本发明涉及一种用于主冷却液泵的带有叶轮的泵轴。
主冷却液泵必须能够经受住高温并且需要在极高的安全操作情况下运转。通常,该叶轮和该轴通过一个导向键相连接,或者通过一个具有一个中心螺钉和径向连接或细齿连接的连接而互相连接。这种连接型式是很复杂的,因为除了要可靠地固定该叶轮外,还必须确保没有任何松动零件进入原子能电站主回路中。在该连接中的某些零件在工作期间承受着很大的工作应力。因此为了安全起见,必须定期地把该轴和该叶轮卸下并且对它们进行非破坏性试验。这样就需要增加停机时间。
本发明的目的在于避免现有方案的下列缺点,即许多必须进行精确的机械加工的构件以及比较复杂的安装和安装时的焊接工作。
本发明的特征在于,叶轮的功能被结合在泵轴中。通过把叶轮和泵轴结合成为不可分开的一个整体零件,连接件的复杂结构就不再需要因而也无需被固定。
本发明的改进在于,该叶轮/轴组件是由一个单个锻造毛胚制成的。在制造该组件时,使用一个特定形状的毛胚是特别有利的。
本发明的一个有利的改型方案的特征在于,该轴具有一个沿轴向延伸的超出轮毂上的叶轮叶片的肩部的中心孔。叶轮/轴组件的轴部分和/或叶轮部分利用该孔可以经受一种非破坏性的超声波试验。这样就不再需要把轴卸下。
下面将在示范的意义上使用附图对本发明进行描述,其中图1示出了现有技术的在轴与叶轮之间的连接,图2示出了本发明的一个改型方案,图3示出了本发明的另一个改型方案以及图4示出了本发明的一个具有中心孔的改型方案。
图1示出了现有技术的一台主冷却液泵的叶轮/轴的连接。轴1和带有叶轮叶片3的叶轮轮毂2此处通过一个中心螺钉4相连接。该中心螺钉4通过液压方法利用螺母5和结合在该螺母中的弹性套筒而被预紧。叶轮2的顶部用一个盖6盖住,该盖又通过一个中心螺钉7固定。
叶轮盖6的紧固螺钉7通过在安装工作期间焊接在叶轮盖6上的锁紧件8而固定。
图2示出通过本发明的叶轮/轴组件10截取的一个表面。该组件由一个轴部分11和一个带有叶轮叶片13的叶轮部分12所组成,并且被制成一个整体件。最好该组件10由一个锻造毛胚通过把该圆柱形锻造块体切削出叶轮片13并且对它们进行抛光而制成。轴部分11可以通过常规方法(例如车工)由该锻造毛胚的一个具有较小直径的圆柱形部分制成。作为一个替代切削加工的方法,叶轮叶片13也可以通过腐蚀制成。从轴部分11到叶轮部分12的过渡可以专门进行设计,以利于避免应力。
图3示出了本发明的另一个改型方案,其中相同的构件具有相同的标号。虽然图2示出了一个轴流泵的叶轮,此图中示出的是一个混流泵,该泵的叶轮/轴组件是由一个整体件制成。
图4示出了一个完整的叶轮/轴组件10。人们可以看到中心孔14,该孔沿轴部分11的全长上延伸并且超出在叶轮部分12中的叶轮叶片13的肩部15。具体地说,该孔对在叶轮部分12的轴部分11和叶轮部分12上的叶轮叶片的肩部15之间的过渡部分的超声波非破坏性试验起着导引试验头的作用。该项试验可以在一个短时间内完成并且无需拆卸该组件,而迄今为止还是一直需要安排几天时间来作为用于拆卸、试验和重新安装的停机时间的。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于主冷却液泵的带有叶轮的泵轴,其特征在于,该叶轮(12)的功能被结合在该泵轴(11)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵轴,其特征在于,该叶轮/轴组件(10)由一个单个锻造毛胚制成。
3.如权利要求1至2中之一项所述的泵轴,其特征在于,该轴(11)具有一个中心孔(14)。
4.如权利要求3所述的泵轴,其特征在于,该中心孔(14)的轴向延伸部分超出该轮毂处的该肩部(15)的位置。
