Claims (10)

1. cosmetic composition, said composition comprises:
(a) at least a quaternary ammonium composition;
(b) emollient; With
(c) polar solvent;
Wherein compositions comprises vesicle, comprises quaternary ammonium composition and emollient in the described vesicle.
2. according to the compositions of claim 1, wherein said compositions comprises the quaternary ammonium composition of 0.01%, more preferably at least 1% weight.
