Description
本发明涉及众所周知的食品容器的盖,特别是供抽奖用的食品容器盖,在这种容器中抽奖编号印在盖的里面。
应当特别注意到,所说的盖子可以用来密封加压或不加压液体食品的玻璃瓶,该玻璃瓶可以承受或不承受热处理。在这些情况下,上述盖是皇冠盖,可以保证空气和容器之间的密封。更准确地讲,上述盖具有可卸下的无聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料的密封件,该密封件在面朝盖底部的一侧具有抽奖编号。无PVC材料意味着不包括聚氯乙烯,这种材料的应用持续减少,特别是北欧国家。上述内部的抽奖编号使得这种盖特别适用于争夺奖品。
在现在,按照先有技术,可以应用三种不同的适用于争夺奖品的盖来满足特定的商业需求。
第一种是金属壳形式的盖,该壳的内侧具有底部,该底部由粘合漆处理之后可以贴上一层不透明PVC密封件。使密封件与粘合漆具有一定亲合力,从而容易启下上述密封件,这样便可以看到盖子底部上的编号。
第二种盖仍然具有一层不透明的密封件,与第一种盖不同之点是,该编号被作成可从外壳上转移到密封件本身上,因而在必须用密封件作中奖的证据时,采用这种盖是非常理想的,因为邮寄密封件比邮寄整个盖容易。
第三种盖具有透明的密封件(PVC料或无PVC的料),该密封件不能从盖的底部上取下来。编号形成在盖子本身的底部上,可以通过密封件清楚地看到,然而这种盖不适用于争夺奖品,因为要求用整个盖作中奖的证据,和第二种盖相比不太方便,这是由于如上所述的盖的邮寄比密封件的邮寄困难。第三种盖的缺点是,食品瓶要求要相当不透明,以防止从瓶子的外边认出编号。
按先有技术作的基于PVC的三种皇冠盖没有一种以其原态在市场上出售,因为法律禁止使用PVC的皇冠盖。
为遵守这种规定和要求,同时为了得到具有容易启下的无PVC的盖,需要设计一种新的工艺,以控制无PVC的材料和盖的粘合程度。
本发明的主要目的是克服上述已知盖的缺点,办法是提供一种具有非PVC密封件的盖,该密封件在需要时可以容易地从盖子外壳的底部上卸下来。
本发明的另一目的是形成一种编号,该编号可以容易地和清晰地转移到密封件上,而密封件则采有一种工艺而不会粘着在涂布于盖子底部上的粘合漆上,这种工艺可以控制密封件和盖子外壳的粘接程度。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种简单的和可靠的操作工艺。
按照上述目的,本发明的技术规格和所用工艺在权利要求书中作了清楚说明,下面参照例示出优选实施例的附图进行详细说明,由其可看出其它优点,这些附图是:
图1示出所公开的盖子从其下面看去的示意平面图;
图2是盖子的示意图,示出沿图1的II-II线截取的截面图,其中为清楚起见,有些部分已被切去;

图4示出例示于上面图中的盖子,在该盖子的结构中密封件已局部地启下来并具有转移的内部抽奖编号。
在示出的实施例中,盖子是装液体食品瓶子的顶盖,该食品一定不能与大气接触。具体是,这是一种皇冠盖,一般用来密封装液体食品的玻璃瓶,该液体食品可以加压或不加压,例如为水、酒和各种饮料等。
参照附图,公开的盖子包括皇冠盖,整个用编号1表示。上述盖子1基本上由金属壳3组成,该盖可以固定在瓶子(未示出)的顶上,并具有构成底部6的凹表面5,皇冠件7形成盖的边缘。盖1还具有非PVC的密封件8(即用不包含聚氯乙烯的材料制作),该密封件的尺寸与底部6相机。
漆9用于将密封件8粘接到底部6上(见图2)。
具体是,用于制作上述皇冠盖1的方法是从金属板开始的。在此金属板的一个侧面上形成金属板印刷的印刷品,该印刷品构成显示在盖子外侧表面上的图案(通常为产品商标),同时在另一侧表面上涂上上述一层漆9。
