Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于香烟等等的折叠盒,由一盒体(10)、盒盖(11)和凸缘(15)组成,其中在折叠盒内固定一印刷品(38),而且是固定在凸缘前壁(16)和盒前壁(19)之间。尤其是折叠盒在这个区域内设有一窗口(34)。

Description

折叠香烟盒
本发明涉及一种用于香烟的折叠盒(折叠式包装盒)，主要由一盒体、一可翻转的盒盖和一以下部区域固定在盒体内的凸缘组成，其中在折叠盒内设有由一独立的裁剪料组成的印刷品或赠票。
在香烟工业中越来越普遍地在香烟包装中附上给吸烟者提供信息的印刷品或可以参加演出的赠票。附入做成单独的裁剪料的印刷品一方面应该放在对使用者起作用的地方，另一方面在香烟包装盒制造时可以毫无问题地做成一体。
本发明的目的是，推荐一种在折叠盒内的印刷品的更好的布局和显示。
为了实现这一目的，按本发明的折叠盒的特征在于：印刷品或赠票固定在凸缘的凸缘前壁和盒体的盒前壁之间。
在折叠盒中常见的凸缘以凸缘前壁和凸缘侧凸耳在贴合在盒前壁和盒侧壁的情况下安装在盒体内。按照本发明印刷品设置在凸缘前壁和盒前壁之间，因此凸缘前壁尤其是直到被包装物(香烟组)的上边界为止被印刷品遮盖。因此在打开包装盒时首先显示出印刷品，由此可以达到引人注意的目的。
特别有利的是，按本发明的印刷品在包装盒正面区域内，也就是在盒盖前壁和盒前壁之间有一孔，一所谓的窗口的折叠盒中的布局在折叠盒关闭时使凸缘前壁部分区域显露出来。在印刷品的按本发明的布局时即使在折叠盒关闭时也能从外面看到在窗口区域内的印刷品，使得在折叠盒关闭时或者说打开前便可通过特别是在窗口区域内印刷品上的印刷给使用者提供信息。
按本发明的印刷品布局一方面对于凸缘与盒体的连接，另一方面对于印刷品与折叠盒零件的连接开辟了新的可能性。
下面借助于在附图中所示折叠盒及其零件的实施例对本发明的其他细节作较详细的说明。附图表示：

