Abstract
本发明涉及由一个制动盘套筒(11a)和一个从轮辐径向向外伸出的摩擦环(11b)组成的制动盘(11)在一个可旋转地支承在转向轴(1)的轮毂(2),特别是载重汽车轮毂上的布局,其中轮毂(2)设有用来可拆卸地固定车轮的车轮法兰(2a),制动盘(11)不可相对旋转地,但是可拆卸地与轮毂(2)相连。为了在更换制动闸瓦(13)方便的同时避免制动盘(13)的单侧热载荷,制动盘套筒(11a)通过轴向分布的凸台(11e)和/或凹槽(11f)与轮毂颈部(2c)的轴向加长部分(2d)形状贴合地连接。
Description
本发明涉及由一个制动盘套筒和从该套筒径向向外伸展的摩擦环组成的、装在轮毂上的特别是载重汽车轮毂上的制动盘的布置,轮毂可旋转地支承在转向轴上,其中轮毂设有用来可拆卸地固定车轮的车轮法兰,制动盘不可旋转地、但是可拆卸地与轮毂相连。
在已知的结构中制动盘套筒在轮毂车轮法兰方向延长,并做得带有一个径向突起的固定法兰,制动盘通过它借助于车轮螺栓或者单独的固定螺栓可拆卸地与轮毂的车轮法兰相连。由此产生这样的缺点,为了更换制动片车轮(或者在双轮胎时两个车轮)必须拆掉,以便能够接触到制动片。此外在更换制动盘时车轮螺栓或固定螺栓必须拿掉,并且制动鞍至少必须部分拆下。虽然拆下车轮螺栓或者固定螺栓比较方便,但是接着重新安装时却非常困难,因为几乎没有装配空间将取下的螺栓重新装入。
除了在更换制动片或制动盘时费工以外这种已知结构还有这样的缺点,连接着固定法兰的制动盘套筒的罐状结构造成大量材料积聚在制动盘一侧,在制动盘制动时所产生的温升导致制动盘单侧的热变形,使它变得像一把伞的形状一样。
从现有的技术状况出发本发明的目的在于,这样地改进开头所说的制动盘在轮毂上的布置,使得在更换制动片和制动盘方便的同时避免制动盘的单侧热载荷。
解决本发明所提出的目的的方案其特征在于,制动盘轮辐通过轴向分布的凸台和/或凹槽与轮毂颈部的轴向加长部分形状贴合地连接。
按照本发明的具体结构取消了单侧的、直到径向突起的固定法兰为止的制动盘轮辐的加长部分,因为制动盘套筒直接通过轴向分布的凸台和/或凹槽和轮毂颈部的轴向加长部分形状相配地连接。由此不仅得到制造比较方便和价格比较便宜的制动盘结构,而且取消了制动盘单侧的材料积聚,因此也防止了单侧的热载荷。其次也使得在制动盘定位以后轮毂和车轮可以一起从转向轴上取下来,使得接着可以毫无困难地更换闸瓦。只在轮毂在转向轴上的轴承结构选择得可以通过转向轴螺帽装、拆轮毂单元,便可以进一步明显地简化制动闸瓦的更换。
为了得到将制动力矩从制动盘传递到轮毂上的必要表面,按本发明的另一个特征制动盘套筒在朝轮毂车轮法兰的方向轴向加长。
按照另一个特征制动盘套筒通过一个固定环固定在轮毂颈部轴向加长部分上,固定环可拆卸地固定在轮毂颈部的端面上。因为制动盘和轮毂之间的制动力矩的传递通过轴向分布的凸台和/或凹槽进行,固定环仅仅用来作为制动盘在轮毂上的轴向定位,因此为了将固定环固定在轮毂颈部端面上只需要少数几个螺钉就足够了。
为了避免由于热量从制动盘轮毂传入而引起固定环非预期的温升,按照本发明的另一个特征固定环在制动盘套筒端面上的结合面可以局限在一个窄的圆环上。因为在制动盘套筒端面和固定环法兰之间这个狭窄的圆环上形成一个气隙,从制动盘传导到固定环上的热量减少到可以承受的程度。
其次本发明建议,固定环同时做成ABS***的极环,(Polring),由此取消一个迄今为止必需的辅助构件。
最后本发明建议,制动盘的摩擦环按已知的方式配备一个中心冷却通道和通向两侧端面的冷却空气入口,以便使摩擦环得到良好的冷却。

在图1中用点划线表示转向轴1,它上面可旋转地支承一个轮毂2。它通过一个前滚动轴承3和后滚动轴承4支承,它们分别为锥形滚子轴承其中后滚动轴承4大于前滚动轴承3。
在图1中所示的轴承结构中后滚动轴承4的内环通过一个支撑轴环5在转向轴1上定位。这个支撑轴环5具有径向向外伸出的法兰,它一直延伸到接近轮毂2的孔壁。在支撑轴环5的这个凸缘的后面轮毂2内装有一个弹簧挡圈6。前滚动轴承3的内圈通过一个中间衬垫止推环7由转向轴螺帽固定在转向轴上,螺帽拧在转向轴1相应的螺纹部分上,并同样具有一个接近轮毂2孔壁的凸缘。在转向轴螺帽8的这个凸缘前面轮毂2内同样设有一个弹簧挡圈9。在轮毂2的前端拧上一个盖10作为轴承结构的防护。
