Abstract

本发明公开了一种糖蜜酒精废液资源化组合治理方法。为了根治糖厂酒精废液污染,并利用其资源,首先用废液培养白地霉,削减COD、BOD,用自溶法从自地霉中提取5′-核苷酸、鲜味粉和脱核蛋白。提白地霉后的白地霉废水,或用厌氧-好氧生物处理,得到甲烷燃料,水质达标排放;或用蒸发浓缩法处理,得到焦糖色素和活性有机肥,废水零排放。实现了环境效益、社会效益和经济效益的统一。

Description

糖蜜酒精废液资源化组合治理方法
本发明属于环境污染治理技术,特别适用于糖蜜酒精废液的治理及其资源的利用。
目前,甘蔗糖厂一般均用糖蜜生产酒精,发酵后排放的酒精废液COD约为10-14万mg/L,BOD约为4-6万mg/L,且色度大,酸度高。如直接排放,会严重污染环境。据测定,废液中含有1-2.5%的残糖,6-8%的有机酸、色素,2-4%的氮、磷、钾和微量无素,是一种可利用的资源。为了解决酒精废液的污染,当前采用的方法大致有:(1)氧化塘法。即把废液用大池塘贮存起来,洪水期排放,等于未处理。(2)蒸发浓缩法。即把废液通过三效、四效蒸发,浓缩液制复合肥或制干粉后再做复合肥。此法能耗大,产品附加值低。(3)厌氧制沼气。单纯的厌氧处理废水不能达标排放。(4)厌氧——好氧串联处理。此法废水虽然能达标排放。但只能得到单一产品——沼气,经济效益不够高。(5)做锅炉烟道冲灰水使用。此法只是把连续排放变为间歇排放。(6)EM技术。氧化塘的容积要特别大,而且要7-8个月才能慢慢达标。
以上这些技术总的来说,或因治理不彻底,或因经济效益差而较难推广。
本发明的目的是要提供一种糖蜜酒精废液资源化组合治理方法。它不仅能使废水达标排放,而且能将废液中的有用物质转化为经济效益高的核苷酸,脱核蛋白粉、鲜味粉和沼气或焦糖色素、活性有机肥,变废为宝。
本发明的目的是以如下的方式实现的:
用糖蜜酒精废液为原料培养白地霉,削减COD30%。经分离得白地霉菌丝体和白地霉废水。把白地霉菌丝体用自溶法自溶,从自溶液中提取5′-核苷酸。结晶母液浓缩干燥得鲜味粉。未溶的菌丝体残渣经干燥得脱核蛋白粉。白地霉废水经厌氧—好氧生物处理得清洁燃料沼气,水质达标排放;或用蒸发浓缩法,制得焦糖色素和活性有机肥,废水零排放。
本发明的优点是把生物技术和环保技术相结合,不但解决了糖蜜酒精废液对环境的污染问题,而且将酒精废液资源化,得到经济效益高的多个产品,实现了环境效益、社会效益和经济效益的统一。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
实施例1:
将酒精废液冷却静置除去固形物,泵入发酵罐中,接入5-10%的白地霉菌种,在25-32℃,PH4-9条件下,发酵6-10小时,将发酵液压滤得白地霉菌丝体,洗涤后将其加入到PH8.5-10的硼砂溶液中,在25-35℃条件下自溶14-20小时,滤出菌丝体渣,烘干、粉碎得脱核蛋白粉,蛋白含量>40%。自溶液用HCL调至PH1-2,滤去沉淀,用活性炭吸附,再用氨水-乙醇溶液洗脱,过滤烘干得5′-核苷酸。结晶母液喷雾干燥得鲜味粉。发酵白地霉后之残液,合并提取核苷酸工序中各废水稀释到COD值4-5万mg/L,加入混凝剂絮凝SO4 2-,泵入气浮器,除去絮凝物,接着进入厌氧池,在35℃PH6-7条件下,水解、酸化及甲烷化,并用沼气再循环,除去硫化氢微气泡,出气经装有硫酸亚铁的吸收塔吸收硫化氢后进入贮气柜,用作燃料。吸收塔反应得到的硫化铁,沉淀过滤后分离作化工原料,厌氧48小时后的废水经预曝沉降后,进入生物炭流化床好氧池好氧。通入压缩空气3.5小时,好氧时产生的沉淀,经沉降池沉降,30%的污泥返回生物流化床好氧池,70%污泥送入污泥桶,脱水后作肥料,水质之COD<200mg/L。
实施例2:
采用实施例1相同的方法,用酒精废液培养白地霉提取核苷酸,鲜味粉,脱核蛋白粉。分离的白地霉废水,用NaoH将发酵液中和至PH6-7,泵入多级蒸发器中,在压力为0.08MPa,温度为80-90℃条件下逐次浓缩到25-30Be度,将浓缩液在0-4℃下冷冻静置24小时,上层液作焦糖色素原料,提取焦糖色素,下层稠状沉淀作活性有机肥料。

Claims (1)

1、一种糖蜜酒精废液资源化组合治理方法,包括用微生物将酒精废液再次发酵和发酵后的残液后处理两个部分:
(1)在糖蜜酒精废液再次发酵中,选用的菌种为白地霉,所得白地霉菌丝体,用自溶法自溶,从自溶液中提取5′-核苷酸,结晶母液喷雾干燥得鲜味粉,未溶的菌丝体残渣干燥粉碎得脱核蛋白粉。
(2)发酵后的白地霉残液,经混凝、气浮、厌氧、预曝、好氧生物处理,水质COD<200mg/L时排放,厌氧生物处理产生沼气,或用蒸发浓缩,浓缩液在温度为0-4℃下冷冻静置后提制焦糖色素和活性有机肥,水质零排放。