由(薄的)硬纸板组成的折叠盒或折叠包装盒通常由一(下)盒体10和一盒盖11组成。盒盖在盒后壁12和盒盖后壁13区域内通过一铰接线14与盒体10可翻转地连接。
其次折叠盒还有一凸缘15，它由凸缘前壁16和凸缘侧凸耳17组成。凸缘15标准化地设计成这样，使得在凸缘前壁16区域内形成一缺口18。此缺口在凸缘前壁16的上部区域内延伸，并使得容易拿到包装物，即香烟。凸缘15这样地定位在盒体10的上部区域内，使凸缘前壁16朝向盒前壁19，凸缘侧凸耳朝向盒侧壁20、21，或者贴合在它们上面。
折叠盒在冲裁坯料的造型方面可以用不同的方法形成。在按图1至4的实施例中冲裁坯料(图3、图4)或由它制成的包装盒按横向卷绕的原理制成。冲裁坯料具有用于盒后壁12、盒前壁19和盒侧壁20、21的相互并排的区域。在盒后壁12的一外露边缘上设有一(窄的)连接凸耳22。它在完工的折叠盒中在内侧与相互面对面的盒侧壁21连接。
作为冲裁坯料一部分的盒盖11用类似的方法构成，它带有相互并排的盒盖后壁13、盒盖前壁23和盒盖侧壁24、25。
用于上端壁的折叠凸耳，也就是内凸耳26和一外覆盖凸耳27与盒盖11的相应部分连接。类似地设有底凸耳，也就是内凸耳28和覆盖凸耳29。冲裁坯料或包装盒适宜于按DE 199 12 995.9的尺寸数据制作。
在按图1至4的实施例中凸缘15与折叠盒的冲裁坯料连成一体。在盒盖11区域内凸缘连接在内凸耳26上，但是通过冲裁切口与它分开。与盒冲裁坯料的连接在直立的包装盒棱边30，这里做成倒圆的棱边，区域内进行。在这条包装盒棱边30在盒盖一侧的延长线上形成三角形连接楔，它保证与包装盒冲裁坯料的结合。此外与盒盖前壁32相连形成端壁的另一内凸耳32。它具有这样的轮廓，即相当于凸缘前壁16上的缺口18。
在制造按图1至4的折叠盒时首先将凸缘15朝冲裁坯料内侧折叠，其中在连接铰链33区域内的连接楔31一起折叠。在这一折叠工步(图4)后凸缘具有符合于包装盒的位置。这时排除了与内凸耳32的连接，使得这个作为端壁一部分的内凸耳32悬伸出来。现在可以用常用的方法折叠冲裁坯料，以形成按图1和2的折叠盒。
作为一个特点折叠盒具有一窗口34。它在包装盒正面形成，也就是说在盒盖前壁23和盒前壁19之间。窗口34由盒盖11的闭合棱边35和盒体10的对应闭合棱边36之间的距离构成。两条闭合棱边35、36设置和在有些情况下成形得相互离开一定距离。
在所述实施例中窗口34通过形成一盒盖内凸耳37形成。此内凸耳位于盒盖前壁23内侧上并与它连接。在冲裁坯料(图3、图4)之内作为盒前壁19部分区域的盒盖内凸耳37通过相应的冲裁线确定。在第一折叠工步(图3)中盒盖内凸耳37朝盒盖前壁23内侧(图3)折叠。然后进行其他折叠工步。
折叠盒设有一附加物，也就是由一单独的裁剪件构成的印刷品38。它由纸或薄的膜片组成，并且单面或双面印有信息、广告等等。这里印刷品38做成矩形裁剪件，并固定在折叠盒内其正面上。其特点在于，印刷品38位于凸缘15或者说凸缘前壁16和盒前壁19之间。因此在相应地选择尺寸的情况下凸缘前壁16，包括缺口18，被裁剪件或者说印刷品38遮盖(图1)。在所示实施例中印刷品38的尺寸这样选择，使它在整个高度和宽度上延伸，离底板和端壁分别有很小的距离。在折叠盒带有倒圆的棱边或倾斜的棱边(八角形包装盒)时印刷品38适宜于在相应地形成的包装盒棱边30之外延伸。
印刷品38也位于窗口34区域内，并适宜于在这一区域内配备完整的印刷信息。在打开盒盖11时印刷品38的上部区域完全显露出来，并由于放在凸缘15的前面可以方便地取出，也就是从包装盒中取出。
在按图1至4的例子中折叠盒做成大规格的，并用来存放一组香烟包39。它们按各五个香烟包39的两个分组相互重叠地放在折叠盒内。因此在折叠盒内可以放置面积比较大的印刷品38。
图5至9涉及一香烟折叠盒的细节，此折叠盒在基本结构方面用普通的方法制成，但是带有倒圆棱边造型的直立包装盒棱边30。其次在包装盒正面形成一以特殊的方法构型的窗口40。此窗口具有一带相应的V形分布的闭合棱边35和对应闭合棱边36的近似于V形的轮廓。
用于这种包装盒的冲裁坯料通常按底面折叠原理制作(图7)。盒前壁19、盒后壁12、盒盖后壁13和盒盖前壁23前后顺次设置在冲裁坯料的纵向。其次在这个序列中设有一底板41和一端壁42。在所述情况下盒侧壁和盒盖侧壁分别由两个相互重叠的盒侧凸耳43和44以及相应的盒盖侧凸耳45、46组成。在所述情况下盒盖内凸耳由两个相互成一角度布置的部分凸耳47、48组成。
在折叠盒的这种实施形式时凸缘15由一单独的冲裁坯料(图8)组成。凸缘以规定的、普通的方法固定在盒体10之内。凸缘前壁16上的缺口18与闭合棱边35、36的(V形)造型相匹配。
在这种折叠盒中印刷品49也固定在凸缘前壁16和盒前壁19之间，尤其是在包装盒整个高度上或者直至凸缘15的上边界处。印刷品49在窗口40的区域内是可见的。
由于设置一基本上在包装盒正面整个宽度上延伸的印刷品38、39，凸缘15与盒体10只能在凸缘侧凸耳17区域内连接。盒侧壁20、21或位于内部的盒侧凸耳43在内侧设有胶合剂标记，在所述情况下设有两个上下重叠设置的胶合剂点50。它们尤其是涂在单独的冲裁坯料的内侧上，并在冲裁坯料输入折叠转塔之前涂抹。通常与包装物(香烟包)一起输入的凸缘15在按图5至图9的实施例中在折叠转塔内通过胶合剂点与折叠盒或盒侧壁20、21连接。
作为另一种选择可以采用这样的印刷品38、49，它具有比凸缘前壁16小的宽度，因此在印刷品38、49布置在中间时形成凸缘前壁16的侧向空余区域，这里可以涂抹胶合剂。在图8的实施例中在一(未画出的)较窄的印刷品49的两侧分别设置两个胶合剂点51，52。在这种结构时印刷品也可以横向折叠。
在制造带印刷品38、49的折叠盒时可以用不同的方法进行。在按图1至4的实施例中印刷品38在内侧贴在完全未折叠的冲裁坯料(图3)上。然而事先盒盖内凸耳37已经折叠。印刷品38可通过可容易地撕开的、也就是起较小附着作用的胶合剂点固定在这个位置上。但是也可以将印刷品38通过“Stick No Stick”结构的胶合剂点固定在所示位置上。这种已知类型的胶合剂适合于在一有限的时间段内发挥粘接或结合作用。此后胶合剂分解或终止粘接作用。
用这种结构的胶合剂赠票49可借助于胶合剂点51，52在包装盒制造持续期间固定在凸缘15或凸缘前壁16外侧上。这时适宜于这样地进行，使凸缘的常用的方法与包装物(香烟包)一起，通过铺放结合在它上面，然后将印刷品49放在朝上的凸缘前壁16上并通过胶合剂点51，52固定。由香烟包、凸缘15和印刷品49这样形成的单元输送给部分折叠的包装盒。
印刷品49也可用合适的方法与一在折叠盒中常用的香烟组的内***(锡箔、纸或薄膜)结合。内***通常在正面区域内设有撕拽片(所谓的封皮)。印刷品49的上部区域可以和它连接，因此在香烟盒开封时在拉出封皮过程中印刷品49自动地与包装盒分开。
折叠盒在窗口34或40的造型方面可以做成不同的形式，特别是与印刷品38、49的造型相匹配。窗口形状的例子由DE 198 58 786.4得到。