轮毂2设有一个径向伸出的车轮法兰2a,在它上面设有用于图中没有画出来的车轮螺栓的孔2b。车轮通过这些车轮螺栓固定在轮毂2上。
用点划线表示在现有技术状态中制动盘11的固定法兰F是如何通过车轮螺栓同时进行固定的,制动盘包含一个制动盘套筒11a和一个摩擦环11b。其次用点划线表示一个制动鞍12和两个制动闸瓦13。为了更好地冷却制动盘11的摩擦环11b设有一个中心冷却通道11c和通向两侧端面的冷却空气入口11d。
与已知的现有技术状态况不同,制动盘轮辐不是通过用点划线表示的固定法兰F与轮毂2的车轮法兰2a不可相对旋转地相连,而是通过轴向延伸的凸台和凹槽固定在制动盘套筒11a的内表面上,它们与轮毂颈部2c轴向加长部分2d相应凹槽和/或凸台配合作用。在图2中可以看到这种做成花键轴形式的凸台11e和凹槽11f。其次这个图形还表示摩擦环11b的两个环形部分在中心冷却通道11c内部通过径向分布的筋片11g相互连接在一起。
为了提供用来传递制动盘11和轮毂2之间的制动力矩所需要的表面,在所示实施例中制动盘套筒11a在轮毂2车轮法兰2a的方向设有一段轴向加长部分11h。由此得到对于制动盘11和轮毂2之间在周向形状相配的连接的足够大的表面。制动盘11在轮毂2上的轴向固定通过一个固定环14进行,在这个实施例中它通过6个螺钉15固定在轮毂2轴向加长部分2d的端面上,并以一个狭窄的环形结合面贴靠在制动盘套筒11a的端面上。直到这个固定环14在制动盘套筒11a上的窄的环形结合面为止在这两个零件之间形成一个气隙,使得从制动盘11传到固定环14上的热量限制在允许的数值内。
为了取下磨损的闸瓦13并换上新的闸瓦,首先通过拧出螺钉15松开固定环14。接着以适当的方式将制动盘11固定在它的位置上。现在起在拧下端盖10和脱开转向轴螺帽的防松装置后旋转转向轴螺帽8。这时转向轴螺帽8通过它靠在弹簧挡圈9上的凸缘把轮毂从转向轴1上卸下来。这时通过后面的弹簧挡圈6和支撑环5把后滚动轴承4也一起取下。因为固定在车轮法兰2a上的车轮在从转向轴1上取下轮毂2时留在轮毂2上,因此制动盘露在外面便于更换制动闸瓦13。
在更换制动闸瓦13以后利用转向轴螺帽8重新装上轮毂2时只需要注意,将制动盘11的凸台11e和凹槽11f合适地嵌入轮毂2轮毂颈部2c加长部分2d相应的凹槽或凸台中。一旦轮毂2到达它在转向轴1上的合适位置后,转向轴螺帽便采取防松措施,拧上端盖10,用螺钉15固定固定环14,对于更换制动闸瓦所进行的制动盘11的固定便告结束。
由上述阐述可以看出,制动闸瓦13的更换方便得多了。其次可以看出,由于取消了用点划线表示的固定法兰F得到了制动盘11比较简单的结构,这里同时避免了会导致制动盘11的摩擦环11b单侧热载荷的单侧材料积聚。
Claims (6)
1.由一个制动盘套筒(11a)和一个从轮辐径向向外伸出的摩擦环(11b)组成的制动盘(11)在一个可旋转地支承在转向轴(1)的轮毂(2),特别是载重汽车的轮毂上的布置,其中轮毂(2)设有用来可拆卸地固定车轮的车轮法兰(2a),制动盘(11)不可相对旋转地,但是可拆卸地与轮毂(2)相连,其特征在于:制动盘(11a)通过轴向分布的凸台(11e)和/或凹槽(11f)与轮毂颈部(2c)轴向加长部分(2d)形状相配地相连。
2.按权利要求1的布置,其特征在于:制动盘套筒(11a)在轮毂(2)车轮法兰(2a)的方向设有轴向加长部分(11h)。
3.按权利要求1或2的布置,其特征在于:制动盘套筒(11a)由一个固定环(14)轴向固定在轮毂颈部(2c)的加长部分(2d)上,固定环可拆卸地固定在轮毂颈部(2c)的端面上。
4.按权利要求3的布置,其特征在于:固定环(14)在制动盘套筒(11a)上的结合面局限在一个窄环上。
5.按权利要求3或4的布置,其特征在于:固定环(14)做成用于ABS***的极环。
6.按权利要求1至5之至少一项的布置,其特征在于:制动盘(11)的摩擦环(11b)按已知的方式配备一个中心冷却通道(11c)和通向两侧端面的冷却空气入口(11d)。
