本发明涉及一种用于监控工业装置或在工业装置中安装新程序代码的方法。
对于远程监控工业装置,已知的有用于分析自动化***的相应的过程记录及日志数据。例如在确定如何对报警信号做出反应时,可能会有很大的时间滞后,因为信息分析主要是离线进行的。尤其是当例如装置和分析中心不在同一时区时,或相应的具有资质的人员不能每天24小时提供服务时,问题就更是如此。因此有可能发生这种情况:分析滞后若干小时,而分析所需的日志数据已被覆盖。此外,由于不能传输所有信息,因此取样式的分析不能对所有故障报告做出反应。由此对工业装置的完整而全面的远程监控只能在有限程度上实现。本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种更好的对大型工业装置监控的方法。
本发明的目的通过权利要求1所述的方法实现。这种方法借助于移动程序代码实现对工业装置,特别是原材料工业装置的故障或特殊事件的独立监控,其中,在发生故障或特殊事件的情况下,分析该故障或特殊事件所需的信息借助于该移动程序代码或者另外的移动程序代码传输给在空间上与该工业装置,特别是原材料工业装置分开的分析中心。对于特殊事件可以理解为超越边界值或具有特殊意义的倾向。特殊事件还可以是过程数据(带剖面误差,温度误差,等)的允许误差或是模式匹配的一致性特性。以这种方式,对故障、超越边界值等的分析可以更快、更全面。尤其具有优点的是,借助于通过移动程序代码传输的信息,能够识别故障苗头。这使得例如可以对相应的装置进行预防性维护。
在本发明的具有优点的实施方式中,所述移动程序代码构造并发出新的移动程序代码,其中,新的移动程序代码独立地监控工业装置,特别是原材料工业装置是否有故障或特殊事件发生,在发生故障或特殊事件的情况下,分析故障或特殊事件所需的信息被直接发往分析中心,或者尤其为进一步转发给分析中心而先传递给另一移动程序代码。

Claims (8)

3.一种用于安装用于调节或控制工业装置,特别是原材料工业装置的新的控制程序代码的方法,其中,所述新的控制程序代码由开发中心向工业装置,特别是原材料工业装置传送,并由移动程序代码独立地安装在该工业装置,特别是原材料工业装置上,并使其运行。
