Description

技术领域
本发明涉及对板,特别是对玻璃之类脆性材料制备的板加以装备,使之能通过连接件紧固到支承件上。
背景技术
这类板特别是用来装配加热装置如散热器、对流器等,但本发明并不局限于这种应用。例如可以提到的有紧固双层玻璃窗或夹层玻璃板,此外,本发明也可用来生产由玻璃基板制的墙壁或是家具。
于是,这样的板在紧固点必须有孔。这种板可予以增强,特别是可以通过对它们进行热钢化或化学钢化处理来增强,使其获得所需的机构强度(而在适当的场合,获得所需的热稳定性)。为此,上述的孔必须在热处理前加工。
PCT国际申请WO-A1-01/09459公开了用于双层玻璃窗板的紧固件,它包括的螺栓在其前端具有一膨胀锥体,锥体上滑动着的环形膨胀件用来胀入后方玻璃板的孔内,此孔在其底部区做成防脱结构(contre-depouille)。
上述装置的缺点是,当将设置了具有这种防脱结构的孔的玻璃板进行热处理时,高应力就会形成于将上述孔的底部连接到通向玻璃板的表面并外扩向孔底的截锥形侧壁的倒圆区域中。这类高应力造成了有可能形成在热处理后必须报废的有缺陷玻璃板,或者在安装时或者随后的使用时裂纹之类缺陷会在该有缺陷的玻璃板中发展。
上述已知装配形式的另一缺点是,当这种玻璃板装定后,就很难将其卸下,拆卸时要冒使其损伤甚至使其破裂的高度风险。
本发明为了克服上述缺陷而提供包括有用来恰当接纳紧固件的插件的紧固***,所述插件设计成被容纳在或现场形成于孔中,而这些孔的保持用侧壁呈弧形轮廓而不再取截锥形。这样,对于与上述先有工艺中相同的空腔容积,***件构成的安装件的接触或支承面就会较大,于是就能使所述的力较好地分布。
发明内容
插件,用采与玻璃类脆性材料制的板相结合,而能与连接件配合工作,而此板与支承件安装在一起,此插件设计成可置纳于或现场形成于具有弧形轮廓保持用壁部的孔之中,此孔形成于板的一个表面之中,其特征在于,此插件则由可变形材料制成的至少一个可卸除部件获得,此插件是由可导入板中相应孔内的杯状件组成,所述杯状件的侧壁上形成有径向槽,由此形成了可以弹性甚或塑性内弯以使此杯状件能配合到板中相应的孔内的瓣件,此杯状件的内表面设计成能与连接件配合,用以将玻璃板连接到支承件之上,此杯状件的外表面具有与所述孔的弧形轮廓互补的弧形轮廓。
为此目的,本发明的主题是用来接合到板特别是由玻璃类脆性材料制成的板内的插件,使之能在与连接件配合工作下,让上述板与支承件安装在一起,其特征在于,此插件经设计成可接纳或现场形成于具有弧形轮廓的保持壁的孔中,所述孔设在所述板的一个表面中。
在本发明的最佳实施形式中,作为选择,也可采用一或多个下述装置形式:
·所述孔可由凹形轮廓的侧壁限制,具有朝向内侧的凹度;
·所述孔为盲孔或通孔;
·所述孔具有圆形或椭圆形剖面;
·所述插件是由可变形材料制成的至少一种部件;
·所述插件是可除去的;
·所述插件由杯形件组成,可用来导入板中的对应孔内,此杯形件具有形成于其侧壁上的径向槽,这样便形成了可弹性地甚至塑性地向内弯曲的瓣件,以便此杯形件能配合到前述板的对应孔内,此杯状件侧壁的内表面设计成能与连接到支承件上的连接件配合工作;
·此杯形件为圆形的;
·此杯形件有3~5槽;
·此连接件具有弧形的,或者穿孔的底部;
·此连接件与插件间的配合适合于将插件自动锁在孔口中;
·在此孔的侧壁与插件间的界面上可以设置改进表面外观的润湿剂;
本发明还涉及板,特别是由玻璃类脆性材料制的板,在其至少一个表面上有用来接纳至少一个如上定义的插件的孔。本发明还涉及装备有一个或多个插件的板。本发明也还涉及到业已装备上它的一个或多个插件的板,该板中的所述或多个插件已接纳有用以与支承件连接的部件。
如上面指出过的,制备这些板的材料是一般的钢化玻璃,或更一般地是这样一种玻璃,在已加工出孔后能经受热处理,特别是钢化、回火或退火处理的玻璃,或是机械增强的玻璃。
本发明还涉及已安装组件或拟安装组件,这种组件包括至少一块由上述玻璃类脆性材料所制的板。
特别是,这种组件为一加热装置,它包括如以上规定的玻璃板,而这种板设有例如丝网印刷的导电元件还设有电流输入元件。
最后,本发明还涉及这样一种方法,用于制造适于安装到支承件上的板,以便组成例如加热装置的安装组件,其特征在于:此板,特别是由未进行热处理的玻璃类脆性材料所制的板,其表面经机加工成在紧固点处至少有一个孔,每个上述的孔所取形状能导入与保持上述所规定的插件;然后对所述板进行热处理;再于各个孔中置入或现场形成一个具有以上规定的互补形状的插件。

