In order to meet the requirements of dyeing and finishing process flow shortening and cost reduction of a dye factory, a plurality of degreasing agents for degreasing and dyeing one-bath processes appear in the market in recent years, the quality of the degreasing agents is uneven, the high temperature resistance is not stable enough, and oil spots, oil spots and even tar spots are difficult to prevent in the dyeing process.
See patent No.: 201210485944.3, which discloses a polyester fabric dyeing degreasing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method adopted by the method sequentially comprises the following steps: taking 8-20 parts by weight of alcohol ether R1-O (EO) nH, 3-8 parts by weight of alcohol ether R2-O (PO) c (EO) dH, 2-7 parts by weight of alcohol ether R3-O (EO) fH, 2-6 parts by weight of R4- (PO) a (EO) b phosphate, 3-5 parts by weight of sodium alkyl sulfonate, 0.5-2 parts by weight of inorganic base, 0.1-1 part by weight of chelating dispersant, 2-4 parts by weight of solvent and 40-70 parts by weight of water; mixing water, R4- (PO) a (EO) b phosphate and sodium alkyl sulfonate, adding inorganic base, and reacting for 20-40 minutes; adding alcohol ether R1-O (EO) nH, alcohol ether R2-O (PO) c (EO) dH and alcohol ether R3-O (EO) fH, emulsifying; adding a chelating dispersant; adding solvent to obtain the final product. The invention can remove oiling agent and greasy dirt while dyeing.
Chemical raw material prices have risen over the last two years, making it unacceptable to dye factories. Aiming at the problems, the inventor develops an oil remover suitable for polyester scouring/dyeing (degreasing/dyeing) one-bath process, improves the emulsifying dispersion performance at high temperature, has economic price and requires environmental protection.

The degreasing agent samples of the polyester scouring and dyeing one-bath process provided by a dye factory are taken as comparative examples, and the application performance comparison test is carried out on the degreasing agent of the scouring/dyeing one-bath process prepared by the above examples.
Foam properties (one)
Preparing 2g/L degreasing agent, standing for a moment, then weighing 25ml into a 100ml measuring cylinder with a plug, and oscillating up and down for 10 times, wherein the time is one time up and down. The foam volumes at 0s, 30s, 2min, 5min were recorded, measured three times, and averaged.
The results were as follows:
from the above results, it can be seen that the foam produced in each example can be rapidly eliminated to such an extent that the dyeing is not affected, and the foam is low in foaming and rapid in defoaming as compared with the comparative example.
(II) high-temperature emulsification dispersibility:
the following test solution 100ml was prepared: 2g/l of degreasing agent (blank 0 g/l) +0.3g/l of mixed liquid of coloring silicone oil and mineral oil), then placing the prepared liquid to be tested into an infrared high-temperature dyeing machine, operating at the highest rotating speed, heating to 135 ℃ and preserving heat for 45min. And then cooling to 70 ℃ for suction filtration, and taking out the upper filter paper and naturally airing after the suction filtration is completed.
The lighter the color, the less solid remains, indicating better emulsion dispersibility, compared to the filter paper color and solid residue.
The results were measured as follows:
degreasing agent | Appearance of filter paper |
Example 1 | Light color and less residue |
Example 2 | Light color and less residue |
Example 3 | Light color and less residue |
Comparative example | Darker color and slightly more residue |
Blank space | Deep color and residual |
From the results, the emulsifying and dispersing properties of the oil agent of each embodiment of the invention are better than those of the comparative example at high temperature, and the oil agent and impurities can be effectively prevented from being stained back into the textile surface and equipment.
(III) comparison of scouring/dyeing one-bath degreasing effects
The self-made greasy dirt polyester cloth (1 drop of mixed liquid of silicone oil and mineral oil with the same size is dropped on each equal amount of polyester cloth, and is dried) is used for carrying out one-bath degreasing dyeing according to the following process:
0.5% disperse deep blue H-GL
Leveling agent 0.5g/l
xg/l degreasing agent (x=0, 1, wherein 0 is blank)
0.5g/l glacial acetic acid
Bath ratio=1:20
130℃×30min
The dyed cloth sample is washed, dried and shaped.
The results of the oil stain removal and dyeing effects on each cloth sample were compared and are shown in the following table:
degreasing agent | Cloth cover effect |
Example 1 | The cloth cover is basically free of oil stains and basically uniform in color |
Example 2 | The cloth cover has no oil stain and uniform color |
Example 3 | The cloth cover has no oil stain and uniform color |
Comparative example | The cloth cover has oil stain, and the color of the oil stain part is a little darker |
Blank space | The cloth surface has obvious oil stain, and the color of the oil stain part is obviously deep |
From the results, the degreasing agent and the disperse dye prepared in each embodiment of the invention dye the terylene at high temperature in the same bath, so that the oil stains on the dyed cloth surface are effectively removed, the color is uniform, the oil stains remain in the comparative example, and the color of the cloth surface is not uniform enough.
In summary, the degreasing agent prepared by the embodiments of the invention is suitable for polyester scouring/dyeing one-bath process, has good degreasing effect, and the dyed cloth cover effect meets the requirements.
