纸巾产品已变成重要的产品种类,发现了各种成人和婴儿的应用,实例包括面部或身体洗净纸巾、用于皮肤处理的纸巾和皮肤调理纸巾。
在过去几十年,所谓的湿纸巾作为尤其适用于这些应用的产品变得成功,这些产品通常通过用合适的洗液浸渍由非织造布制成的片来生产。
近年来在纸巾领域的创新包括布、浸渍液以及产品外形方面的改善。
最初,湿纸巾产品由基于造纸技术(纸浆产品)的传统非织造材料制成,这些产品被很好地接受,但在织物材料的柔软性方面存在缺陷。引入‘射流喷网’非织造技术提供与传统纸基产品相比在柔软性方面更优越的产品,这主要是由于(i)在射流喷网过程中使用长柔软纤维(最常见的是尼龙和PET/PP或这些纤维的混合物)和(ii)在射流喷网过程中未在织物中加入粘合剂。
另一项创新是引入‘Pop-up’技术,它在各个纸巾的分配方面提供优点。
具有尤其有用的性质的纸巾和类似产品在如下参考文献中描述。
WO-99/21532描述了用于皮肤或头发的具有改善香味提供的清洁和调理产品。这些产品包括纺织、非织造或其它的水不溶性基质、发泡表面活性剂和香味释放配合物。WO-99/55303公开了干的人体护理清洁制品,包括水不溶性基质、发泡表面活性剂和活性组分。WO 00/63503公开了皮肤友好吸收制品,包括含有提高皮肤防护的组合物的外表面。
US-6153208涉及干的人体清洁制品,包括特定的多层基质。US-5951991涉及干的人体清洁制品,包括水不溶性基质、发泡表面活性剂和调理乳液。
不考虑其最终用途,纸巾产品的柔软对消费者是首要重要的,一方面纸巾材料的柔软和另一方面纸巾使用后皮肤感觉的柔软是重要的消费者效果,尤其是在婴儿应用的情况下。
现在市场上的几乎所有纸巾产品是基于非织造布作为纺织材料的。然而,由于非织造布以大规模方法生产,它们是相对僵硬的,并需要高投资成本,对进一步改善原始基质的柔软是困难且通常是没有吸引力的。
在改善非织造布的柔软方法的第二种探索是向最终产品或向用作原料的纤维中加入织物柔软剂。该方法在干非织造布的许多应用中采用,尤其在干面部织物产品和手纸方面,经加入‘织物柔软剂’柔软性明显改善。大多数柔软剂是硅基化合物或它们的衍生物。
尽管有这些改善,但人们仍需要改善纸巾产品的柔软性,以提供纸巾产品在纸巾使用后获得具有较柔软手感的皮肤。提供这样的产品是本发明的目的。
该目的通过本发明的产品达到,该产品含有对织物的柔软性以及使用后皮肤的柔软性具有正面效果的洗液。尽管如上所述,柔软剂的添加集中用于干纸巾产品,但我们发明,用于本发明产品的试剂还改善了湿纸巾的柔软性。
发明概述

发明详述
无论用于说明书和权利要求书,任何百分数是重量比(w/w)。
用于本发明产品的吸收剂或多孔材料的薄层可以是薄纱、纸巾、手巾、小毛巾等形式,材料可以是可冲洗的。用于本文中,‘可冲洗的,是指在两次厕所冲洗时将通过至少3米污水管的材料,材料也可以是可生物降解的。
可使用的薄层材料可以是单层或多层的,纺织或非织造的。它们可由一种或若干种材料制成,尤其优选的是非织造材料,它们具有纤维或细丝性质的网结构,其中纤维或细丝随机地或以一定的定向程度分布,前者通过空气敷设或某些湿敷设方法得到,后者通过其它湿敷设或梳理方法得到。纤维或细丝可以是天然的,例如木浆、羊毛棉、亚麻等,或是合成的,例如聚乙烯、聚酯、聚烯烃、聚酰胺等。
通常它们具有10-80g/m2,尤其是20-70g/m2的每平方米重量,特定的材料是非织造类型的,基于所使用的原料,可区别两种不同类型的产品。
