Claims (10)

1. The device is characterized by comprising an outer device cylinder and an inner device cylinder which are mutually nested, wherein a cover plate is arranged at the top of the inner device cylinder, a slag collecting cylinder is further arranged outside the outer device cylinder, a mounting ring is rotatably arranged at the top of the inner device cylinder, the mounting ring is kept to vibrate at high frequency in the rotating process, partition plates are vertically arranged around the mounting ring, and filter sheets are arranged on the surfaces of three partition plates and used for multistage filtering of the environment-friendly paint and shake off filtered impurities of the filter sheets through vibration;
the inside of device inner tube is provided with the trash can, the baffle is arranged in the inside of device inner tube, and with trash can and the inner wall contact of device inner tube, trash can's inside rotation is installed to trash can, trash can spiral sets up, and trash can's upper and lower part has all been seted up and has returned miscellaneous mouthful for with the impurity that environmental protection coating filters the production send into trash can and along with trash can discharge outside the device.

The filtering device for environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein a supporting ring is arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the outer cylinder of the device, a supporting ring erected above the supporting ring is fixed on the outer side of the bottom of the inner cylinder of the device, silica gel pads are uniformly distributed and embedded on the bottom of the supporting ring, and the surface of the silica gel pads acts on the upper surface of the supporting ring.

The environment-friendly paint filtering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a driving motor is installed at one side of the outer cylinder of the device, an output shaft of the driving motor is sleeved with a driving gear, and a transmission gear meshed with the driving gear is sleeved at the outer side of the end part of the mounting ring;
the outer part of the mounting ring is sleeved with a pause ring, the pause ring is made of hard silica gel, grooves which are arranged in an arc shape are uniformly formed in the surface of the pause ring, and the inner wall of the outer cylinder of the device is provided with a bump meshed with the grooves of the pause ring.

The filtering device for environment-friendly paint according to claim 1, wherein slots are formed in the periphery of the top of the mounting ring, inserting pieces inserted into the slots are arranged on one side of the top of the partition board, the upper end of the impurity discharging barrel is also connected with the inserting ring through a bearing, vertically arranged inserting holes are formed in the periphery of the inserting ring, and the other side of the top of the partition board is inserted into the inserting holes.

The filtering device for environment-friendly paint according to claim 1, wherein a guide pipe is connected to an end bearing of the impurity removing cylinder, the guide pipe is arranged obliquely downwards, the end of the guide pipe extends to the upper side of the slag collecting cylinder, and the end of the impurity removing rod penetrates through and extends to the outer side of the top of the guide pipe.

the lower end of the driving rod is provided with a cross-shaped protruding part, and the top of the transmission head is provided with a groove corresponding to the cross-shaped protruding part.

The filtering device for the environment-friendly paint, as claimed in claim 1, wherein a liquid extracting pump is arranged at the top of the cover plate, a liquid extracting pipe is connected to a liquid extracting end of the liquid extracting pump, a liquid injecting port is further arranged at the top of the cover plate, and a liquid injecting pipe is connected to the bottom of the liquid injecting port;
the end parts of the liquid suction pipe and the liquid injection pipe extend to the inside of the device inner cylinder and are respectively distributed at the left and right parts of the partition plate which is not provided with the filter plate, the end part of the liquid suction pipe is arranged at the middle part of the partition plate, and the end part of the liquid injection pipe is arranged at the bottom of the partition plate.

The filtering device for environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the inner cylinder of the device is arranged in a conical shape, a liquid discharge pipe is arranged at the end part of the inner cylinder of the device, and a switch valve is arranged on the liquid discharge pipe.
10. A method for preparing an environment-friendly paint by filtration, which is applied to the filtering device of the environment-friendly paint according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and comprises the following steps:
step one: injecting environment-friendly paint to be filtered into the inner barrel of the device through a liquid injection port on the cover plate, so that the liquid level of the environment-friendly paint is positioned at a impurity return port of the impurity removal barrel;
step two: the inner barrel of the device enables sediment in the environment-friendly paint to sink and floats upwards in a standing mode, three groups of filter sheets with gradually reduced meshes are sequentially utilized to filter the middle section part of the environment-friendly paint, and at the moment, the floats upwards and the sediment sinks into the impurity return port;
step three: pumping the middle-section environment-friendly paint subjected to three-stage filtration through a liquid pump to finish the filtration step;
step four: starting a trash discharging motor, driving a trash discharging rod which is spirally arranged to push floaters and sediments upwards, and guiding the floaters and the sediments to a residue collecting cylinder by using a guide pipe for uniform collection;
step five: starting a driving motor, driving a mounting ring to rotate by using the driving motor, generating high-frequency vibration by the mounting ring through the cooperation of a lug and a pause ring, vibrating down a blocking object attached to a filter sheet, driving the baffle plate along the opposite direction of the filtering direction along with the driving motor in the process, pushing down the blocking object by using a water flow recoil mode, and discharging the blocking object by using a impurity discharging motor.
