Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于焊接车身构件的方法和设备,其中构件首先在焊接台外面的准备台中相对地彼此定位。接着,构件在保持确定的相对位置的情况下借助于机器人从准备台取出并送入焊接台。在那里构件相互焊接。因此在本设备中能够避免根据现有技术在焊接台区域所需的定位辅助装置,由此能够实现简化并且显著地提高柔性。

Description

用于焊接车身构件的方法和设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于焊接多个规定用于车身的构件的方法,各构件首先在准备台中定位,送入焊接台并接着焊接。此外,本发明还涉及一种用于实施本方法的设备。
背景技术
一种这样的方法是DE69502734T2的对象。根据此方法构件在准备台中定位在箱或随行夹具中,并接着由输送装置送入焊接台。在焊接台中焊接定位在箱或随行夹具中的构件。在间隔时间中在准备台中装夹另一个箱或随行夹具。在此可以通过使用不同的箱或随行夹具处理不同的方案。
在此实际上不利的是,构件与箱一起进入焊接台。因此焊接台必须关于其尺寸和材料流程适应箱子。虽然子关于其外部尺寸可以统一成形,以便也能够在焊接台中加工不同的构件。而在复杂的车身中所需的大量箱子恰恰证明是不利的,特别是由此柔性制造,尤其是包括这样的不能使用箱子输送的构件,变得困难或者不可能了。在此也不能通过使用这样的随行夹具实现简化,其中各构件被随行夹具隔开并因而独立地输入下一工位,因为由此分别需要用于重新定位的装料台或卸料台。
在根据DE69008839T2的设备中也通过相似的方式输送一个各根据构件调准的定位框架,构件定位在该定位框架中并焊接。焊接过程由机器人进行,其中焊接程序根据相应的构件调准。其中部件的多个构件可以首先无须固定连接地定位在定位框架中并接被焊接。
对此定位框架证明也是不利的,因为为了能够实现所要的材料流程,由此在改变生产程序时需要改变定位框架以及必要时也需要改变焊接台。
由DE19914125A1、DE19917908A1以及DE4113295A1也可知其他的设备和方法,其中为了将构件输入焊接台,同样使用了定位框架。
发明内容
由这样的背景技术得出本发明的任务是,这样实施开头所述类型的方法,即使其能够简化加工过程并且实现显著改善的柔性。此外应该提供一种用于实施该方法的设备。
上述任务按照本发明这样解决,即构件在保持通过准备台确定的彼此相对位置的情况下借助于机器人或自动操作装置从准备台分开并输入焊接台。在此焊接台中的焊接过程无须使用夹紧框架或其他的辅助定位装置实施,由此能够显著地提高柔性。因为由此特别是也取消了原本需要的在辅助定位装置上调准焊接台。在此首先在准备台中确定构件的彼此相对位置并且接着在该位置移交给机器人,通过机器人可靠地保持预定的位置,而无需为此在焊接台的区域中构件彼此重新定位,由此同时显著减小占地面积。此外,也能够灵活地加工特殊尺寸的构件,因为焊接台能够不依赖于根据现有技术所需的定位框架而操作并且由此可任意扩展。
所述第二个任务,即提供一种用于实施本方法的用于焊接车身构件的包括一规定用于构件定位的准备台的设备,按照本发明通过一机器人或自动操作装置解决,通过该机器人或自动操作装置构件在保持由准备台确定的彼此相对位置的情况下可从准备台分开并在后面的焊接过程中固定。由此构件在焊接台外面定位在准备台中并接着转到机器人或自动操作装置上。因此在焊接台内无须重新定位构件,其中同时可放弃在焊接台中不利地使用辅助定位装置。由此焊接台可明显简化并灵活地操作。
本发明的一种特别有利的实施方式也可这样实现,即准备台具有一用于构件的容器,该容器可移动地设置在从规定用于构件定位的第一位置将构件转到规定用于机器人或自动操作装置的第二位置的导轨上。在此,构件借助于容器被输送到焊接台附近并按需要由机器人容纳并且保持在焊接台中。在焊接过程中容器可以在规定用于定位的位置装夹其他构件。由此可进一步优化加工流程。
此外也特别结合实际地,准备台装备有多个可选择使用的用于特别不同构件的容器。由此能够在相同的焊接台中以可替换的顺序地焊接几乎任意的构件。为此只需要改变控制程序,而可以放弃更换生产工具或手工干预。
本发明另一个特别结合实际的构造也可这样实现,即机器人或自动操作装置可移动地设置在一导轨上。由此可显著地扩大设备的工作空间,以便通过这种方式也能够无须在结构上改变设备而生产很复杂的部件。
特别有利的是,该设备具有至少一个配置有焊接头的机器人。在此,不仅定位而且焊接过程均通过机器人完成,由此可进一步改善加工柔性。特别是不同的用于固定和焊接构件的机器人能够这样彼此相对运动,使得能够无须改变夹紧在一道单独的工序中焊接全部所需的区域。
对此一种进一步构成也证明是特别结合实际的,构件是一个由多个零件构成的侧围板,在该侧围板中由于外部尺寸根据现有技术要求一个相应地对其调准的焊接台。该侧围板在此可通过例如配置有吸入式抓头的机器人可靠地固定并且共同与底板部件、顶板横梁和另一侧围板一起在一道单独的工序中被焊接成为汽车车身。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于焊接多个规定用于车身的构件的方法,这些构件首先定位在准备台中,输入焊接台并接着焊接,其特征在于,所述构件在保持通过准备台确定的彼此相对位置的情况下借助于机器人或自动操作装置从准备台分开并且输入焊接台。
2.一种用于焊接车身构件的设备,包括一规定用于构件定位的准备台,其特征在于,通过机器人或自动操作装置构件在保持通过准备台确定的彼此相对位置的情况下可从准备台分开并且可在后面的焊接过程中固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述准备台具有用于构件的容器,该容器可移动地设置在从规定用于构件定位的第一位置将构件转到规定用于机器人的第二位置的导轨上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述准备台配置有多个可选择地使用的用于特别不同的构件的容器。
5.根据权利要求2至4之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述机器人或自动操作装置可移动地设置在一导轨上。
6.根据权利要求2至5之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括至少一个配置有焊接头的机器人。
7.根据权利要求2至6之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述构件是由多个零件构成的侧围板。