第一种类型的载体是纸基的,用于这些载体的原料几乎仅由来自植物纤维来源(纸浆)的纤维素基纤维或细丝制备,它们可由新鲜的木材屑或回收的材料(回收的纸)得到。在许多纸巾应用中,例如婴儿纸巾、用于清洁的纸巾、湿纸手巾等,非织造织物的高湿强度或坚固是所需的性质,这可通过加入粘合材料获得。该材料的实例是所谓的湿强度树脂,在某些情况下,加入添加剂以增加最终产品的柔软性。
在第二种类型使用中,织物主要由人造纤维制成,例如基于棉花、羊毛、亚麻等。
商业产品由纤维素纤维,合成纤维或它们的混合物制成,聚酯和聚丙烯是已知合适的制备合成纤维的聚合物。同样,在这些产品中,可使用粘合剂以增加非织造织物的坚固度。
增加强度的织物可通过使用所谓的射流喷网或水力-缠结技术得到,在该技术中,单个的纤维被缠绕在一起,从而得到可接受的强度或坚固度而无需使用粘合剂材料,后一技术的优点是非织造材料的杰出柔软性。
由纸浆和人造纤维的混合物制成的非织造材料也是已知的,该材料可以是含粘合剂材料的,尤其是上述的那些,或不含粘合剂材料的。在后一情况下,非织造材料优选通过射流喷网或水力-缠结方法制备。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,载体材料由纤维素纸浆与少量的粘合剂材料制备,在载体材料中粘合剂的数量在5-20%(w/w)范围内。
在尤其优选的实施方案中,非织造织物通过水缠结技术制备,不含有粘合剂材料。
载体材料的吸收能力是在本发明所考虑的应用方面尤其感兴趣的。在生产过程中,浸渍溶液应迅速被载体吸收。在本发明的某些实施方案中,纸巾将以许多纸巾的叠形式包装,在该情况下,非织造织物的吸收能力应使得在贮存过程中避免叠的层析效果(洗液的沉降)。另一方面,应保证在纸巾的使用过程中,洗液均等于输送至皮肤。
载体材料的吸收能力主要由三种不同的参数决定:载体材料的表面重量、用于生产的原料性质和所采用的生产方法。
对于本发明的应用,载体材料通常具有10g/m2-80g/m2,优选30-70g/m2,更优选40-60g/m2的表面重量。制备非织造载体的原料的选择取决于生产方法。通常在水力-缠结方法生产非织造载体中,采用纤维素纤维和合成纤维的混合物。在非织造织物中合成纤维的相对质量是0-100%,优选10-70%,更优选30-50%(均为w/w百分数)。
本发明的产品还包括组合物,其含有C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯。或者所述组合物含有C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯和C8-20烷基葡糖苷的组合。
优选本发明的产品还包括含有甘油单-或二油酸酯的组合物,优选含有甘油单-或二油酸酯和C8-20烷基葡糖苷,尤其是椰子葡糖苷的组合物。
用于本文的术语‘C12-30羧酸’是指含有约12至约30个碳原子的直链(线性)或支链链烷酸,这些酸可以是饱和或不饱和的,含有一个或多个双键,例如1、2、3、4或更多个双键。它们还可含有一个或多个,例如两个羟基。这些酸包括所谓的脂肪酸,例如由天然脂肪得到的酸。术语C12-30羧酸是指包括纯酸或它们的混合物。

在具体实施方案中,用于本发明产品的组合物附加地含有脂肪醇葡糖苷,尤其是C8-20烷基葡糖苷,更具体是C8-16烷基葡糖苷,优选椰子葡糖苷。这些化合物还称为‘烷基葡糖苷’或‘椰子葡糖苷’。
在组合物中所述葡糖苷的数量尤其是在0.01-2%范围内,尤其是0.015-1%,优选在0.0175-0.5%,更优选在0.0175-0.335%范围内,或0.02-0.5%,还更优选为0.08-0.2%。
在该和先前的段落中所有百分数是w/w百分数。
