Abstract
本发明公开了一种家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,所述家居清洁用含酶清洁剂由如下重量份组分组成:过氧碳酸钠700~900份、纯碱70~90份、蛋白酶30~50份、脂肪酶15~25份、淀粉酶15~25份、偏硅酸钠25~35份、二氧化硅40~60份、纤维素酶15~25份和O9 15~25份;本发明含酶清洁剂中通过各种酶的添加能够对蛋白、淀粉以及脂肪类污渍进行去除,过氧碳酸钠遇水进行充分氧化分解,复合生物酶,使去污效果倍增,同时辅以表面活性剂进一步提高去污效果,此外,本发明中偏硅酸钠对脂肪类物质具有有较强的润湿和乳化作用,通过偏硅酸钠的添加能够增强去油污性能,另外,二氧化硅能够促进各种酶的活性,同时作为颗粒物,能够更好的促进清洗剂与污渍的接触,提高去污性能。

本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,具体涉及一种家居清洁用含酶清洁剂。
背景技术
家居清洁剂是用各种表面活性剂和助剂配制而成的,用于清洁各种家庭日常用品。
例如市场上常见的瓶装洗衣液,先采用传统工业化制备适用于衣物清洗的清洁剂,再将该清洁剂分装到瓶装容器中制成成品,最后进入超市、商店进行销售。
家庭中特别是家中有小孩,都希望给孩子创造一个安全、卫生的环境;饭店、旅馆等公共场所用油污清洁剂也需要一款即能高效去除油污、对皮肤没有伤害、无毒性、稳定性高的产品。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,该清洁剂通过各原料的选择,使其能够对家居生活中各种污渍进行快速分解去除,比如血、奶、蛋、果汁、汗渍、巧克力、油污等,并且去污能力强,同时能够改善衣物柔软度和洁白效果。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:

过氧碳酸钠700~900份、纯碱70~90份、蛋白酶30~50份、脂肪酶15~25份、淀粉酶15~25份、偏硅酸钠25~35份、二氧化硅40~60份、纤维素酶15~25份和O9 15~25份。
优选地,所述家居清洁用含酶清洁剂由如下重量份组分组成:
过氧碳酸钠800份、纯碱80份、蛋白酶40份、脂肪酶20份、淀粉酶20份、偏硅酸钠30份、二氧化硅50份、纤维素酶20份和O9 20份。
优选地,所述二氧化硅的粒径为20~50nm。
优选地,所述蛋白酶由碱性蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶组成。

淀粉酶为α-淀粉酶,酶活为2万u/g;
纤维素酶为碱性纤维素酶,酶活为2万u/g;
二氧化硅的粒径为30nm。

本实施例为一种家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,所述家居清洁用含酶清洁剂由如下重量份组分组成:

淀粉酶为α-淀粉酶,酶活为2万u/g;
纤维素酶为碱性纤维素酶,酶活为2万u/g;
二氧化硅的粒径为30nm。

实验例
分别获取实施例3以及对比例1~2制备得到的含酶清洁剂;
使用方法:采用20~50℃温水配成0.1%溶液后进行去污;
采用QB/T 13174-2008中的方法对污布进行去污力检测,检测结果如表1所示:

由表1可知:
本申请实施例和对比例制备得到的清洁剂均具有优异的去污效果,并显著优于标准洗衣粉,相比对比例,本申请实施例制备得到的清洁剂具有更好的去污能力。

过氧碳酸钠700~900份、纯碱70~90份、蛋白酶30~50份、脂肪酶15~25份、淀粉酶15~25份、偏硅酸钠25~35份、二氧化硅40~60份、纤维素酶15~25份和O9 15~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,其特征在于,所述家居清洁用含酶清洁剂由如下重量份组分组成:
过氧碳酸钠800份、纯碱80份、蛋白酶40份、脂肪酶20份、淀粉酶20份、偏硅酸钠30份、二氧化硅50份、纤维素酶20份和O9 20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅的粒径为20~50nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,其特征在于,所述蛋白酶由碱性蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,其特征在于,所述碱性蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的质量比为1∶(3~5)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,其特征在于,所述碱性蛋白酶的酶活为20万u/g;胰蛋白酶的酶活为6000u/g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的家居清洁用含酶清洁剂,其特征在于,所述淀粉酶为α-淀粉酶。
