Abstract

一种宽带的数字预失真线性化方法和***,用于克服射频功率放大器中记忆效应的影响,扩展数字预失真的线性化带宽,提高数字预失真的线性化性能,该方法和***主要是根据放大器的特性参数,得到带内预失真信号和带外预失真信号;将所述带内预失真信号进行上变频,并将其与未经过上变频的带外预失真信号相加后作为输入信号输入给功率放大器;从功率放大器的输出取出的一部分作为反馈信号,将该反馈信号与原输入信号比较,并根据上述比较结果,自适应的调整用以产生带内预失真信号和带外预失真信号的放大器特性参数,以使反馈信号与原输入信号在时域波形上或频谱上尽量接近。
