塑料空心型材
本发明涉及一种带有埋入的金属加强筋的塑料空心型材,尤其是用于窗或门的框架型材。
已知这种类型的塑料框架型材(DE-GM 81 11 425),其中要不要在外壁内埋入纤维加强塑料带就是在外壁内侧通过一泡沫芯或通过粘接剂固定纤维强化塑料带。这种纤维加强塑料带的固定仅仅通过各种材料之间的附着力进行。这种附着力通过框架材料和加强带或加强带和泡沫芯之间的粘接作用产生。对于确保加强带与框架型材之间的抗剪强度,这种通过粘接或力锁合的附着力在通过动态载荷使力传递到塑料空心型材上时是不够的。

按照本发明这个目的这样来实现,使塑料空心型材具有许多通过沿型材纵向延伸的隔壁围成的内腔,并设置条状的、相互不连接的加强元件作为金属加强筋。
由于各自具有小的容积的许多内腔,防止了损害绝热性的对流。因为条状的、尤其是由金属制成的加强元件相互不连接,也消除了加强元件之间的热传导。
按照本发明另一种实施形式塑料空心型材具有许多通过沿型材纵向延伸的隔壁围成的小横截面的内腔,其中加强元件在纵向区域或纵向边缘之间的区域内设有形成形锁合的结构,如弄粗糙、滚花、冲槽等等。

在横截面内最好做成矩形的加强元件可以具有有高反射率的表面,使得不会由于热辐射对塑料空心型材的绝热性产生不良影响。
按照一种优选的实施形式加强元件由纤维加强的塑料构成。用来制造塑料加强元件的纤维可以考虑当前已知的所有材料,如玻璃纤维、碳素纤维、天然纤维—例如***和剑麻—等等。加固或加强元件例如可以由聚氯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚酯或环氧树制成。

Claims (19)

1.带有埋入的加强元件的塑料空心型材,尤其是用于窗或门的框架型材,其特征为:它具有许多通过沿型材纵向延伸的隔壁(7、8、9、14、15、16、17、18)围成的内腔,并设有条形的、相互不连接的加强元件(4,5、11、12、25)作为加固元件。
2.按权利要求1的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加固元件由金属构成。
3.按权利要求1之前序部分的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加固元件由埋入的由纤维加强的塑料组成的带或条构成,并设有许多通过沿型材纵向延伸的隔壁(7、8、9、14、15、16、17、18)围成的小横截面内腔。
4.按权利要求3的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(4、5、11、12、15)在纵向区域内或纵向边缘之间的区域内配备构成形锁合的结构,如弄粗糙、滚花、冲槽等等。
5.按权利要求1至4之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(4、5、11、12、25)在横截面内做成矩形。
6.按权利要求1至3之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:由金属制成的加强元件(4、5、11、12、25)具有一具有高反射率的表面。
7.按权利要求1至6之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(4、5、11、12、25)表面设有反射涂层。
8.按权利要求6的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(4、5、11、12、25)由铝制成并经过阳极氧化处理。
9.按权利要求1至6之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(4、5、25)在纵向区域或纵边缘之间的区域内配备形成形锁合的结构,如弄粗糙、冲槽等等。
10.按权利要求1至9之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(4、5、25)在纵向边缘区域内或纵边缘之间的区域内设有冲槽(36、38),它们设计成这样,使得在垂直于加强元件(4、5、25)的纵轴的任意一个截面内加强元件具有相同的横截面积。
11.按权利要求10的塑料空心型材,其特征为:在加强元件(4、5、25)一个纵边缘上的向外张开的冲槽(36)相对于另一条纵边缘上的冲槽错开,在两个冲槽之间留下的部分(37)面积和冲槽吻合。
12.按权利要求1至11之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:至少两个相互面对面的加强元件(4、5、25)固定在构成空心型材可见表面的外壁(2、3)的内表面上,或埋在这些外壁内。
13.按权利要求1至12之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(4、5)固定在围成内腔的隔壁(14、17)上或埋入这些隔壁内。
14.按权利要求1至13之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:加强元件(25)构成两个内腔之间的隔壁。
15.按权利要求12至14之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:条状加强元件(4、5、25)具有侧边界平面(A),它不与空心型材的可见表面相交。
16.按权利要求15的塑料空心型材,其特征为:条状加强元件(4、5、25)离塑料空心型材的可见表面有足够的距离,使得加强元件用刀具加工其端面区域时不会损伤空心型材的可见表面。
17.按权利要求1至16之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:除垂直设置的条状加强元件(4、5)之外设有水平延伸的加强元件(11、12),它们离垂直加强元件一定距离延伸。
18.按权利要求17的塑料空心型材,其特征为:水平加强元件(11、12)仅仅设置在一段型材的区域内。
19.按权利要求1至18之任一项的塑料空心型材,其特征为:它具有一用来非固定地***配件固定型材的***槽(35)。
