Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米胶体银护肤液体皂,首先是将银作电极,通过电火花轰击胶体银粒子,直接掺入液体皂内,采用原料为油酸钠、AEO-7、二甲苯磺酸钠、单乙醇胺、去离子水、十二酸钠、AEO-5、乙二醇、羧甲基玻珀酸盐、防腐剂,在原料中加入一定比例的胶体银粒子。本发明配伍合理,去污强、灭菌,具有保健功能。

                           技术领域
本发明涉及日常生活洗涤用品,更具体涉及一种纳米胶体银护肤液体皂。
                           背景技术
二十世纪八十年代以后,由于钙皂分散剂在工业应用获得成功后,液体皂生产有了长足地发展。在液体皂配制时,主要考虑去污力、气味、刺激性、粘度等指标,其配方见表:

从表中不难看出,去污是最主要指标。皂主要与人体皮肤接触,除去皮肤上的污垢。但是对皮肤藏匿的细菌是不起作用的,如皮肤上小块疤痕上的细胞无法清除。
                           发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纳米胶体银护肤液体皂,在液体皂中直接加入胶体银粒子,扩大了液体皂的作用功能,使液体皂不仅去污力强,而且还具有灭(抑)菌的医药作用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
银(Ag)具有灭(抑)菌作用在医疗卫生药物上的应用,早已被国际、国内公认。如硝酸银、磺胺嘧啶银广泛用于医疗,是用于眼病烧伤主要药物,对灭(抑)菌及创面收敛具有极好效果。但银盐中存有非银离子酸根,具有腐蚀性副作用。银的灭(抑)菌机理是:银粒子(Ag)接触皮肤,通过体液,带正电子银离子(Ag+)将与带负电荷的细菌吸附至表面穿过细胞膜与菌体内的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)结合,破坏细胞电物理性能,使细胞丧失繁殖能力,抑制细胞生长;同时,带正电子银离子(Ag+)能穿透表皮,到达毛囊和皮脂腺腺体导管管腔中,将藏匿在这些部位的病菌杀死。从而达到护肤保健作用。
采用以下重量配比(份)的原料制配:首先是将银作电极,其次通过电火花轰击制备50-700nm的胶体银粒子;再后是直接掺入液体皂内。其配比是:

       防腐剂(4-己二烯酸)  0.2
纳米胶体银液体与普通液体皂的生产过程一致,普通液体皂的生产工艺流程完全适用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:
1、保持除去皮肤污垢作用,去污强;
2、具有灭(抑)藏匿在皮肤中的细菌的作用;
3、对皮肤上已有的创口具有创面收敛作用;
4、具有保健功能。
                         具体实施方式
本发明是将银作电极,通过电火花轰击制备50-700nm的胶体银粒子,然后将胶体银粒子按一定比例直接掺入液体皂内。具体配方如下:

上述纳米胶体银液体皂与普通液体皂的制备过程一致,普通液体皂的生产工艺流程完全适用。
