Description

灰尘过滤器
本发明涉及一个灰尘过滤器,例如软管过滤器,特别是其罐和阀配置。这种灰尘过滤器用来将灰尘或类似物从所输送的空气中过滤出去。
灰尘过滤器是指例如滤芯过滤器、滤烛过滤器或软管过滤器。软管过滤器的一个例子是带有例如由针状毛毡或经过处理的织物制成的软管形过滤元件的灰尘分离器。这些单个的过滤软管被安置在一个共同的壳体中,并形成一个粗气体室。过滤软管在相应的隔层上被固定住,但也可被拆下,并且在悬挂配置状态下净气体室位于隔层之上,该净气体室借助于一个阀配置既可与一个冲洗空气通道也可与一个用于导出已净化空气的净气体通道连接。在壳体或粗气体室的下部区域,具有一个用于排出被过滤下来的灰尘的排出口。
在例如DE-A-3939645或DE-A-4029994中说明了这样的软管过滤器。
在这种软管过滤器中,经由粗气体管道流入粗气体室的粗气体冲击一个过滤软管的外壁面,使得粗气体所带来的粒子被过滤软管挡住,而已被清洁的气体在过滤软管的内部向上升,在这里,气体最后经过净气体室被吸到一个净气体管道中,重新提供使用。在粗气体室中,较大的粒子下落,并在过滤器的底板区域例如借助于一个叶轮闸门而被排出。微细的颗粒首先聚集在过滤软管的外壁面上,然后必须定期地例如通过冲洗空气(压力空气)而被分离下来。
根据DE-A-4411988,在一个软管过滤器装置中在一个粗气体室内至少安置一个过滤软管,由这个粗气体室导出已被清洁的气体,并且在其中,通过一个气体冲击(喷气冲击)在内部作用来进行过滤软管清洁。为此,已公知一个用来产生压力空气冲击的装置(DE-U-9012518),该压力空气冲击用来对过滤元件进行清洁,该装置具有一个带有压力空气接头的压力空气容器,在该容器的壁面上,安装上多个分别是单独的膜片角阀,在这些膜片角阀上连接上横向通过压力空气罐的、可联接在一个软管过滤器装置上的压力空气管。
根据DE-A-3045759,在每个软管过滤器的敞口的端部都安置了一个空气喷嘴,该喷嘴受力和形状匹配地固持住。
本发明的任务是,借助于压力空气来简化灰尘过滤器的清理工作并且减少为提供压力空气所需的结构费用。这个任务通过将位于净气体室之上的室构造为压力空气罐而得到解决。
由此,可以尽可能省去单个的输入管道和控制附件,并且在净气体室和粗气体室之间的隔层上只安置为过滤元件配置的可单个被控制的空气喷嘴。顶盖合二而一地起到顶盖和压力空气罐的作用。
通过省去用于冲洗空气和控制空气的附件,简化了安装和维修工作,并且只需要一个一般的压力空气输入。所提供的空间可被最佳地使用,或者说,所需的空间可显著地减少。
与通常一样,一个过滤器壳体包含带灰尘的粗气体的输入管道,以便将粗气体导入到该过滤器壳体(粗气体室),进而导送到过滤元件上。在粗气体室的下部区域,在过滤元件之下,安置了排出落下的灰尘颗粒的装置。粗气体室通过一个隔层与净气体室分开。在该隔层上既安置过滤元件过滤筐(Filterkoerbe)的固定件,也安置用于清理过滤元件的罐底板—空气喷嘴/阀。
下面借助于附图在一个软管过滤器的实施例中对本发明做进一步的说明。附图示出:

一个软管过滤器具有带顶盖2的一个壳体1、一个没有示出的灰尘排出件、粗气体入口及一个净气体出口3。过滤软管7受力并且形状匹配地固定在一个将粗气体室5和净气体室6分开的隔层4上。过滤软管7被容纳在一个过滤器筐8中,并且借助于一个筐套管9和没有明显示出的、公知固定件将它固定在隔层4上,并且能够被拆下。
在图2中示出一个过滤器在隔层4上安置的一种可能的变型方案。过滤软管7最好垂直悬挂地装入,并且从外面受到灰尘空气(粗气体)的作用,而被清洁后的空气则穿过过滤软管7、在轴向方向进入净气体室6并从而到达净气体排出口3。为了清洁过滤软管7,在一个确定的时间间隔内,或根据一个被调节的压力差,通过一个冲洗空气喷嘴11在与正常的流动方向相反的方向上向过滤软管7内短暂及有力地鼓入压力空气,形成一个压力空气冲击。冲洗空气喷嘴11由一个电磁阀12操作,并为每个过滤软管7都配置一个冲洗空气喷嘴11。而电磁阀12与一个没有示出的可以形成不同的清洗周期的电控装置连接。冲洗空气喷嘴11与轴线10同心配置。通过一个共同的压力室13而准备好压力空气,该压力室13安置在净气体室6之上并且由一个顶盖2和一个在上部作为净气体室6边界的底板14构成。压力空气本身的提供是借助于一个套管15来实现的,在该套管15上以公知方式设置一个阀。压力室13总是具有一个大约为0.5巴的鼓风压力。
借助于本发明的配置可以在过滤技术上最佳地分配过滤器的横断面面积。过滤软管7和冲洗空气喷嘴11可以任意地分布,使得与现有技术相比,在过滤器效率相差不大的情况下,所需要的面积减小,从而也减小了壳体1的直径。反之,在同样的横断面面积下,可以安置更大数量的过滤元件。需要安装的部件数量减小,能进行更好的组件部件,在此,进行匹配所需的费用降低。位于内部的冲洗空气喷嘴11被防损坏保护地安置。底板14的制造费用同样降低。因为顶盖2本来就必须被设计的用于较高的压力,相对于现有技术它只带来很小的额外费用。
顶盖2被构造为铃锤形底板(Kloepperboden),但也可被构造为半球形。
本发明并不仅限于上述实施例。代替过滤软管7,类似地也可使用滤烛或滤芯。

Claims (6)

1.用于过滤空气所带灰尘的灰尘过滤器,由一个带有一个顶盖(2)的壳体(1)、粗气体入口和净气体出口(3)、用来排出灰尘的装置以及安置在壳体(1)中一个隔层(4)上的至少一个然而多半为多个的过滤元件组成,经过这个或这些过滤元件粗气体到达一个净气体室(6)内,其中,为每个过滤元件配置了一个带有控制机构、用来清理的冲洗空气喷嘴(11),该冲洗空气喷嘴(11)产生压力空气冲击,其特征为,在顶盖(2)和一个底板(14)之间构成一个共同的用来向冲洗空气喷嘴(11)供应压力空气的压力室(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘过滤器,其特征为,为每个冲洗空气喷嘴(11)分别配置一个作为控制机构的电控阀(电磁阀(12))或一个气动控制的阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘过滤器,其特征为,顶盖(2)被构造为铃锤形底板(Kloepperboden)、半球形或类似形式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘过滤器,其特征为,这些过滤元件可被任意地安置在壳体(1)内隔层(4)上。
5.根据权利要求1到4之一所述的灰尘过滤器,其特征为,这些过滤元件是过滤软管(7)、滤烛、滤芯或类似件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘过滤器,其特征为,顶盖(2)将压力室和顶盖(2)合二为一。