具体实施方式
首先参看图1与2,它们示明的钢化玻璃板1例如是用来构成加热装置如墙壁对流器、底座加热器、带式加热器或散热板等。
根据其他实施形式,其中的一个具体到家具示明于图4,这里的板,特别是由玻璃类脆性材料制的板,可以组成墙壁覆盖件、内部陈设品、壁或隔墙、家具件或任何其他壁部。在图4中可以看到的连接件22、23、24(铰接件、隔件、接合件等、辅助支承件,等等),在它们的自由端24、25、26中的一个上包括本发明的设计安装到所述板中形成的孔内的插件,用来安装此家具的组件的固定凭借连接件22、23、24与将所述部件连接到一起的插件8而获得。自然,上述连接件可以安装到家具中的内侧和/或外侧。

取决于具体情形,这种热稳定的与高强度的钢化玻璃板,可以是
·热板,例如覆盖有透明导电涂层的板,它能用作电阻元件使流过它的电力因焦耳效应转变为热,沿着垂直和/或水平边界设置的薄带为上述导电涂层组成了电流输入元件汇流层,如锑或氟掺杂的锡或是锡掺杂的氧化铟淀积至数百纳米厚而成;或是

上述这种外部板最好在其朝向所述设备安装位置内侧的表面上带有紧固装置,从而使所述紧固装置能隐蔽不显现。
附图中所示矩形(或方形)板1具有的表面1a为成品组件视图中给出的表面,在与表面1a相对的表面1b的角部区中形成有相同的盲孔2,但在图2中只能看到其中之一。自然,取决于所需应用,这种孔也可以是通孔,圆形或椭圆形的。
各个孔2包括:首先是与玻璃板1的表面1a、1b平行的平坦圆形底部3以及通过弧形具体是凹形轮廓的保持区与底部3接合的侧壁4,此凹形轮廓的凹面朝向孔2的内侧且具有轴向对称性,然后有一短的圆柱形区域6,后者通过外扩的截锥形区7伸入到表面16。区域6与区域5和7的相邻部分构成一隐蔽或保持用凸缘,其作用将在下面说明。
孔2的深度在底部3例如相当于至多是板1厚度的一半。
凹形区5事实上有两部分:第一部分5a,它具有第一曲率半径R 1而构成底部3邻近凹面的起始部分;第二部分5b,它与第一部分和圆柱形区6相接合,具有比第一曲率半径R1小的第二曲率半径R2
在所示例子中,孔2的底3的直径为7.6mm,其高度为1.5mm,曲率半径R1与R2分别为12mm与2mm。为易于机加工此孔特别是其底部,使底壁具有约为十分之几毫米的曲率半径R3
于各个孔2中导入塑料例如PUDF(聚偏氟乙烯)的或金属材料(例如铝)的模制的插件8。或者,这种插件可以于现场形成。从图3可以更清楚地看到,各插件8有一与弧形底10连接的周壁9。这样的插件可以制成为单件或由若干件组成。它可以是弹性的甚至是可塑性变形的,而得以让它导引到孔内。
壁9的外表面通过弧形区11与底部10相接,弧形区11的形状可与孔2的凹形区5的形状匹配,弧形区11延伸一小高度的圆柱形壁12,后者用来支撑在该圆柱形区域6上,该圆柱形区域6限定了该孔2,在向内的凹处13之后由另一个圆柱形区域14结束。
壁9的内表面于底部10的邻近处有周边凹座15,此壁9的内表面的其余部分具有内螺纹16。
此外,壁9从其平坦的上缘17(该上缘在安装位置,位于板1的表面1b的平面中)开始,有四个按规则分开延伸到底部15邻近的较深的径向槽18,此底部可有选择地穿孔。
侧壁9于是被这些槽18分成四“瓣件”,它们与凹座15相结合,赋予插件8以挠性,这种“瓣件”于是能内弯,通过弹性甚或塑性变形让插件8导入孔2内;一旦插件8导入后,这些瓣件就会重新取得其初始位置,而同限定出孔2的区域5和6匹配。这样,插件8便隐蔽在上述凸缘之中。但在此位置在壁7和14间形成一空隙,使插件8在有需要时便于取出。
根据具体用途,特别是本例的应用目的中,重要的是使此孔及其插件不为面对用户一侧所见,为此目的,于此孔的内侧壁和外壁之间的界面上设置润湿剂,例如硅酮润湿剂或具有这种性质的润滑剂,以改进表面的外观。
装配好后,插件8接纳一用于将板1连接到其支承件上的部件19。此连接件19确保了插件的自锁。附图只表明了连接件19的与插件8相配合而且是由杆所形成的部分,这部分的端部区20有螺纹20,用来通过拧合将连接件19固定到板1之上。杆20的另一端(未能于图中示明)则是设计用来与所选择的支承件连接。
作为一种变更形式,上述连接件可以包括用来将脆性材料板连接到支承件的任何运动链系。例如,这种运动链系能够包括可选择地为杆件延伸的球窝接头、活接头、母接头等。
按下述方式制备了经受过热处理或化学处理(例如钢化处理)的玻璃板1:首先从未钢化处理的玻璃裁切出板1;在所需处机加工出孔2,一般至少是两个,而最好是三或四个孔2,形成于板1的各个角隅部,例如在用于加热装置中的情形,然后对板1进行热处理或化学处理(本例中为钢化处理)。限定出孔2的周壁的凹形区域5能将钢化处理时于玻璃板内发展的应力分布。特别是具有较大曲率半径的上述部分5a保证了钢化过程不会使玻璃在此区域内破裂,从而就避免必须报废该玻璃板1。
然后将各插件8分别导入相应的孔2内。(作为变更形式,插件8可以在现场模制)。正如已指出的,插件8因其弹性或塑性是极易装配的。
板1尽管业已装备有插件8,但此插件不会突出到板1的表面之外,故板1可以运输。
再将连接件19装配上,装配时为本例所示,是通过拧合来完成的。
在孔2与纳入其中的插件8之间留有一定间隙。这一方面在安装连接件上易于配合,另一方面在板1安装好后更易吸收作用于板1上的力,当板1是加热装置的一部分的板并且因此在加热时处于膨胀下,所述力能够被增加。
上述本发明能有下述优点:
·支承件与板间的连接只需少数部件;
·此种连接允许较宽的制造公差;
·连接件可拆除并可承受较高的机械力。
显然应知上述实施形式绝非用来限制,同时在不脱离本发明的范围内可以给出任何所需的改型。

