可以通过将盖21或诸如锁定杆的其它锁定部分***槽13中实现。可选地,通过将第四容器(未示出)连接到第三容器,从而压缩弹簧部件16,第三容器3能够被锁定到第二容器2。该装置实现:上部容器能够自由地沿槽的方向移动,而其余容器仍被锁定在适当的位置。这对于一些应用是一个有用的特性,例如,当装置被应用到养殖深海海底生物的箱子时,照管就能够一次在一个箱子中进行而其它的生物仍在水中。
图3显示了利用根据本发明的连接装置的另一个实施例连接的一堆容器。在该实施例中,带有第一和第二槽33,34的第一和第二细长元件31,32被结合在容器中。弹簧部件36和销轴37面朝外,并可从容器的外部接近。容器以与参照图1和图2描述的相同方式连接和锁定。然而,在该实施例中,锁定部分为也向容器的外表面开口的凹部35。采用这种方式,操作人员可以接近当处于其突出状态时的销轴。该销轴优选地由柔韧材料制造,与/或能被扭曲地或能弯曲地连接到弹簧部件,或销轴可包括一个能够通过弯曲、按压等以解除两个容器之间连接的使销轴的末端从凹部35移去的结头(joint)。这对于运输或其它处理目的有用,其中在处理前,可将大堆分为更小部分。
Claims (10)
1.连接装置,其特征在于它包括:
具有第一槽和锁定部分的第一细长元件;
具有第二槽和通孔的第二细长元件;
弹簧部件和连接到弹簧部件的销轴;和
适用于致动弹簧部件和移动销轴的致动部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:第二槽适合***第一槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:锁定部分包括第一槽中的凹部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:第一和第二元件是两个或多个物体的整体部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:弹簧部件适合位于或邻接第一槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:弹簧部件突出到第一槽外部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:第二细长元件或该元件的一部形成致动部件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:当弹簧部件处于被压缩状态中时,销轴突出到第二槽的孔外。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:当销轴处于其突出状态时,第一槽中的凹部适合接受销轴。
10.适合利用根据权利要求1的装置连接到至少一个另一物体的物体,其特征在于:第一细长元件被设置在物体的两个平行侧壁的上部,第二细长元件被设置在物体的两个侧壁的下部,弹簧部件被设置在第一细长元件中的第一槽中,而销轴从弹簧部件经第二细长元件中的孔延伸。
