Abstract

Description

容器盖子
本发明涉及容器盖子，其被设计为能够以可取下的方式接合由容器，例如食品容器、蒸锅等的壁确定的口。盖子包括由一边缘限定的表面，所述边缘适于与容器的口对应来接触容器壁，以便盖子能够在容器上形成紧密密封。
在其上设有上述类型盖子的用于保存食品的容器的使用是已知的。上面所述的容器特别是指在家庭中用于保存生食和熟食，即，用于特别是在冰箱内将食品存储几天。
实现食品良好保存必须满足的要求是尽可能地避免食品与外界环境接触以便防止可能的污染。使用与容器形成紧密密封的盖子的需要即来源于此。
目前，已经提供了满足上面所述要求的容器，这类容器与具有特殊结构和形状的盖子相接合，所述盖子的结构和形状应能与容器口形成紧密接合。实质上，每一种为容器设计的盖子均能确保容器的紧密密封。
但由于蒸锅盖子通常不能提供紧密密封，因此，从上面内容能够立刻理解在烹调食品的同一蒸锅内不能保存食品的问题。结果，必须将食品放入前面所述的一种容器内。
在以上确定的常识中，在食品保存期间必须牢记的另一种要求是在食品保存期间应使与食品接触的空气量降至最少。其原因在于当空气中所含的氧气与食品表面形成接触时，会产生已知的氧化现象，其会改变食品的感官特性。在这一方面，还应强调的是，即使食品的有限表面氧化对于味觉也是可明显察觉的。
关于现有技术中的盖子和容器，应注意的是，就在它们之间形成紧密密封来说，这些部件具有不能使容器中所含空气量降至最少的缺陷。
本发明的目的在于设计一种容器盖子，其具有能够满足以上提到的要求的结构和功能，同时能够克服已参照现有技术提到的缺陷。
这一目的是通过权利要求1的容器盖子来达到的。
根据本发明，容器盖子的其它特征和优点将由下面的一个最佳实施例给出的描述得出，该实施例是通过非限定性例子、参照附图给出的，其中：

参考附图1-6，标号1总体表示用于容器2的盖子，所述容器在本实施例中采用的具体形式为蒸锅。
以完全常规的方式，容器2包括一个圆形底部和侧壁3，后者限定了一个口4。
盖子1包括一盘状表面5且适于以可取下的方式与容器2的口4接合，以这种方式在其上形成紧密的密封。因此，盖子的表面5具有环形边缘6，其适于与容器2的壁3形成紧密的接触。
更确切地说，边缘6包括一密封唇7，当盖子1与容器2的口4接合时(图2)，以能够与壁3形成接触且起到与密封衬一样作用的方式，加力使密封唇7嵌入口4。
另外，边缘6包括一绕整个圆周延伸的突出表面8，其位于密封唇7的上方且适于紧靠在容器2的壁3的顶端。当其紧靠在壁3上时，突出表面8能够限制盖子1在容器2的口4中的嵌入程度，如图2和6所示。
盖子1最好由塑料制成，由于其具有盘状形状，因此能够弹性变形。详请参见附图6，能够看到，在突出表面8已经紧靠在容器2的壁3上后，通过以垂直向下的力(如图中箭头F所示)压盖子，盖子1会弯曲变形直至呈现凹形形状。
盖子1最好包括阀装置9，其在盖子1与容器2的口4接合期间允许空气通过表面5，以这种方式能够减少含在容器2中的气体量。
根据一个最佳实施例，阀装置9被设置在盖子1的中心且具体形式为嵌入互补密封件座11中的密封件10。密封件10能够在关闭位置(图2)和打开位置(图3)之间在密封座11中运动，在关闭和打开位置处，能够阻止和允许空气通过阀装置9，从而通过表面5。
在该实施例中，圆柱形座的具体形式为圆柱形套管12内表面的一部分，所述套管与表面5形成整体件。套管12从表面5向上延伸。套管12内限定了一个圆柱形通道。
密封件10的具体形式可采用圆柱体，该圆柱体可移动嵌入所述座11中，也就是说在处于顶部位置(图3)和底部位置(图2)之间处在套管12中，这些位置如在后面的说明书中能更清楚地看到那样，对应于前面所述的闭装置9的打开和关闭位置。
密封件10的顶端终止于一个捏手13，该捏手13设在套管12外面，可将密封件推入座中，位于上述打开位置和关闭位置间，即顶部和底部间。
在密封件10的外表面具有从与捏手13相距预定距离D开始、轴向延伸至密封件10的自由底端的槽14。
如图5所示，当密封件10处于关闭位置时，密封件10被完全嵌入套管12内，以此方式能够彻底堵塞座11并确保密闭性。
另一方面，当密封件10处于打开位置时，从座11抽出部分密封件10。在这种条件下，槽14会阻止密封件10侧面和座11侧面之间的任何紧密接合。实质上，槽14构成了通道，通过这些通道空气通过所述座11，即通过阀装置9并由此通过盖子1的表面5。
在关闭(底部)位置处，密封件的行程终点位置是由捏手13最终紧靠在套管12顶端而决定的。
在打开(顶部)位置，密封件的行程终点是由一设置在密封件10自由底端上的外侧径向凸起保证的，所述凸起最终会紧靠在套管12的一内部台阶上。
使用盖子1时，即当希望使盖子1与容器2的口4接合以实现紧密密封时，通过使盖子1对准口4中心的方式，使盖子1位于容器2上。同时，必须确保密封件10处于打开(顶部)位置。
随后，通过以垂直向下(由图6中箭头F所指示的)的力手动压盖子1，使盖子1嵌入容器2的口直至突出表面8紧靠在容器2的壁3的顶端。同时，密封唇7与容器的壁3接触，从而起到密封衬的作用。
继续以上述方式压盖子1，盖子1通过弯曲开始弹性变形，直至呈现凹形形状(图6)。盖子1的弯曲能够从容器、经阀装置9排除空气，即减少了容器2中所含的空气量。
此时，动作捏手13，使密封件10进入封闭位置(图2)就行了。通过这样做，在盖子1和容器2的口4之间形成紧密密封。作为最终在容器2内部形成真空的结果，即使不再手动压盖子1，它也能维持前面所述的凹形形状。
最好以预定程度的力将密封件10嵌入座11内，所述预定程度的力的选择方式为，通过盖子1的弯曲而获得变形所需的力应小于实现从密封件10的打开(顶部)位置移至关闭(底部)位置所需的力。这样仅通过一只手作用于捏手13上便能实现盖子1与容器2的口4接合的操作。
为了从容器2取下盖子1，通过将密封件从关闭(底部)位置移至打开(顶部)位置的方式而作用捏手13就可以了。这样便决定了使空气经由槽14形成的通道进入容器内，易于提升盖子1并从容器取下的方式。
参照附图7，100总体表示本发明盖子的一个不同实施例。用相同的参考标号标出了结构和功能与盖子1相同的盖子100中的部件且在下文不对这些部件进行说明。
盖子100包括一位于表面5中心的捏手101。
构成用于装配单向阀装置102的阀座的通孔形成在盖子100的表面5中，即阀装置仅允许空气以一个方向通过。
在该实施例中，阀装置的具体形式为球状密封件103，其通过弹簧105的作用被推到紧靠在下面的密封件座104上。球状密封件103和座104的设置在盖子100与容器2的口4接合操作期间，允许克服弹簧105的作用而形成空气通道。另一方面，随盖子100的弯曲在容器2中形成的真空效应使密封件103恢复至抵靠在座104上的关闭位置，从而实际上阻止了空气进入容器内。
从以上描述可理解，本发明的盖子能够满足前面所述的需要且能克服现有技术中提到的缺陷。实际上，如已解释的那样，本发明的盖子确保了容器的紧密密封。另外，在盖子与容器口接合的操作期间，盖子能够以使与食品接触的空气量降至最小的方式排出容器中所含的部分空气。
本发明的盖子的另一优点在于，其适于与传统容器，如蒸锅或类似容器的口接合，从而允许食品能保存在烹调食品用的同一容器中。
本发明的盖子的另外一个优点在于其结构和功能的简易性。
显然，为了满足可能的和特殊的要求，本领域技术人员能够对上述容器的盖子作出多种改进和改变，其中包括的所有这些改进和改变均包括在下面的权利要求所限定的本发明的保护范围内。
以此方式，例如，显然，通过对容器口的形式进行改进，盖子的形式将以相应的方式变化。换句话说，对于具有椭圆形，矩形和其它形状的口的容器而言，能够制造出具有椭圆形，矩形和其它形状的盖子。
可用其它在功能上等同的部件代替上面描述的密封件和密封件座。例如，可以使用滑门阀，旋塞阀及类似的密封件，或可使用通过转动操作的密封件。

