Abstract

本发明涉及建筑物框架。它只需两种不同的Ⅰ形杆(2、4)。它们有这样一种截面形状和截面尺寸,即,较小的杆(4)可腹板平行地***较大的杆的头部(8)之间,并构成一种配合,其中,腹板(10)的高度方向互相平行地延伸。所有的头部(8)有相同大小的外宽(KB),这一外宽(KB)小于较矮的杆(4)头部(8)的高度间距(HA4)的量,应使另一根较矮的杆(4)或一根较高的杆(2)的头部(8)能***较矮的杆(4)的头部(8)之间并在那里构成一种配合。

Description

建筑物框架
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的建筑物框架和用此框架建成的建筑物。
由DE-A-4233061已知一种具有金属框架的建筑物。
采用本发明应达到的目的是,减少用于建筑物金属框架所需的不同构件的数量,并与此同时保持最小可能的材料消耗量和金属框架的重量。这种框架应能用简便的方法和快速及防震地架设。
此目的按本发明通过权利要求1的特征所述达到。
本发明有下列优点:对于整个建筑物框架总共只需要两种不同类型的型杆或型轨。在型杆之间可以置入隔热材料或绝缘材料。配合的间隙范围可选择成这样,即,同样的型杆可用于没有或有绝缘/隔热材料的情况下。通过组合这些型杆可以满足建筑物的全部负荷要求。术语“高度”在这里用来表示与型材头部成垂直方向的尺寸。术语“宽度”在这里应理解为在型材横截面方向内垂直于上述高度方向的尺寸。型杆可以安装成水平、垂直或倾斜,例如在有一层或多层的建筑物中,用于地板结构、墙壁结构、屋顶结构、门结构或窗户结构。
按本发明的建筑物框架可例如用于制造平顶的平房、摄影棚、厂房、多层建筑、临时宿舍和小屋。
在附图中表示的并在下面要说明的尺寸具有重要意义,但材料厚度例外,材料厚度可根据材料的铝、钢、纤维增强塑料等在大的范围内改变。在型杆之间形成的配合可以是滑配合或间隙配合。在这个意义上,所有下面在说明书中、在专利权利要求中和在附图中给出的尺寸应理解为“大约尺寸”。
下面参照附图借助于作为举例的最佳实施形式说明本发明。附图表示:
图1一根较高的型杆、一根与之相配的较矮的杆以及局部第三根型杆的端面图,第三根型杆可设计为与较矮的型杆相同或与较高的型杆相同;
图2一根或多根按图1的较高的型杆和多根按图1的较矮的型杆的一种可能的组合的端面图。
在图1的建筑物框架端面图中,安排了一根横截面I形(或双T形)的较高的杆2或轨,和腹板与之平行排列的一根横截面I形(或双T形)的较矮的杆4或轨。较高的杆2有一个通过其头部8上边6侧量的外部高度AH2约为140mm,而较矮的杆有一个通过其头部8上边6测量的较小的外部高度AH4约为100mm。所有的杆2和4的头部8有两侧对称地从其腹板10侧面伸出的翼缘14,所以,每根杆2和4在横截面中看,具有一种有共同腹板10的两个向相反侧方向的U型材的形状。头部8在其背对其腹板10的上边6上,各制有唯一的一个后切的纵向槽16,它横向于腹板10两侧对称地超出腹板10的宽度B延伸。腹板10的厚度或宽度B最好为4mm。腹板10的宽度应设计为使之满足建筑物框架的静力学要求,但不危及按本发明的杆2和4相互的配合。
头部外宽KB在所有的杆2和4的所有头部中都是同样大小,并最好约60mm。为了使杆2或4的头部外侧面24能与一根较矮的杆4的两个互相平行的头部翼缘14互相面对的内表面19构成一种配合,较矮的杆4的头部翼缘14之间的高度距离HA4,必须适当地略大并约为62mm。因此,一根不管是较高的还是较矮的杆2和4的每个头部8都可以***矩形凹口20中,这一矩形凹口是在腹板10与在较矮的杆4一侧的两个头部翼缘14之间形成的,在这种情况下,两根互相插接的杆4和4或2和4的腹板10,处于两个互成直角布置的平面内。
图1表示了杆2或4的一个插在较矮的杆4腹板10一侧的翼缘14之间的头部8,在图1中此杆用2/4表示。因此,两根杆4与2/4互相平行排列,其中,它们的腹板10彼此成直角延伸。所有的杆2和4的头部8可***另一根较矮的杆4向外伸出的翼缘之间的空腔20中,其中,从它的腹板10向同一侧伸出的翼缘,与可***的头部8的确定头部宽度KB的侧面24形成一种配合。
通过较矮的杆4头部8上边6测量的外部高度AH4,只是比较高的杆2头部翼缘14之间存在的高度距离HA2小这么一个量,即,使得一根较矮的杆4可***一根较高的杆2在两个从其腹板10朝同一侧伸出的头部翼缘14之间的矩形凹口26中。其中,较高的杆2的头部翼缘14与较矮的杆4头部8邻近杆2的上边6形成一种配合,此时这两根杆2和4腹板10的高度方向互相平行地延伸。在较矮的杆4的外部高度AH4约100mm时,较高的杆2的内部高度HA2最好约102mm。
纵向槽16最好有在图中所表示的矩形横截面形状,但也可以是燕尾形或其它形状。在它们的槽外边有一个两侧对称地减小了的在开口边缘28之间的开口宽度NE,因此可以在纵向槽内安置构件,并可以固定在槽边壁的开口边缘28下面。每个纵向槽16的最大宽度NB和开口边缘28之间的开口宽度NE,两侧对称地超过其腹板10的宽度B向外延伸到如此程度,即,在腹板10的旁边按图2能使螺钉42穿过槽底伸出。螺钉42按照在建筑物中最经常产生的负荷有8mm或10mm的直径,但至少为4mm。此外,在腹板10旁必须有装在螺钉42上的垫圈和螺帽40的位置。纵向槽16在其扩宽的槽区内的宽度NB最好约为52mm。
在附图中尺寸箭头所指的数字意味着此尺寸是毫米。围绕着纵向槽16的头部8的壁最好有4mm厚度。腹板10的宽度B和头部8的壁厚取决于在建筑物中所承受的荷载,不过它们对于按本发明的思想具有次要的意义。
在互相插接的杆2和2或2和4之间,可以置入隔热和/或绝缘材料34。
头部8最好有一个矩形的横截面外形。在图中所给出的尺寸时,头部8两侧对称地各超出其腹板10向外延伸28mm。头部8的高度HK例如约为19mm。头部翼缘14比头部8的头部高度HK长。因此,一根较矮的型杆4或一根较高的型杆2的头部8,可以装在一根较矮的杆4的空腔20内部例如通过螺帽40调整为不同的高度,与此同时头部8不从空腔20伸出。
按图2,两根较矮的杆4互相垂直地插装在一起,在这种情况下它们的高度方向互成直角地延伸,它们沿插接方向计量的外表面有一个最好约140mm的距离SA,这一尺寸与较高的杆2通过头部8的上边6测量的外部高度AH2大小相同。此外,图2还表示了锚固在纵向槽16中的构件50和一个相邻的壁件、窗户构件或门构件。