Claims (6)

1.特别是用于香烟的折叠盒(折叠包装盒)，主要由一盒体(10)、一盒盖(11)和一固定在盒体内的带有凸缘前壁(16)和凸缘侧凸耳(17)的凸缘(15)组成，其中在折叠盒内设有一由单独的裁剪件组成的印刷品(38，49)或赠票，其特征为：印刷品(38，49)定位在凸缘前壁(16)和盒体(10)的盒前壁(19)之间。
2.按权利要求1的折叠盒，其特征为：凸缘(15)(仅仅)在凸缘侧凸耳(17)区域内与盒体(10)连接，特别是通过粘接与盒侧壁(20，21)连接。
3.按权利要求1或2的折叠盒，其特征为：印刷品(38，49)在凸缘前壁(16)的整个宽度上并且最好大致在折叠盒的整个高度上延伸。
4.按权利要求1或其他权利要求之任一项的折叠盒，其特征为：在有些情况下折叠过的印刷品(38，49)具有比凸缘前壁(16)小得多的宽度，并且凸缘前壁在印刷品(38，49)旁边的区域内与盒前壁(19)连接。
5.按权利要求1或其他权利要求之任一项的折叠盒，其特征为：印刷品(38，49)设置在一正面窗口(34，40)区域内，使得在折叠盒关闭时可通过窗口(34，40)从外面看到印刷品(38，49)的一部分区域。
6.按权利要求1或其他权利要求之任一项的折叠盒，其特征为：印刷品(38，49)在一段时间内，也就是说至少在折叠盒制造期间，通过胶合剂固定在凸缘前壁(16)上，尤其是通过一种在一定时间后丧失粘接作用的胶合剂。