然后在冲切步骤冲切金属板,形成构成盖1的外壳。最后使盖1通过加热工位,在该处漆熔化,构成注入到盖子1中密封件8的粘合剂,然后通过相应的冲压,使盖成形为要求的形状。
对于本发明,上述漆9由合成树脂、碳氢化合物以及添加的金属涂料组成,该金属涂料量不大,而且无毒。
加入金属涂料使得可以控制密封件8和盖1的底部6之间的粘合程度,即金属涂料在碳氢化合物中的浓度越大,则漆9越容易再现金属外壳3的化学物理特性。
结果,密封件8与外壳3的粘合程度降低。
金属颜料具体掺入到这种量,即可以保证密封件8粘合在盖1的底部6上,但同时又容易用例如指甲将其剥离下来。
上述漆9基本上包括以下各种成分,这些成分的百分浓度如下:
2-丁氧基乙醇,15%~25%;
芳香烃C9~C11,5%~15%;
正丁醇,1%~5%;
二甲苯,1%~5%;
异丁醇,5%~15%;
2(2-丁氧基羟乙基)乙醇,1%~5%;
合成树脂,30%~40%;
甲基异丁基酮;1%~5%;
甲氧基丙醇,10%~20%;
金属涂料,1%~5%。
在漆层9和密封件8之间放置透明材料或有色材料的膜10,上述膜上具有用紫外墨水印的抽奖编号11。紫外墨水是一种特殊墨水,它在紫外线炉中进行干燥和显影。膜10仅放在盖1底部6上其上形成编号11的有限的有漆区域上。
上述膜10基本上包括有机颜料、脂族烃成分、聚酯树脂、氨基树脂和石蜡树脂。由于膜10具有这种成分,所以用紫外墨水印的准确地位于用膜10涂布的区域上的抽奖编号11仅稍为粘合在膜10上,结果,该编号更牢固地粘接在与其接触的密封件8上。
紫外墨水基本上包括:有机颜料;氨基树脂和/或聚酯树脂和/或环氧树脂;丙烯酸低聚合物,该聚合物由多官能醇的二酯和三酯以及丙烯酸组成;苯酮和/或络合酮,或它们的衍生物;乙烯蜡。
下面介绍形成盖1结构的工艺。
首先使合成树脂和碳氢化合物混合,并加入金属涂料,由此制备出漆9。
然后将漆9涂在板材的一个侧面上,该板材通常为金属,其机械特性适合于制作盖1的外壳3。
根据具体要求,上述板材可以是镀铬钢、镀锡钢,或不锈钢和铝。
随后在常规炉中在150~250℃的温度之间烘干漆9,烘干时间约5~20min。温度最好保持在180~190℃的最小区域内,烘干11~13min。
在随后的工艺步骤中,如果用盖1进行销售抽奖,则在漆层9上形成膜10,即仅在要形成抽奖编号11的漆层区域上用金属印刷板印上膜10。
然后再第二烘干操作步骤烘干膜10,此烘干操作与烘干漆9的操作完全一样。
在下一个步骤中,在由膜10复盖的漆层区域上形成抽奖编号11。该抽奖编号11最好采用涂布膜10的同一印刷板印刷、并采用具有上述特征和组成的紫外墨水。
然后可以冲切如此加工的板,形成外壳。并在各个外壳上粘上非PVC的密封件8,从而保证盖1和瓶子之间的密封。
上述说明清楚示出本发明优点中的一个优点,即当从盖1的底部6上启下密封件8时,密封件8上清楚地再现出要求的抽奖编号11(图4所示)。
采用包括金属涂料的漆使得可以控制从盖上启下密封件的这一步骤,从而使皇冠盖整个地来改变,保留了其机械特性和密封性能,这对于用瓶人来讲是一个重要问题。
最重要的是,由于选择适当成分,作成一种与非PVC材料相容的而可以作用于该材料的物质,所以可以双向控制密封件与盖的粘合程度和控制抽奖编号和双向控制盖子底部的有限粘合程度,而非PVC材料又不会失去任何现有的有利特性。
本发明可以进行各种变型和改变,所有这些变型和改变均包含在本发明的设计原理中。另外,所有构件均可用技术上等同的构件代替。
Claims (18)
1.一种食品容器的盖,包括:
外壳(3),被成形为可以装在容器开口的上面,该外壳具有底部(6),该底部(6)的形状对应于容器开口,并在盖上盖子(1)时该底部面向容器内部;
密封件(8),用非PVC材料制作,粘接在底部(6)上并使盖子(1)密封在容器上;