用于本文的C8-20烷基或C8-16烷基是指直链或支链烃基,饱和或不饱和,含有约8-约20,或约8-约16个碳原子,包括它们的混合物。C8-20烷基或C8-16烷基尤其是由脂肪醇得到的。C8-16烷基的实例是辛基、2-乙基己基、癸基、月桂基、异十三烷基、肉豆蔻基、棕榈基、鲸蜡基等。C8-20烷基包括这些基团以及硬脂基、异硬脂基、油基、亚麻基、亚油基等。

在用于本发明产品中的组合物中,甘油单-或二油酸酯与脂肪醇葡糖苷的数量比在2∶1-1∶2的范围内,优选在1.5∶1-1∶1.5的范围内,最优选所述比率是约1∶1。
尤其合适的组合物是它是20-40%的C12-30羧酸甘油酯、20-40%C8-20烷基葡糖苷和水的混合物。该特定混合物以0.1-1%,优选0.1-0.5%,更优选0.25-0.5%的范围内的数量加入组合物中。
尤其优选的组合是以商标‘Lamesoft’出售的物质,尤其是‘Lamesoft PO65’,20-40%甘油单油酸酯、20-40%椰子葡糖苷和水的混合物。该‘Lamesoft’产物以0.1-1%,优选0.1-0.5%,更优选0.25-0.5%的范围内的数量加入组合物中。
纸巾上组合物的数量将在约100-约400%,优选约200%-约400%的范围内,以相对在干条件下薄层重量的组合物的重量表示。
优选的组合物是根据所谓的转相技术制备的乳液的物质。转相技术在F.Frster,F.Schambil,和H.Tesmann在Int.J.Cos.Sci.1990(12)217中详细描述。
根据该技术,用非离子乳化剂制备的水包油制剂在加热下进行转相,这意味着在特定的温度间隔内,改变乳液类型,即由水包油变为水包油乳液。在该方法中,外部连续相由含水变为油相,导致导电率事实上下降到零,在最大和最小导电率之间的平均温度称为转相温度(‘PIT’)。
在加热到超过PIT的温度后,乳液冷却到低于PIT,于是,发生转相转移,即由油包水变为水包油,得到的乳液通常称为‘PIT乳液’。
PIT乳液的液滴尺寸取决于许多因素,具有小液滴的PIT乳液可以由在转相时具有油和水相之间低表面张力的形成微乳液的乳液得到,或由形成层状液晶相的乳液得到。
优选的是细分散的,即具有小液滴尺寸和低粘度的PIT乳液。
在PIT乳液中的油相含有天然油或天然油衍生物,尤其是植物来源。实例是亚麻油、棕榈油、橄栏油、蓖麻油、菜子油、大豆油,尤其是花生油、椰子油、向日葵油和萝卜籽油。油相可进一步含有由天然油分离的脂肪组分,即纯甘油三酯或它们的混合物,或后一组分是化学制备的。这些所谓的甘油三酯是甘油与脂肪酸或脂肪酸混合物的酯。优选的甘油三酯是由饱和或不饱和的,含有10-24,尤其是14-20,优选16-18个碳原子的脂肪酸,例如棕榈酸、十七酸、油酸或硬脂酸或它们的混合物得到的甘油酯。尤其优选的是甘油硬脂酸酯,也称为硬脂精。
油相可进一步含有脂肪酸烷基酯,其中烷基含有1-4个碳原子,优选是C16-18脂肪酸,例如棕榈酸、十七酸或硬脂酸的C1-4烷基酯,尤其是甲基或乙基酯,包括它们的混合物。
尤其令人感兴趣的是含有植物油或与脂肪酸烷基酯组合的甘油三酯的油相。
PIT乳液还含有非离子乳化剂。
合适的非离子乳化剂包括:
含有2-30个乙氧基单元和0-5个丙氧基单元,或1-5个丙氧基单元的多乙氧基化或丙氧基化脂肪醇、脂肪酸或C8-15烷基苯酚,通过原料醇与环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷反应制备;
带有含1-30个乙氧基单元的饱和或不饱和C12-18脂肪酸的多乙氧基化甘油的单-或二酯;
饱和或不饱和脂肪酸的甘油单-或二酯和脱水山梨糖醇单-或二酯以及其乙氧基化衍生物,后者尤其含有1-30个乙氧基单元;
C8-22烷基单-或寡聚葡糖苷以及其乙氧基化衍生物,后者尤其含有1-30个乙氧基单元;