Claims (4)

1.建筑物框架具有下列特征:
它设有两根高度不同各为I形截面的杆(2、4),I形杆各由一腹板(10)和两个头部(8)组成,头部通过腹板(10)互相连接并对称地从其腹板(10)两侧伸出;
每个头部(8)在其背对腹板(10)的上边(6)各至少有一个纵向槽(16);
较高的杆(2)两个头部(8)彼此面对的内表面(19),与较矮的杆(4)头部(8)互相背对的上边(6)一起构成了一种配合,通过这种配合,较矮的杆(4)可***一根与之平行和转角相同地排列的较高的杆(2)两个头部(8)之间;
较高的杆(2)和较矮的杆(4)的头部(8)有相同的横向于腹板(10)计量的头部外宽(KB);
较矮的杆(4)两个头部(8)互相面对的内表面(19),与确定头部外宽(KB)的互相背对的头部外侧面(24)一起,同样构成了一种配合,较高的杆(2)或较矮的杆(4)的一个头部(8)转90°可***较矮的杆(4)两个头部(8)之间。
2.按照权利要求1所述的建筑物框架,其特征为:纵向槽(16)横向地朝两个槽侧方向后切,所以在它们上边具有的宽度小于其内部区的宽度;以及,每个纵向槽(16)横向于其杆(2、4)的腹板(10),两侧对称地超出腹板(10)的宽度,无论是在由于后切扩宽了的槽区还是在变窄的槽区内,都向外延伸到这样的程度,即,使得紧固件(42)能穿过槽底在腹板(10)旁经过。
3.按照前列诸权利要求之一所述的建筑物框架,其特征为:头部(8)围绕着其纵向槽(16)的壁厚,与腹板(10)的截面宽度(B)大小相同。
4.按照前列诸如权利要求之一所述的建筑物框架,其特征为:较矮的杆(4)通过其两个头部(8)上边(6)测量的高度(AH4)约为100mm,头部外宽(KB)约60mm,以及,其头部翼缘(14)之间的高度距离(HA4)约62mm;以及,较高的杆(2)通过其两个头部(8)上边(6)测量的高度(AH2)约为140mm,与较矮的杆(4)有相同的头部宽度(KB)为60mm,以及,其头部翼缘(14)之间的高度距离(HA2)约102mm。