2.如权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,漆(9)基本上包括以下成分:2-丁氧基乙醇、芳香烃C9~C11、正丁醇、二甲苯、异丁醇、2(2-丁氧基羟乙基)乙醇、合成树脂、甲基异丁基酮、甲氧基丙醇和金属涂料。
3.如权利要求2所述的盖子,其特征在于,漆(9)中各组分的重量百分浓度分别在以下范围:15%~25%的丁氧基乙醇、5%~15%的芳香烃C9~C11、1%~5%正丁醇、1%~5%二甲苯、5%~15%异丁醇、(1%~5%)2(2-丁氧基羟乙基)乙醇、30%~40%合成树脂、1%~5%甲基异丁基酮、10%~20%甲氧基丙醇和1%~5%金属涂料。
4.如权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,密封件(8)容易用于从外壳(3)的底部(6)上启下。
5.如权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,抽奖编号(11)重现在粘接在外壳(3)的漆层(9)上的一部分密封件(8)上;在上述漆层(9)和抽奖编号(11)之间在上述编号(11)的位置处形成非粘接的膜(10),从而减少编号(11)与漆(9)的粘接程度,同时增加与密封件(8)的粘合程度;
6.如权利要求5所述的盖子,其特征在于,膜(10)由有机涂料、脂族烃组分、聚酯树脂、氨基树脂和石蜡树脂组成。
7.如权利要求5所述的盖子,其特征在于,膜(10)用透明材料制作。
8.如权利要求5所述的盖子,其特征在于,膜(10)用有色材料制作。
9.如权利要求5所述的盖子,其特征在于,编号(11)是用紫外线墨水印的,该编号在紫外线炉中烘干。
10.如权利要求9所述的盖子,其特征在于,上述紫外线墨水由以下物质组成:有机颜料、氨基树脂和/或聚酯树脂和/或环氧树脂、由多官能乙醇的乙酯和三酯以及丙烯酸组成的丙烯酸低聚物、苯酮和/或络合酮或它们的衍生物、乙烯石蜡。
11.如权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,盖子(1)由瓶的顶盖组成,该顶盖包括具有一定形状的金属外壳(3)和密封件(8),前者最好形成皇冠(7),后者不包括聚氯乙烯。
12.如权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,金属涂料包括一种量不大而且无毒的金属。
13.一种制造如权利要求1~12所述盖子的工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下操作步骤:
使合成树脂与其中添加至少一种金属涂料的碳氢化合物混合,得到漆(9);
将漆(9)涂在适合于制作外壳的金属板的一个侧面上;
烘干漆(9);
在漆层(9)上,在将要印制编号(11)的区域上形成膜(10);
烘干膜(10);
在形成膜(10)的区域上形成编号(11),放置在漆层(9)上的膜(10)与随后涂在膜上的密封件(8)相比,上述编号(11)与膜的粘合程度较低;
冲切和成形外壳(3),形成要求的形状;
将密封件(8)涂在外壳(3)的底部(6)上,涂于编号(11)之上。
14.如权利要求13所述的工艺,其特征在于,膜(10)用第一平板印刷板涂沫。
15.如权利要求13所述的工艺,其特征在于,执行干燥步骤的温度在150~250℃范围内,干燥时间在5~20min范围内。
16.如权利要求13所述的工艺,其特征在于,编号(11)用第二平印刷板印制。
17.如权利要求13所述的工艺,其特征在于,膜(10)和编号(11)用同一平印刷板印制。
18.如权利要求13所述的工艺,其特征在于,编号(11)用紫外线墨水印刷。