乙氧基化蓖麻油或氢化蓖麻油,尤其是含有1-30个乙氧基单元;

用于本文的术语脂肪酸是指饱和或不饱和,直链或支链链烷酸,任选被一个或多个羟基取代。
尤其有用的乳化剂包括含有亲水和疏水乳化剂的混合物的乳化剂体系。
亲水乳化剂包括乙氧基化脂肪醇或脂肪酸,前者的实例是乙氧基化C16-22醇,例如十六基、palmoleyl、硬脂基、异硬脂基和油基醇和它们的混合物,其中每个分子的乙氧基基团的数目在1-35,优选1-20,更优选10-20的范围内。
乙氧基化脂肪酸的实例是乙氧基化C12-22烷基碳酸,例如棕榈酸、palmoleinic、硬脂酸、异硬脂酸和它们的混合物,其中乙氧基基团的数目在5-50,尤其在15-35的范围内。
疏水乳化剂包括含有1-30个乙氧基单元的多乙氧基化甘油脂肪酸单-或二酯,即多乙氧基化甘油,其中1-2个羟基官能团被1或2个脂肪酸或脂肪酸混合物酯化。
亲水乳化剂组分与疏水乳化剂组分的w/w比在10∶90-90∶10,尤其在25∶75-75∶25,更具体地在40∶60-60∶40的范围内。
用于本发明产品的PIT乳液尤其含有20-90%,具体地30-80%,优选30-60%的水,构成配方的其余部分包括油相、乳化剂和其它组分。油相通常占配方的10-80%,尤其是40-70%,优选其中油相与水相的w/w比约1∶1的乳液。乳化剂以在1-25%,尤其5-20%,更具体地为5-15%范围内数量存在。
转相温度通常在20-95℃范围内,尤其在40-95℃的范围内。
用于本发明的PIT洗液将含有一种或多种光吸收或光反射物质,尤其是本文提到的物质。它们可以是亲水或疏水的。在前一物质中,这些物质将溶解在水相中,而后一物质溶解在油相中。
可用于本发明组合物的具体PIT乳液在例如WO-00/51427和WO-00/71676中描述。
通过转相技术制备的组合物优选具有低于100mPas的粘度,油滴的平均粒度在50-300nm范围内,尤其在50-200nm范围内,优选是100nm或更小,例如在70-90nm之间。这些组合物是尤其有吸收力的,因为它们显示良好扩散和浸渍性质。
另一组优选组合物是所谓的‘含水溶液’。它们尤其包括水基组合物,它们不是乳液,或不含有乳化剂,或仅含有少量乳化剂。以相对于组合物部重量的w/w表示,在该内容中,少量是指少于约10%,尤其少于5%,更具体地少于3%或少于1%。所述水基配方单以本文提到的数量含有甘油单油酸酯和/或椰子葡糖苷。同样在含水溶液的情况下,尤其优选的单油酸酯和椰子葡糖苷的组合是上文提到的‘LamesoftTM’产品,尤其以同样上文提到的浓度。
含水溶液还可含有其它成分,尤其是本文提到的其它成分。含水溶液的具体亚型是用于清洁的,即所谓的‘清洁洗液’。后者含有特定的清洁试剂,例如表面活性剂,任选还含有例如润肤剂、香料、防腐剂、活性物质等的成分。可加入少量增溶剂以增溶油性组分,例如油性香料或油性活性物质。具体感兴趣的是甜菜碱表面活性剂,具体的润肤剂是多元醇,例如甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇等。
用于本发明产品的组合物还含有皮肤护理和/或活性组分,如润肤剂、油、植物提取物、维生素等。油可以是天然或合成来源的,例如植物油或矿物油或聚硅氧烷。
组合物还可含有抗氧化剂,尤其在其中C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯是不饱和的情况下,尤其是其中它是多不饱和的,例如在其中C12-30羧酸是必需脂肪酸的情况下。
