本发明涉及一种铰链,其包括一可装入到家具件的一个孔中的铰链杯和一固定在铰链杯上的阻尼器壳体。
背景技术
铰链,其设有一阻尼器,该阻尼器在关闭家具门时制动该家具门,由EP 1199433A2、奥地利的实用型式AT 005477U1和德国的实用型式DE 20115250U及DE 20205905U已知所述铰链。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种具有阻尼器的铰链,其中阻尼器可更为通用地使用。
本发明的目的这样达到,即阻尼器壳体优选可不用工具安装在铰链杯上和/或能够可拆卸地固定在该铰链杯上,其中阻尼器壳体在装入家具件的孔中的铰链杯上至少部分地设置在孔的外面。
有利地设定,阻尼器壳体在铰链杯嵌入家具件的孔中时完全设置在孔的外面。
本发明的另一实施例设定,铰链杯具有一紧贴在家具门上的法兰盘并且阻尼器壳体锚定在铰链杯的法兰盘上。

具体实施方式
在所示的实施例中阻尼器1锚定在一铰链2的铰链杯3上。铰链杯3装入家具门7的一个孔中并且通过铰链杆5与一铰链臂4相连接,该铰链臂锚定在一底板6上。底板6固定在一主体侧壁8上,例如与其螺钉连接。
阻尼器1构成为具有一旋转活塞12的旋转阻尼器。其具有一两件式的阻尼器壳体9。在一壳体件10中构成一缸室11,在该缸室中设置阻尼器1的旋转活塞12并且在第二壳体件13中支承一滑板14,该滑板构成操作件。滑板14设有一插件15,在其上构成一齿条外形16。齿条外形16也可直接构成在滑板14上。插件15带来纯制造技术上的优点。
滑板14可移动地支承于壳体件13的凹槽中并且由一压簧28加载。滑板14在其从阻尼器壳体9伸出的一端上设有一滚动体18,其在关闭家具门7时在铰链臂4上滚动。
旋转活塞12支承在一轴19上。在轴19的另一端设有一小齿轮20,该小齿轮在组装位置容纳于滑板14的凹槽中并且与插件15的齿条外形16相啮合。
旋转活塞12的叶片22具有一阀门,该阀门由叶片22中的一孔23和一片簧24构成。如果旋转活塞12沿阻尼方向转动,片簧24密封叶片22中的孔23,并且阻尼流体被压过叶片22的尖端25与阻尼器壳体9的壁部26之间的间隙,借此产生要求的阻尼效果。在打开家具门7时旋转活塞12沿相反方向转动,同时片簧24打开并开放孔23,从而阻尼流体也可以流过孔23。此时压簧28又将滑板14推到准备位置。
阻尼器壳体9或壳体件10设有一保护盖27。
铰链杯3具有一包括边缘30的法兰盘29。在边缘30中在法兰盘29的相互对置的两侧上构成凹槽31。旋转阻尼器1的阻尼器壳体9具有各个注塑的弹性钩32,其在组装的旋转阻尼器1中在法兰盘29下面嵌入到凹槽31中。因此旋转阻尼器1可以不用工具安装在铰链杯3上,其中铰链杯被简单地压到其法兰盘29上。有利地将各弹性钩32这样地构成,使得阻尼器壳体9也可从法兰盘29上拆下。同样可不要工具实现阻尼器壳体9从法兰盘29上的拆卸。
因为铰链臂4可以具有不同的形状,例如也可具有弯曲的铰链臂4,本发明设定,在铰链臂4上可固定一附加装置17,在其上构成用于操作件在该实施例中用于滑板的控制表面21。在关闭门7时操作件以其自由端压到控制表面21上。控制表面21形成一曲线导轨,其适应相关的要求。控制表面21可以构成向相反的方向倾斜的、凹面的、凸面的,但也可以构成为直线的和倾斜的。这在不同的铰链型式和不 同的关闭机构中能够针对性地影响关闭特征。
附加装置例如设有多个榫销33并且铰链臂4设有多个孔34,从而附加装置17可按要求简单地压在铰链臂4上。

Claims (16)

1.一种铰链,它包括一可装入到家具件的一个孔中的铰链杯和一固定在铰链杯上的阻尼器壳体,其特征在于,阻尼器壳体(9)能够不用工具地安装在铰链杯(3)上和/或能够不用工具地可拆卸地固定在所述铰链杯上,其中阻尼器壳体(9)在铰链杯(3)装入家具件的孔中时至少部分地设置在该孔的外面。
2.按照权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于,阻尼器壳体(9)在铰链杯(3)装入家具件的孔中时完全设置在孔的外面。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的铰链,其特征在于,阻尼器壳体(9)具有多个钩(32),借助所述钩阻尼器壳体(9)可锚定在铰链杯(3)中。
4.按照权利要求3所述的铰链,其特征在于,各钩(32)构成弹性的。
5.按照权利要求3所述的铰链,其特征在于,阻尼器壳体(9)由塑料注塑而成并且各钩(32)与壳体(9)构成一件式的。
6.按照权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于,在阻尼器壳体(9)中支承一具有至少一个叶片(22)的旋转活塞(12),该叶片与壳体壁一起限定一用于通过阻尼流体的间隙,其中旋转活塞(12)的转角限制在最大360°。
7.按照权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于,在阻尼器壳体(9)中支承一具有至少一个叶片(22)的旋转活塞(12),该叶片与壳体壁一起限定一用于通过阻尼流体的间隙,其中旋转活塞(12)的转角限制在最大180°。
8.按照权利要求6或7所述的阻尼器,其特征在于,壳体(9)构成两件式的,其中在一个壳体件(13)中容纳旋转活塞(12)而在另一个壳体件(10)中容纳一用于旋转活塞(12)的操作件。
9.按照权利要求8所述的阻尼器,其特征在于,操作件构成为滑板(14)。
10.按照权利要求6或7所述的铰链,其特征在于,旋转活塞(12)的叶片(22)设有一个一片簧(24)的形式的盖。
11.按照权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于,铰链杯(3)具有一紧贴在家具门(7)上的法兰盘(29)并且阻尼器壳体(9)锚定在铰链杯(3)的法兰盘(29)上。
12.按照权利要求11所述的铰链,其特征在于,法兰盘(29)设有一边缘(30),该边缘具有各个凹槽(31),在所述凹槽中嵌入阻尼器壳体(9)的各固定钩(32)。
13.按照权利要求8所述的铰链,其特征在于,铰链杯(3)与一铰链臂(4)铰链连接,该铰链臂具有一附加装置(17),在该附加装置上构成一用于操作件的控制表面(21)。
14.按照权利要求13所述的铰链,其特征在于,附加装置(17)具有至少一个榫销(33),借助该榫销附加装置(17)固定在铰链臂(4)上。
15.按照权利要求13所述的铰链,其特征在于,控制表面(21)形成一曲线导轨。
