Abstract
在将物品或松散材料包装在薄膜包装中的领域中,已知应用连续平面口袋构件的卷材,卷材连续地传向充装台,在充装台上,口袋构件被一个接一个地打开,以进行充装及其后的封闭和与卷材分离。口袋构件或卷材的自由口边缘成形成能支承在相对的运载杆、管或夹紧链上以进行传送,紧挨充装台的前方,相对的运载杆、管或夹紧链相互分开以便打开口袋构件。本发明准备了平面口袋卷材,其向上竖立的边缘边部分被向下折叠在相应的相对运载链上。这些带部分制作有一行孔眼,借助所述的向下折叠,这些孔眼向下移动,与从运载链向上突出的夹持销钉进行夹持接触,从而获得十分安全的运载和运送啮合,无需口边缘进行任何专门成型,且运载链的结构简单。
Description
本发明涉及将物品包装在箔制口袋中的方法和***,连续卷材中的箔制口袋通过充装台而进给,在充装台上对单个口袋进行充装,然后,口袋被封闭,并形成单个包装与连续卷材分离。
此工艺的一个基本实例描述于EP-696997中,文中披露了,口袋卷材的相对的上边缘区域设置有翻边折弯通道形成边缘部分,用于拉入在运载杆上,运载杆沿进给方向具有协同的扩张部分,以打开口袋,从而这些口袋能例如通过叠于上层的充装漏斗加以充装,此后,运载杆重又相互相向缩回,以便暂时封闭已被充装的口袋。接着,口袋在所述通道以下处被完全焊接在一起,以进行最后的封闭,此后,它们被全部切下,并相互分开。还披露了一个替代方案,即应用加厚的边缘以替代通道部分,加厚边缘被***至开缝的运载管中,以便进行完全相应的口袋向前进给。
后来又建议了其它形式的装置,用于夹紧和支承口袋卷材的相对上边缘,如在EP 055531B中披露的,其中为此目的应用了专门的夹紧链,但对折叠口袋的上边缘区域的形状没有任何特殊的要求。这是十分重要的,因为这是一个能够应用简单的、没有局部加厚的平箔卷材的开始点,但是在另一方面,在控制相对的口袋边缘,以便与夹紧链牢固啮合,以及在使这些夹紧链能具有要求的、不昂贵的形状方面均存在相当多的问题。
此外,在EP 0825116中披露了可应用封闭的、平的管状箔卷材以实现此工序,卷材可沿其上边缘连续地被切割,如此切割开的上边缘相应地整体向外折叠,并夹紧,从而这些边缘无需专门成形成通道形状,或对其加厚,这对于口袋卷材的成型要求变得十分简单。切割开的上边缘向外折叠以便夹紧在相应的移动带之间,移动带设置有纵向凹槽以及相应的压入弦,从而能建立适当的、牢固的支承啮合。
但是,这种啮合相对口袋卷材上边缘与相关的带传送装置之间能发生的滑移而言是不够牢固的,因而物品被充装时,与传送带向前进给的完全同步程度会产生不确定性。此外,夹紧于所在传送带之间的卷材侧边区域的高度也可能产生偏差,而这对于被充装的口袋能否最终在要求的,如相对口袋上的抑制部分而言的封口位置精确地封闭是很重要的。
本发明已发现,可以应用上边缘区域的相关的切割和向外折叠,以获得边缘区域的可靠且十分牢固的夹紧,也即,当这些边缘区域事先设置有单行小孔,以及当向外折叠和对其进行相关的向下压下时,要注意,向下压下至少在一侧,但最好在两侧进行,且应这样地向下压下,即这些孔被向下放置,套在进给链的向上竖立的夹持销钉上。从而可以简单的方式建立完全牢固和充分限定的支承啮合,而无需要求口袋在上边缘进行任何加厚,也无需以复杂的方式将运载链成形成具有专门的、可控的夹紧装置,因为仅要求运载链设置有所述的向上竖立的夹持销钉。边缘孔的成形可以十分简单的方法进行,特别因为这些孔是沿着两条上边缘区域的,因而能以同一工序成形。
相应地,运载链从而能自由移动,依次通过充装台,在充装台上运载链依次将向外折叠的卷材边缘相互拉开,从而打开口袋,以便从上面或可能从侧面充装产品。此后,卷材边缘重又放置至一起,以便最终封闭和切下已充装的口袋。进给精度无关紧要,不论进给期间对口袋卷材是否产生一定推动,因为口袋卷材将随着支承链同步地被安全地进给。
本发明还包括口袋充装机和包装线,它们制作成用于执行本发明提出的方法。
下文中本发明将结合附图加以更详细的说明,其中
图1是展示本发明的示意透视图;
图2是本发明提出的口袋卷材的平面图;而
图3是图1所示***应用的夹持销钉的侧视图。
图1中表示了箔型材料4的卷筒,箔型材料4能从供给滚筒2向外展开,所述卷筒由围绕底部边缘6折叠的双层箔构成,它被简单的焊缝8沿着上边缘加以封闭,而没有任何种类的翻边折叠或加厚。因此,这也能称为管状箔。在卷材中有若干窄缝10,它们从底部边缘6向上伸展至顶部边缘8以下的一个距离,从而卷材以相互分开的口袋12的形式出现,口袋的侧边缘被焊缝14所封闭。正在窄缝10的顶部之上,双箔卷材沿相应的水平线16切透,该水平线16从相关窄缝10的两侧均伸展一个短距离。