Claims (12)

1.一种容器盖子，设计为以可取下的方式接合由容器(2)的壁(3)确定的口(4)，所述盖子包括由一边缘(6)限定的一表面(5)，所述边缘(6)适于与口(4)对应来接触容器(2)的壁(3)，以形成紧密密封，其特征在于：盖子(1；100)的表面(5)可弹性变形，且所述盖子(1；100)包括阀装置(9；102)，其在盖子(1；100)与容器(2)的口(4)接合操作期间，允许气体通过盖子(1；100)的表面(5)，从而可排出在容器(2)中所含的空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述阀装置(9)包括一个嵌入一密封件座(11)内的密封件，所述密封件(10)可在关闭位置和打开位置之间、在所述密封件座(11)内运动，在所述关闭位置和打开位置处分别能够阻止和允许空气通过阀装置(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述密封件(10)在关闭位置和打开位置之间可在所述密封件座(11)内滑动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述密封件(10)包括一圆柱体，且所述密封件座(11)包括一互补的圆柱形座，在所述圆柱形座中，密封件(10)可在使密封件(10)嵌入密封件座(11)的关闭位置和从密封件座(11)中部分抽出密封件(10)的打开位置之间滑动，密封件(10)的表面包括至少一个槽(14)，该槽在密封件(10)从密封件座(11)中部分抽出时起到允许空气通过密封件座(11)的通道的作用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述密封件(10)通过压力被嵌入密封件座(11)内。
6.根据权利要求4所述的盖子，其特征在于：一个捏手(13)与所述密封件(10)接合，通过该捏手能够在关闭位置和打开位置之间动作密封件(10)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述阀装置(102)包括单向阀。
8.根据权利要求1所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述边缘(6)包括一个密封唇(7)，其适于作为一个密封衬来确保盖子(1；100)与容器(2)的紧密密封。
9.根据权利要求8所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述密封唇(7)适于通过压力而被嵌入容器(2)的口(4)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的盖子，其特征在于：所述边缘(6)包括一突出表面(8)，其适于在盖子(1；100)与容器(2)的口(4)接合期间紧靠在容器(2)的壁(3)上，以限制盖子(1；100)嵌入容器(2)的口(4)内的程度。
