本发明涉及一种在工件上施加作用力以制造或者处理工件的装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中这样的装置是公知的:该装置具有活塞-缸-机构,该机构具有工作缸和工作活塞。其中工作活塞把工作缸分成致动室和反馈室。公知的是,致动室和反馈室都可以供以液压介质。作用力通过工作活塞和动力传递装置之间的共同作用传递到工件上。
欧洲专利EP0661125描述了一种断开连杆的装置。此外,这样的装置具有控制装置,以把撑开力施加到撑开楔上并且因此通过液压的活塞-缸-机构来施加到工件(连杆)上。此外,该控制装置具有蓄能器和布置在蓄能器和活塞-缸-机构之间的控制阀,通过该控制阀把以压力储存在蓄能器中的液压介质瞬时供给到活塞缸机构中。为了把作用力施加到工件(连杆)上,因此把液压介质供到致动室中,并且为把作用力传到工件(连杆)上把液压介质供给到致动室中,并且同时排挤位于反馈室中的液压介质。使这个过程反向以使该装置复位到起始位置上,即反馈室供以液压介质,同时将致动室中的液压介质排出。
公知的是,在断开这些连杆时,断开结果的质量依赖于分离过程的速度。由于这个原因,在上述的公知方法和装置中已经提出了,控制阀形成为筒形插装式阀(cartrdgeventil),及在供给到活塞缸机构的致动室中之前,通过压力使液压介质进入到蓄能器中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种开头所描述的装置,该装置以尽可能简单的技术结构中把作用力尽可能快地传递到工件上。
该目的通过一种装置来实现,该装置具有:工作缸;工作活塞;致动室,它可以供以液压介质并且位于活塞的一侧;反馈室,它可以供以气体介质并且位于该活塞的相对侧上;及动力传递装置,它与工作活塞一起工作。
本发明以下面思想为基础,在技术中通常使用的、可以供给到反馈室中的液压介质能够通过气体介质来替换。使用气体介质来供给反馈室具有这样的优点:减少了在动力传动过程期间介质从反馈室中的排出的阻力。这具有这样的优点:实现更加瞬间地排出的工作方式,并且更加有效地把作用力传到工件上。
优选的实施例通过从属权利要求2-6来描述。
从而蓄能器与致动室相连通,因此可以供给到致动室中的液压介质在压力下供给到蓄能器中。这个实施例具有这样的优点:该装置的工作方式如此快速地形成,以致可以实现尽可能瞬间排出的工作方式。作为蓄能器,一个这样的装置可被使用,该储存器具有高压容器,该高压容器的内室通过分隔膜分成两个室,在这两个室中,下部室供以液压介质,而上部室供给有高压气体、优选为氮气。
根据一个有利的实施例,在蓄能器和致动室之间布置一控制阀,在压力下供到蓄能器中的液压介质通过控制阀可以瞬时地供给到致动室中。这样的控制阀可以以任何方式来形成。只不过重要的是,控制阀这样设计,使得在较短的时间间隔内,即瞬间地具有相对较大的通流横截面供液压介质使用,因此储存在蓄能器中的液压介质尽可能瞬间地供给到致动室中。因此,如果所谓的两通装入式阀用作控制阀,那么是有利的。这些阀在本领域中常常称筒形插装式阀。
根据一个优选实施例,工件是连杆,动力传递装置这样成形,以致连杆可以被断开。这具有这样的优点:在尽可能简单的技术结构中实现尽可能快速的断开过程。此外,通过这种工作方法,在断开过程中,确保连杆材料在断裂面区域内的塑性变形相对较小,这非常接近所谓的脆裂。
根据另一个实施例,动力传递装置具有一位置固定的撑开钳、一可运动的撑开钳和一呈撑开楔形状的撑开装置,该撑开装置通过压力分开撑开钳。
此外,有利的方式是,反馈室还具有排出装置,使气体介质从反馈室中瞬间被排出。例如,这样的排出装置形成为具有较大控制横截面的排出阀,因此在压力作用下供给到致动室中的液压介质使一个尽可能小的反压力反作用在反馈室的侧面上。如果控制这样形成,即当处于压力下的液压介质供给到致动室中时,排出装置已经打开,在这种关系中它是有利的。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的、本发明装置1的第一实施例是以机架底部6为基础,如它在传送自动线中应用的那样。在机架底部6上设置一个框架形机架上部6a,该上部6a具有呈垂直的直线导轨形状的导向装置8。在垂直直线导轨上使可运动的框架14安装在导向压板10和11上,该框架14可通过一个固定在机架上部6a上的提升装置7来提升或者降低。可运动的框架14又具有动力传递装置5,该动力传递装置5具有一个位置固定即直接固定在可运动框架14上的撑开钳3和一个可运动的撑开钳4。此外,动力传递装置5具有一个在图2中示出的撑开楔55。
该装置是这样的,使撑开装置5的、位置固定的撑开钳和可运动的撑开钳通过提升装置7和可运动框架14从上面穿入到布置在机座上部的支架中的、由盖和杆组成的连杆2的大孔中,或者又从该孔中抽出来。
动力传递装置的精确结构由图2示出。因此,由图2可以看出,位置固定的撑开钳3通过固定螺栓12固定在可运动框架14的固定座13上。可运动撑开钳4又通过固定螺栓12′固定在轴承部分21上,该轴承部分21通过平行导杆装置16经由固定螺栓20固定在支架部分17上,该支架部分17作为可运动框架14的一部分。在位置固定的撑开钳3和可运动的撑开钳4之间布置着撑开楔55,该撑开楔55与连杆19相连,该连杆19与工作活塞9一起工作。如图2所示一样,本发明装置的第一实施例的剩余结构描述在德国实用新型专利9210197中,在此可以详细参照这个专利的公开内容。
图1中所示出的活塞缸机构61具有活塞9,该活塞9通过连杆19与撑开楔55相连。在蓄能器60和活塞缸机构61之间布置着安全装置62和控制阀63。安全装置62和控制阀63通过具有较小液压阻力的、尽可能短的连接管道64、65和66相互连接起来及使它们相对于蓄能器60和活塞缸机构61连接。
安全装置62示作为这样的市场上常见的机构,该机构具有单向阀和过压阀。

如果动力传动过程停断,那么换向阀82打开致动室的排出装置,同时换向阀88断开反馈室86与压缩空气管道90的连接。在压力下供给的空气把力传递到活塞9的第二侧上。因此,活塞9返回到其起始位置,并且可以重新进行对工件的动力传递过程。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于将作用力施加到一工件上的装置,该装置具有:
一工作缸;
一工作活塞(9);
一致动室(85),它可以被供以液压介质并且处在活塞的一侧;
一反馈室(86),它可以被供以气体介质并且处在该活塞的另一侧上;及
一动力传递装置(5),它与工作活塞(9)共同工作。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,一蓄能器(60)与致动室(85)相连通,液压介质在压力作用下可储存在蓄能器(60)中。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,在蓄能器(60)和致动室(85)之间设置一控制阀(63),在压力下储存在蓄能器(60)内的液压介质通过控制阀(63)可以瞬时地供给到致动室(85)中。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述工件是连杆(2),动力传递装置(5)这样设计,使工件(2)可以被断开。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,动力传递装置(5)具有一位置固定的撑开钳(3)、一可运动的撑开钳(4)和一呈撑开楔(55)形式的撑开装置,该撑开装置通过压力分开各撑开钳(3、4)。
6.如权利要求1-5所述的装置,其特征在于,反馈室(86)具有一这样形成的排出装置(87),使气体介质从反馈室(86)中瞬间被排出。