卷材在顶部边缘8与切割线16之间的边缘部分被一行单行的孔18所钻通。
此向前行动的卷材4不是以被卷起,而是仅可能以Z字形折叠形式出现在供给箔中,卷材4在充装组合中展开在支承杆或支承轨道20上,支承杆或支承轨道20从组合的固定支承部分22伸出,用作卷材4的封闭的顶部边缘8的简单支承。
在支承部分22的稍向前的位置,支承杆20具有向上伸展的刀元件24,当卷材4被向前拉动时,刀元件24将持续地向上切割卷材的上边缘,其后布置了一个延续支承***,该支承***由相对的、平行链式驱动器26构成,它们设置有向上直立的夹持销钉28,用于啮合摊向两侧的相应上边缘部分4中的孔18,在箔型卷材***后,借助压力滚轴30将卷材4的所述向外折叠的上边缘区域向下压向固定的在下方受支承的运载链26,以便与它们的上侧面进行水平接触,从而当将孔18向下摆动时,孔18向下摆动,并啮合在链销钉18上。压力滚轴30成形有环形凹槽32,以便使链销钉28的外端部分能自由通过,在这些凹槽中有嵌入的横向销钉(未表示),它们以齿轮样的形式能与链销钉28配合,以便自动、同步地驱动压力滚轴30。
此后,卷材4的相对上边缘部分将牢固地锚定至支承销钉28上,这样,运载链就能受控地向前,通过要求的次序以便依次在所示34处打开口袋,并在它们被充装后,关闭口袋。认为没有必要对此进行更详细的说明。但是,应注意,销钉28被放置在链的中心线上,这样,当口袋卷材在通过时遇上方向改变,就不会拉长或变松。
随着口袋在紧靠窄缝10顶部之下的部分被焊接封闭,并可能随后进行切下,被充装的口袋与卷材的留下部分分开,留下部分作为多余材料被卷起。
必须指出,在固定支承部分22上,最好放置一个导向构件,构件具有双刃犁铧的形状,它主动地完成或启动卷材的穿孔边缘区域的所示的向外折叠,从而构成控制孔向下套在销钉28上的基本功能的安全性能获得提高。
图2中展示的不是所述的孔18,而最好应用星形孔眼18′,因为形成这些孔眼18′对于冲出的小部分没有任何问题。
如在图2中所示,可在相对的卷材侧之间、于口袋之间的部分区域完成点焊组合件5。这些组合件可拉开,其目的是划分上纵向通道,以便啮合在支承杆20上,并增加卷材在此杆上的稳定性。
在图3中展示了销钉28可在向顶部方向变尖,以确保更为安全地啮合在星形孔眼18′中,并且还成形有下凹陷36,当卷材边缘区域首先被完全放下套在销钉上时,这将能额外地夹持卷材边缘区域。
Claims (6)
1.一种将物品或松散材料包装在箔制口袋中的方法,连续卷材中的箔制口袋通过充装台而进给,在充装台上,口袋口保持打开以便充装物品或材料,此后,口袋被封闭,并与卷材分离,借助此方法口袋卷材被暂时地沿其口的边缘发生与进给装置的受控的连接,进给装置的安放是为了固定和进给相对的口袋口边缘沿传送带通过充装台,因为在通过的同时,进给装置迫使口袋的口边缘相互分开,以便在充装台上口袋连贯地开口,充装口袋后,重又将口袋的口边缘置于一起以便封闭口袋,以及借助此方法口袋的相对口边缘相互分开向外折叠,以便连贯地向下折叠在并固定至所述进给装置上,其特征在于,应用的口袋卷材具有边缘带区域,此边缘带区域成形有一系列孔或相应的星形孔眼,并且,边缘带部分向下折叠,并与销钉部分进行夹持啮合,销钉部分自由地坚立在相应的运载链上,以及,孔区域被连贯地压下套在所述销钉上。
2.一种执行权利要求1提出的方法的设备,该设备具有进给装置,用于向设备连贯进给连续的箔制口袋品卷材的口边缘区域,并设置有后继装置,该后继装置用于向外折叠卷材的边缘带区域,以便使这些边缘带区域与充装台上的后续的相对的夹持装置产生啮合,倚靠于其上,相对的夹持装置用于夹持口袋卷材的向外折叠边缘带,其特征在于,夹持部件由位于相对运载链上的向上突出的夹持销钉构成,夹持销钉从口袋卷材的相应侧伸出,向前向着充装台运动,并通过充装台,所述夹持销钉成形成能啮合于口袋卷材的所述边缘带的孔眼中。
3.根据权利要求2的设备,其特征在于,在向外折叠区域后不远处设置了压力装置,用于将向外折叠的边缘带连续地向下压靠在运载链上。
4.根据权利要求3的设备,其特征在于,压力装置由压力滚轴构成,压力滚辆成形成具有环形凹槽,它们使夹持销钉得以自由通过。
5.用于权利要求1提出的方法的包装卷材,该包装卷材由平面口袋物的连续系列构成,所述卷材的口边缘部分成型成具有边缘装置,用于口袋物的各自相对的自由口边缘区域与夹紧和导向/进给构件进行夹持啮合,其特征在于,所述成型在于口边缘区域中口袋侧的简单延伸,它设置有连续的孔眼行。
