Abstract

本发明涉及一种带有一个闭合件的、特别是用于机动车辆进气***的燃料喷射的压力调节器,在该闭合件支承有一个阀弹簧,该阀弹簧以其另一端紧靠在一个弹簧导向套筒的上端面上,并且该闭合件具有一个用于调节该阀弹簧张力的机构。
背景技术
上述类型的压力调节器已被安装在例如机动车辆中,并且是公知的。对于各种应用而言,必要的是,压力调节器闭合件的开启力和据此由压力调节器调节的压力在有不可避免的加工误差的情况下仍尽可能总是精确地存在。在加工结束时通过校准达到这一目的。在此,对于压力进行检测,此时打开压力调节器,然后为了调节压力点,将弹簧导向套筒的端面向弹簧导向套筒中压得多一些或少一些,从而使阀弹簧张紧得多一些或少一些。
然而实际情况表明,这种调节器只能以复杂的且带有相对较高不精确度的方式进行校准。其原因主要是,在压入之后,弹簧导向套筒端侧的压入由于材料的弹性而不可避免地弹回一定的量。因此在压入过程中,必须略微超过校准点,同时希望在弹回之后能够得到正确的开启力。在这种情况下不可能避免压入部分偶而弹回得比预期的小而由此得到过高的开启力。这种错误不能再通过后续的重新校准而得到纠正。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于提供一种本文开头所述类型的压力调节器,使尽可能精确的校准成为可能。
根据本发明这样解决该问题,即弹簧导向套筒包括一个套筒体部分和一个盖,并且该盖在一个固定所需弹簧力的位置处与该套筒体部分的套筒体表面相连接,并在该套筒体部分和盖上形成压痕。
通过这一结构,该盖在校准操作中向套筒体部分轴向移动,直至建立所需弹簧力为止,然后该盖才与该套筒体部分相连接。由于这种连接是在套筒体部分的套筒体表面上进行的,故不用担心该盖会弹回,从而可以非常精确地调节弹簧力。
该盖可为一个套到套筒体部分上的一个部件结构或为一个跨接该套筒体部分的部件结构。当它被推入该套筒体部分中并以卷边在内侧紧靠在套筒体表面上时,它的结构是特别简单的。
该盖可以各种方式与套筒体部分相连接,例如通过螺钉或铆钉径向导入套筒体部分中或是通过焊接、钎焊或粘结连接到套筒体部分上。根据本发明的另一个实施形式得到一种非常简单的连接方式,即套筒体部分的套筒体表面具有啮入盖的边中的压痕。
当该压痕是单个的突出部时,该盖可以在校准中发现的位置处与套筒体部分特别精确地相连接,其中,该突出部通过套筒体表面中的U形切口和通过将由该切口界定的材料压入盖的边中而形成。
然而另一种替代形式是,该压痕也可以通过球形帽盖形的***部形成,其中,套筒体部分的套筒体表面的和边的***部彼此相啮合。

具体实施方式
图1所示的压力调节器具有一个带有一个压力介质入口2和数个压力介质出口3、3′的壳体1。在该压力介质入口2的上方设有一个闭合件4,该闭合件4将该压力介质入口2锁定在一个固定压力之下。
该闭合件4保持在一个隔膜5上,该隔膜5向上封闭压力空间6。该闭合件4通过一个阀弹簧7沿闭合方向以一精确限定的压力被预紧。该阀弹簧7本身则设置在一个弹簧导向套筒8中,该弹簧导向套筒8与壳体1相连接并包括套筒体部分9和一个盖10。该盖10具有一个朝上的、紧靠在套筒体部分9的内套筒表面15上的边11,该边11通过数个分布在套筒体部分的圆周上的压痕12、13与套筒体部分9的内套筒表面15相连接。此外,该盖10具有一个内端表面14,阀弹簧7紧靠在该内端表面14上。
图2和3示出了压痕12、13分别具有一个从套筒体部分9啮入盖10的边11中的突出部16。为此,该套筒体部分9分别容纳一个U形切口17,如图3所示。突出部16的压入可利用形成该切口17的同一工具实现。这样的工具在将突出部16向内压的同时将边11的相应的突出部18向内压。
图4示出了压痕12或13也可以通过盖10的和套筒体部分9的壁的、球形帽盖形的、彼此相啮合的***部19、20形成。

Claims (5)

1.用于机动车辆进气***的燃料喷射的、带有一个闭合件的压力调节器,在该闭合件上支承有一个阀弹簧,该阀弹簧以其另一端紧靠在一个弹簧导向套筒的上端面上,该闭合件具有用于校准该阀弹簧张力的机构,其特征在于,该弹簧导向套筒(8)包括一个套筒体部分(9)和一个盖(10),并且该盖(10)在一个固定所需弹簧力的位置处与套筒体部分(9)的套筒体表面(15)相连接,并在该套筒体部分(9)和盖(10)上形成压痕(12,13,16,19,18,20)。
2.如权利要求1所述的压力调节器,其特征在于,该盖(10)推入套筒体部分(9)中,并利用一个卷边(11)在内侧紧靠在套筒体表面(15)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的压力调节器,其特征在于,该套筒体部分(9)的套筒体表面(15)具有啮入盖(10)的边(11)中的压痕(12、13)。
4.如权利要求3所述的压力调节器,其特征在于,该压痕(12、13)具有一个单个的突出部(16),该突出部(16)通过套筒体表面(15)中的U形切口(17)和通过将由该切口(17)界定的材料压入盖(10)的边(11)中而形成。
5.如权利要求3所述的压力调节器,其特征在于,该压痕(12)通过球形帽盖形的***部(19、20)形成,其中,套筒体部分(9)的套筒体表面(15)的和边(11)的***部(19)彼此相啮合。