合适的抗氧化剂是阻断用于本发明的产品的组合物中的组分,尤其是C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯,氧化或自氧化的试剂。抗氧化剂的实例是例如亚硫酸盐,例如亚硫酸钠、生育酚或它们的衍生物、维生素E或它们的衍生物、抗坏血酸或它们的衍生物、柠檬酸、没食子酸丙酯、壳聚糖羟乙酸酯、半胱氨酸、N-乙酰基半胱氨酸和硫酸锌、硫代硫酸盐,例如硫代硫酸钠、多酚、生育酚、丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、卵磷脂等。
可加入的润肤剂包括类脂类,如羊毛脂、羊毛脂醇、羊毛脂酸、多乙氧基化或酰基化羊毛脂或羊毛脂衍生物、卵磷脂和卵磷脂衍生物、脂肪醇,直链或支链,链长在C6-C40之间,和它们与有机酸,例如碳酸或含有2-30个碳原子的,支链、芳香或直链的多元酸,包括羟基或氨基酸的酯、脂肪酸和脂肪酸与含有2-40个碳原子的,支链,芳香或直链的醇或多元醇的酯、在例如鳄梨油、杏仁油、大豆油等的不皂化馏分中发现的甾醇,例如大豆植物甾醇、β-谷甾醇、β-谷甾醇月桂酸酯、β-谷甾醇硬脂酸酯等、天然和合成蜡,例如蜂蜡、purcelline、牛油树脂、可可脂、地蜡(ceresin)、地蜡(ozokerit)、凡士林、micw蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡等、取代的环己烷,例如二正辛基环己烷、格尔伯特碳酸酯,例如双-2-辛基十二烷基碳酸酯、二烷基醚,例如二正辛基醚等。
油的实例是天然油,例如杏仁油、大豆油、麦胚油、鳄梨油、西蒙得木油、亚麻籽油、芝麻油、胡桃油、向日葵油、橄栏油等、矿物和石蜡油和合成油,包括单-、双-、三甘油酯以及它们的混合物。
组合物还含有成膜物质,例如壳聚糖和它们的衍生物、聚丙烯酸衍生物、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和它们的衍生物等。
组合物还可含有活性成分,例如抗菌剂,例如PVP和过氧化氢的复合物、消炎剂,例如植物提取物、没药醇、泛醇、生育酚、抗刺的活性物质、抗刺激剂、抗头屑剂、抗老化剂,例如维生素A醇、蜜二糖等。其它合适的活性物质是,例如苜蓿、猕猴桃、尿囊素、巴巴多芦荟、番荔枝、罗马甘菊、落花生、山金车、燕麦、β-胡萝卜素、没药醇、琉璃苣、丁二醇、金盏花、油茶、樟脑、念珠菌bombicola、辛酰甘氨酸、香木瓜树、矢车菊、氯化十六烷基吡啶鎓、洋甘菊、土荆芥、Chinchona succirubra、角叉菜、酸橙、柚、柑橘、椰子、咖啡、山楂、香瓜、二氯苯基咪唑并二氧戊环、Enteromorpha compressa、问荆、乙氧基二甘醇、乙基泛醇、法呢醇、阿魏酸、草莓、黄龙胆、银杏、甘油、甘油月桂酸酯、甘草、北美金镂梅、天芥菜精、氢化棕榈甘油酯、柠檬酸酯、水解蓖麻油、水解小麦蛋白质、金丝桃、鸢尾、欧洲杜松、lactis proteinum、乳糖、散沫花、d-里哪醇、亚麻、赖氨酸、门冬氨酸镁、magnifera indica、锦葵、甘露糖醇、蜂蜜、白千层、薄荷、薄荷醇、薄荷乳酸酯、含羞草、睡莲、olaflur、稻、泛醇、凡士林油、PEG-20M、PEG-26西蒙得木酸、PEG-26西蒙得木醇、PEG-35蓖麻油、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、PEG-8辛酸/癸酸、雅楠、凡士林、门冬氨酸钾、山梨酸钾、丙二醇、甜扁桃、杏、桃、棕榈酸视黄酯、、蓖麻、狗牙蔷薇、迷迭香、覆盆子、水杨酸、黑接骨木、肌氨酸、锯叶棕、Simmondsia chinensis、羧基甲基β-葡聚糖钠、椰子基氨基酸钠、透明质酸钠、棕榈酰基脯氨酸钠、硬脂氧基三甲基硅烷、硬脂醇、硫化TEA-蓖麻酸酯、滑石、胸腺、椴、生育酚、生育酚乙酸酯、trideceth-9、小麦、酪氨酸、十一碳烯酰基甘氨酸、脲、欧洲越桔、缬氨酸、氢化锌、硫酸锌等。