Claims (17)

1.一种插件(8),用来与玻璃类脆性材料制的板(1)相结合,而能与连接件(19)配合工作,而此板(1)与支承件安装在一起,此插件(8)设计成可置纳于或现场形成于具有弧形轮廓保持用壁部的孔(2)之中,此孔形成于板(1)的一个表面之中,其特征在于,此插件(8)由可变形材料制成的至少一个可卸除部件获得,此插件是由可导入板(1)中相应孔(2)内的杯状件组成,所述杯状件的侧壁上形成有径向槽(18),由此形成了可以弹性甚或塑性内弯以使此杯状件能配合到板(1)中相应的孔(2)内的瓣件,此杯状件的侧壁的内表面设计成能与连接件(19)配合,用以将玻璃类脆性材料制的板(1)连接到支承件之上,此杯状件的外表面具有与所述孔(2)的弧形轮廓互补的弧形轮廓。
2.权利要求1所述的插件,其特征在于:所述孔(2)是由凹面轮廓的侧壁(5)限定,凹面朝向内侧。
3.权利要求1或2所述的插件,其特征在于:所述孔(2)是盲孔或通孔。
4.权利要求1~2中任一项所述的插件,其特征在于:所述孔(2)具有圆形或长圆形剖面。
5.权利要求1所述的插件,其特征在于:所述杯状件的横剖面呈圆形。
6.权利要求1或5所述的插件,其特征在于:所述杯状件有3~5个径向槽。
7.权利要求1所述的插件,其特征在于:所述杯状件具有弧形的,穿孔的底部。
8.权利要求1所述的插件,其特征在于:所述连接件(19)与插件(8)之间的配合适合将所述插件自动锁在孔(2)内。
9.权利要求1所述的插件,其特征在于:在此孔(2)与插件(8)之间的界面设有用于改进表面外观的润湿剂。
10.玻璃类脆性材料制的板,在其至少一个表面之上具有置入有如权利要求1~9之一中所定义的至少一个插件(8)的孔(2)。
11.权利要求10所述的板,其特征在于:它装配有一个或多个插件(8)。
12.权利要求11所述的板,其特征在于:它的一或各个插件(8)已容纳一个可适合与支承件配合工作的连接件(19)。
13.权利要求11~12中任一项所述的板,其特征在于:此板为玻璃板,由经过钢化、回火、退火或机械处理增强的玻璃制成。
14.已安装或拟安装的组件,它包括如权利要求10~13中之一所定义的板(1)。
15.权利要求14所述的组件,其特征在于:此组件包括壁件、内部装饰件、隔件或家具件。
16.加热装置,它包括权利要求10~13中之一所述的板(1),所述板(1)设置有导电元件以及电流输入元件。
17.适用于安装到支承件上构成安装好的组件的玻璃类脆性材料制的板(1)的制造方法,其特征在于:此板是未经热处理的板,在其紧固点位置机加工出至少一个孔口(2),各孔口(2)所取形状允许导入并保持如权利要求1~9中之一所定义的插件(8);再对板(1)进行热处理;再在各个孔口(2)内置入或现场形成如权利要求1~9中之一所定义的具有互补形状的插件(8)。
