Abstract
本发明涉及一种由两个凸缘组成的快速锁合装置,两凸缘之一中设有一个安装弹性密封环的槽,两凸缘之一的一个上以一定的齿距设有一些齿。本发明旨在提供一种既能连接/闭合具有圆形横截面又能连接/闭合具有非圆形横截面的锅炉或管道部件的快速锁合装置,为此,本发明的两个凸缘由单独的处于两凸缘周围的公知夹紧件相连,夹紧件的数目与凸缘中加工出的齿的齿数和齿的齿距相适应,此外夹紧件则通过板环即一个下环和一个上环相连。
Description
本发明涉及一种在机器及设备制造中连接锅炉和管道部件的快速锁合装置,上述部件中的介质压力与周围的介质压力存在压力差。
现实中由一个下部凸缘和一个上部凸缘构成的所谓卡口插式锁合装置已广为人知,上述两凸缘之一以一定的齿距加工有一些齿。上述两凸缘之一中还设有一个放置弹性密封环的槽。将两凸缘加工成圆形,它们彼此由一个整体的,由薄钢板卷曲而成并经铣切的环密封连接,环内侧以一定的齿距加工有一些齿,该齿距与上述凸缘上的齿距相同。
这类快速锁合装置最大的缺点是它们的应用范围受限制,因为它们只能用于具有圆形横截面的锅炉或管道部件的连接/闭合。具有其它横截面形状如椭圆形或蛋卵形横截面的压力容器或管道部件的连接则不能使用。这类已知结构的另一缺点是整体的卡口环使成本提高,且对总连接的技术性能产生不良影响。
本发明的任务是提供一种不仅能连接/闭合具有圆形横截面还能连接/闭合具有如椭圆形或蛋卵形之类的非圆形截面的锅炉或管道部件的快速锁合装置,这种连接结构简单,技术上容易实现,因而锁合装置的应用范围很广。
上述任务是通过这样一种快速锁合装置实现的,它具有两个凸缘,两凸缘之一中设有一条放置弹性密封环的槽,两凸缘之一上以一定的齿距加工有若干齿,按照本发明,两个凸缘通过处于两凸缘周围的单独的公知夹紧件彼此密封地相连,夹紧件的数目与凸缘中加工出的齿的齿数和齿的齿距相适应,此外,夹紧件侧由两个板环亦即一个上板环和一个下板环相连。
按本发明的快速锁合装置的有利的进一步发展是:凸缘可以为非圆形,例如为椭圆形或蛋卵形,可以通过下片、上片和圆柱形铰链将上述夹紧件彼此相连。
本发明的优点在于它具有较广的应用范围,因为这种结构不仅可对压力容器或管道的圆形部件还可对它们的非圆形(例如椭圆形或蛋卵形)部件实现气密式连接。本发明的另一优点是提供了改进的、加工技术简单的快速锁合装置结构,因为单个夹紧件及连接这些夹紧件的板环或片以及铰链的加工与整体的卡口环相比非常简单,用简单的装置就可以加工。

快速锁合装置主要由凸缘1和2组成,在凸缘1中设有一个放置弹性密封环4的槽3,而凸缘2上设有一些齿5。两凸缘1和2通过各个夹紧件6彼此相连,这些夹紧件位于凸缘1和2的周围,夹紧件的数目与凸缘2中加工出的齿5的数目和齿距相适应。夹紧件6则通过两个板环,即下和上板环7、8,以及螺纹连接18彼此连接。在本发明的另一实施例中,凸缘1和2具有非圆形例如椭圆形或蛋卵形横截面,夹紧件6由下片9、上片10、圆柱铰链11和螺纹连接18彼此相连。还设置一个液压缸12作为夹紧环的驱动件,液压缸则通过销13和抓钩14与锅炉15的不动部分相连,液压缸的活塞杆16通过圆柱铰链11的加长销17与上述夹紧环相连。通过液压缸12在一个方向或在另一方向动作,夹紧件6绕凸缘1和2的对称轴位移一个齿距,从而使得在液压缸12伸长时夹紧件6的位置与齿5的位置一致——锁合装置闭合,或者沿另一方向,液压缸12缩短,夹紧件6的位置与齿间间隙一致——锁合装置开启。锅炉15的两个部件彼此分开。
Claims (2)
1、一种快速锁合装置,它具有两个凸缘,其中,上述两凸缘之一中设有一个放置弹性密封环的槽,上述两凸缘之一的一个上以一定的齿距设置一些齿,其特征在于上述两凸缘(1)和(2)通过处于两凸缘(1)和(2)周围的公知的单独的夹紧件(6)彼此相连,夹紧件的数目与凸缘(2)中加工出的齿(5)的数目和齿(5)的齿距相适应,夹紧件(6)则由两个板环(7;8)亦即一个下板环和一个上板环(7或8)相连。
2、如权利要求1所述的快速锁合装置,其特征在于上述两个凸缘(1)和(2)为非圆形,例如蛋卵形或椭圆形,上述单独的夹紧件(6)通过下片、上片(9或10)和圆柱铰链(11)彼此相连。