本发明的产品可通过在薄层材料上涂覆所述的组合物或将其浸渍入薄层材料中制备。术语涂覆还包括技术,例如在薄层上刷和喷洒组合物。在优选实施方案中,纸巾用根据PIT步骤制备的洗液浸渍。
用于本发明产品的组合物通过常规方法制备。在具体实施方案中,制备浓缩液,它随后用合适的含水介质稀释以得到施用于薄层的组合物。在具体实施方案中,浓缩物含有C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯和任选烷基葡糖苷和其它组分,例如一种或多种乳化剂、一种或多种防腐剂、香料等。浓缩物还可配制成乳液,尤其是水包油乳液,更具体地是根据PIT技术制备的水包油乳液。在这种情况下,浓缩物将含有合适的乳化剂,尤其是本文提到的那些。
在浓缩物中C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯和任选烷基葡糖苷和其它组分的浓度可以为高于其在最终配方中浓度的约2.5-约10倍,优选约5-约7.5倍。
因此,本发明涉及制备如本文定义的产品的方法,所述方法包括使合适的载体与本文描述的组合物接触,尤其与含有C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯的组合物接触。具体地说,所述方法包括用如本文所述的液体或洗液浸渍纸巾,更具体地说,用液体或洗液浸渍或喷洒纸巾。后者优选是如本文描述的PIT制剂,在优选实施方案中,合用含有甘油单-或二油酸酯的组合物。
在具体实施方案中,载体材料切割成条,其横向尺寸类似于薄层,尤其是薄纱或纸巾的尺寸。随后载体条根据通常已知并且现有技术中采用的方法折叠,然后折叠的条用本文定义的液体组合物润湿,尤其是用PIT组合物,所述润湿优选包括喷洒或滴,或者织物条可首先润湿,随后折叠。
条也可以通过将条浸渍在包含组合物的槽中或使条通过包含组合物的槽而浸渍,它们也可用组合物喷洒或涂刷。
在另一步骤中,切割条从而得到所需尺寸的薄层,尤其是纸巾,所得到的薄层(或纸巾)可单独包装或可以预定的数量,例如10-30之间,优选15-25之间,最优选约20的数量,或50-100之间,优选60-80之间,最优选约72的数量堆起,然后,该堆用合适的包装,例如塑料包装、盒等包装。
本发明的产品可以是婴儿或成人纸巾的形式,可以在作为人体护理产品的广泛应用范围内使用,包括,例如婴儿清洁纸巾、面部或身体清洁纸巾、用于除去化妆品的纸巾、用于皮肤处理或皮肤调理,例如皮肤润湿的纸巾、驱虫纸巾、防晒纸巾等。
本发明的产品具有杰出的柔软性、感觉和清洁性质,柔软性是在消费者握住产品,用它擦试皮肤或用手弄皱纸巾所感觉的触觉。
产品显示增加的薄层材料的柔软性,更具体地说,它们显示非织造织物增加的柔软性。此外,它们提供改善的皮肤柔软性,因而在使用纸巾后具有较柔软的手感或改善的感觉柔软性。它们还提供增加的皮肤光滑和皮肤弹性。
用于本文时,施用或应用于皮肤包括使产品与皮肤接触的任何行为,例如擦试皮肤、浴、轻拍、润湿等。
本发明的产品在用于皮肤时导致充分或有效量的C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯和/或C8-20烷基葡糖苷,尤其是有效量的甘油单油酸酯和/或C8-20烷基葡糖苷释放,从而提供给皮肤。这同样适用于其中组合物含有一种或多种其它活性成分的产品,即它们同样被释放,从而以充分或有效量提供。此外,本发明的产品能够使这些试剂或活性成分均匀分布在皮肤上。
