技术领域
本发明涉及一种将两个部件特别是板状件连接在一起的五金配件,所述配件包括一个装在第一部件上的拉紧装置和一个可固定在第二部件上的涨开套筒,所述涨开套筒具有一个***其中的、借助于拉紧装置可相对于拉紧装置纵向移动并通过圆锥体使涨开套筒撑开的撑销。
背景技术
在公知的实施形式中,圆锥体相对于撑销纵轴对中设置。在撑销借助于拉紧装置产生移动时,涨开套筒将非常不均匀地撑开,而且仅在短的部分上,即最大扩张区上牢固地压紧在孔的内壁上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种撑销,其中涨开套筒可以在较长区域上尽可能均匀地撑开。本发明的这一目的是通过以下方案实现的,即,在撑销上设置一个约为锥形的附件作为圆锥体,所述附件的纵轴设置成相对于撑销纵轴侧向偏离。由此可以在撑销移动时,使涨开套筒在较大的纵向区域内尽可能均匀地撑开,由此同样可以牢固地锚定在孔内。
优选的是使撑销和锥形附件的纵轴彼此平行地配置。由此,可证明一个合适的方案是,使锥形附件的纵轴相对于撑销纵轴偏移一个与撑销半径相等的距离。
为了使锥形附件与涨开套筒直径更好地配合,而将锥形附件局部侧向剖切,其中使剖切的表面平行于撑销纵轴伸展。因此,锥形附件可以具有一个或多个侧向突出的附件,所述附件的上表面在锥形表面的延长部分上延伸。
根据本发明进一步的特征,为了稳定和加固撑销,而在撑销头部和锥形附件之间的撑销杆上设置了一个或多个平行于撑销纵轴伸展的纵向肋条。优选的是,撑销被涨开套筒注塑包封。因此,为了使涨开套筒很好地张开,设置一个向外开口的狭缝。这样,在注塑过程中,通过至少一个在锥形附件的外圆周上向外突出的并伸入到狭缝内的肋条,适当地保持所述狭缝敞开。

具体实施方式
从图1中清楚看到的撑销1上设有销头2,为了连接两个未示出的部件,所述撑销的销头与同样未示出的拉紧装置相啮合。在销头2上连着一个杆轴3,其中杆部5的直径相对于较短的杆部4成阶梯状。为了撑开图7中所示的涨开套筒6而在图1所示实施例中设置了位于杆部5端部的锥体形锥面7。因此,锥面7的纵轴8相对于撑销纵轴9设置成相对于杆部5侧面偏移半径23,而且杆部5的外轮廓10的延长部分与撑销纵轴平行延伸。如图7所示,如果将带有注塑包封的涨开套筒6的撑销1设置到一个图中未示出的部件的凹槽中,而且撑销1被图中未示出的拉紧装置拉紧,则在撑销1和涨开套筒6之间产生相对移动时,沿锥面7自身形成撑开。通过纵轴的侧向偏移,可以用同样的方式在撑销1的整个路径上相对于涨开套筒6达到分散撑开,由此可以将涨开套筒6完全固定在图未示出的部件的孔中。划阴影线的表面25表示图2中所示实施例的过渡区。
在图2中,为了更好地适应涨开套筒6的内径,而侧面剖切锥面11,其中剖切的表面12和13平行于撑销纵轴9。此外,锥面11在标号14处与杆部5的直径相适应。
在图3所示实施例中,在撑销15上的杆部4和侧面剖切锥面16之间的杆部5上设置平行于撑销纵轴9延伸的纵向肋条17以便增加稳定性。因此,肋18从杆部5以及杆部4的外周上向外直立并伸入到套筒6向外开口的狭缝19中。由此,在注塑包封撑销1,15时,可以使狭缝19保持自由并因此能容易地撑开涨开套筒6。通过图4-6可以认识到,在锥形附件16上设置了两个侧向上相隔一定距离的附件20,所述附件20的上表面21沿锥形表面22的延长部分伸展。如图8中所示,为了提高撑开效果,在撑销26的周边上设置了多个彼此相邻的锥形附件24。

Claims (9)

1.一种将两个部件连接在一起的五金配件,所述配件包括一个装在第一部件上的拉紧装置和一个可固定在第二部件上的涨开套筒,所述涨开套筒具有一个***其中的、借助于拉紧装置可相对于拉紧装置纵向移动并通过一个圆锥体使涨开套筒撑开的撑销,其特征在于,在撑销(1,15,26)上设置一个约为锥形的附件(7,11,16,24)作为圆锥体,所述附件的纵轴(8)相对于撑销纵轴(9)设置成侧向偏离的形式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征在于,撑销和锥形附件的纵轴(8,9)彼此平行地配置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征在于,锥形附件(7,11,16)的纵轴(8)相对于撑销纵轴(9)偏移一个与撑销(1,15)半径相等的距离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征在于,锥形附件(11,16)至少被局部侧向剖切,其中剖切的表面(12,13)平行于撑销纵轴(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征在于,锥形附件(16)具有一个或多个侧向突出的附件(20),所述侧向突出的附件的上表面(21)在锥形表面(22)的延长部分上伸展。
6.根据权利要求1所述的五金配件,其特征在于,该五金配件的撑销上设有销头,在撑销头部(2)和锥形附件(16)之间的撑销杆(5)上设置一个或多个平行于撑销纵轴(9)伸展的纵向肋条(17,18)。