在本文描述的组合物中的C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯和/或C8-20烷基葡糖苷组分,尤其是甘油单油酸酯和/或C8-20烷基葡糖苷组分覆盖或涂覆织物的纤维,尤其是在使用PIT组合物的情况下。用本文描述的组合物浸渍或涂覆的织物可干燥得到用C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯和/或C8-20烷基葡糖苷组分,尤其是甘油单油酸酯和/或C8-20烷基葡糖苷组分覆盖或涂覆的织物纤维。
薄层产品的柔软性可用许多试验证明,一种试验是将薄层安放在纵向板上,板的一端放置规定质量的物体,随后举起板的一端直到物体开始向下滑动。测量重物开始移动时板的角度,与标准薄层比较。
皮肤的柔软性可在感觉评价试剂中由标准化的消费者评审小组试验测量,它也可以在转矩试验中定量,其中将圆柱形物质以规定的力压向皮肤,随后向物质施加规定的转矩力,测量物质由此转动的角度。
皮肤柔软性还可以用topometry测量,其中测量皮肤的表面轮廓,皮肤越粗糙,皮肤表面的局部解剖学越不规则。
实施例
在这些实施例中使用的‘Nipaguard IPF’是含有10%碘代丙基丁基氨基甲酸酯(IPBC)的防腐剂的商标。‘Emulgade SE-PFTM’是甘油硬脂酸酯/Ceteareth20TM/Ceteareth12TM/Cetearyl醇/十六基棕榈酸酯混合物,‘Eumulgin B2TM’是Ceteareth20TM;‘Ceteareth-20TM’是含有20个乙氧基单元的乙氧基化cetostearyl醇;‘Ceteareth-12TM’是含有12个乙氧基单元的乙氧基化cetostearyl醇;‘Lamesoft PO65’是20-40%甘油单油酸酯、20-40%椰子葡糖苷和水的混合物。

4、权利要求2或3的产品,其中组合物含有不饱和C12-30羧酸单甘油酯。
5、权利要求2或3的产品,其中组合物含有不饱和C16-22羧酸单甘油酯。
6、权利要求1或2的产品,其中C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯是甘油单-或二油酸酯。
7、权利要求1或2的产品,其中C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯是甘油单油酸酯。
8、权利要求1-7的任何之一的产品,其中组合物是液体,它涂覆在所述薄层表面或浸渍入薄层中。
9、权利要求8的产品,其中液体是水包油乳液。
10、权利要求9的产品,其中水包油乳液根据转相技术制备。
11、权利要求1-10的任何之一的产品,其中组合物以0.01-2%的数量含有C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯。
12、权利要求2-10的任何之一的产品,其中组合物以0.01-2%的数量含有C8-20烷基葡糖苷。
13、权利要求12的产品,其中C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯与C8-20烷基葡糖苷的数量比为2∶1-1∶2。
14、权利要求13的产品,其中C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯与C8-20烷基葡糖苷的数量比为约1∶1。
15、C12-30羧酸单-或双甘油酯或其与C8-16烷基葡糖苷的组合在改善多孔或吸收剂薄层的柔软性中的用途。
16、权利要求1-14的任何之一的产品改善皮肤柔软性的用途。
