本发明公开了一种绿色果蔬清洁剂,包括以下重量份组份:1‑5份茶皂素,6‑10份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,4‑8份十二烷基葡萄糖苷,2‑4份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,0.1‑0.3份柠檬酸钠,1‑3份乙醇,0.04‑0.08份酶,0.10‑0.20份维生素C,100份去离子水。本发明的绿色果蔬清洁剂,具备环保、去污功能,且能够减少对手的刺激,能够有效去除瓜果蔬菜上的残留农药,对细菌也有一定的杀灭作用,而且不破坏蔬菜和水果的营养价值,并且能保持果蔬色泽,延长果蔬存放时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁剂,尤其涉及一种绿色果蔬清洁剂。
背景技术
我们生活中使用的洗洁精属于厨房用洗涤剂的范畴,这个范畴里有两类清洁剂,一类是清洁锅碗瓢盆的餐具炊具清洁剂,另一类是用于清洗蔬菜生鲜的果蔬清洁剂。
餐具洗洁精一般是用于洗涤附着于金属、陶瓷、玻璃、塑料等材质的餐具表面油脂、蛋白质、碳水化合物,或这些物质的热分解物,清洁的原理、是通过表面活性剂等助剂将污渍分解为小颗粒去除的。
果蔬洗洁剂相比餐具洗洁剂,除了具有能够去除污渍的功能外,还能针对果蔬去掉其表面残留的农药。
现有的果蔬洗洁剂绝大多数是由十二烷基磺酸钠作为主要原料合成,使用该洗涤剂洗涤时,需要反复漂洗,也许还会残留极少量的化学物质,日积月累,也有可能使人受到损害。
因此,市场上迫切需要一种可以洗涤果蔬,有效清除果蔬残留农药,同时又对人体健康无损害。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种绿色果蔬清洁剂。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种绿色果蔬清洁剂,包括以下重量份组份:
1-5份茶皂素(CAS号:8047-15-2),
6-10份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(CAS号:9004-82-4),
4-8份十二烷基葡萄糖苷(CAS号:110615-47-9),
2-4份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAS号:86438-79-1),
0.1-0.3份柠檬酸钠(CAS号:6132-04-3),
1-3份乙醇,
100份去离子水。
优选的,一种绿色果蔬清洁剂,包括以下重量份组份:
1-5份茶皂素,
6-10份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,
4-8份十二烷基葡萄糖苷,
2-4份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,
0.1-0.3份柠檬酸钠,
1-3份乙醇,
0.04-0.08份酶,
0.10-0.20份维生素C,
100份去离子水。
优选的,所述酶为超氧歧化酶、辅酶A、无花果蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶、柚苷酶、橙皮苷酶、菠萝蛋白酶、淀粉酶、葡糖氧化酶、脂肪酶、淀粉葡糖苷酶、纤维素酶、脱氧核糖核酸酶、漆酶、木质素酶、胃蛋白酶中的至少一种。
最优的,所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为8:(1-3):(1-3)混合而成。
在本发明中,维生素C作为酶的优良保护剂而添加入配方中。
常用本领域通用方法即可制得本发明的绿色果蔬清洁剂,例如将水加热至40℃,再将其他原料加入,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温即可。
本发明的绿色果蔬清洁剂,具备环保、去污功能,且能够减少对手的刺激,能够有效去除瓜果蔬菜上的残留农药,对细菌也有一定的杀灭作用,而且不破坏蔬菜和水果的营养价值,并且能保持果蔬色泽,延长果蔬存放时间。
具体实施方式
实施例中部分原料的参数如下:
柚苷酶:酶活力5万U/g。
橙皮苷酶:酶活力10万U/g。
无花果蛋白酶:酶活力10万U/g。

3份茶皂素,
8份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,
6份十二烷基葡萄糖苷,

一种绿色果蔬清洁剂,包括以下重量份组份:
3份茶皂素,
8份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,
6份十二烷基葡萄糖苷,
3份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,
0.2份柠檬酸钠,
2份乙醇,
0.06份木质素酶,
0.15份维生素C,
100份去离子水。
将水加热至40℃,再将其他原料加入,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温即可制得各实施例的绿色果蔬清洁剂。
测试例1
对实施例进行去除农药残留性能测试。
分别将实施例1-5绿色果蔬清洁剂与去离子水按质量比为1:2000混合均匀,得到绿色果蔬清洁剂的稀释液;将同一蔬菜地采摘的韭菜随机分组,每组500g,分别浸泡在2000g温度为25℃的绿色果蔬清洁剂的稀释液中,最后一组浸泡在2000g温度为25℃的去离子水中作为对照组,浸泡时间为15分钟,取出用4000g清水漂洗15分钟,晾干,测试清洗后韭菜中的农药残留量。农药残留测试方法参照国标GB/T20769-2008进行。具体测试结果见表1。

本发明的绿色果蔬清洁剂,具备环保、去污功能,且能够减少对手的刺激,能够有效去除瓜果蔬菜上的残留农药,对细菌也有一定的杀灭作用,而且不破坏蔬菜和水果的营养价值,并且能保持果蔬色泽,延长果蔬存放时间。

1-5份茶皂素,
6-10份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,
4-8份十二烷基葡萄糖苷,
2-4份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,
0.1-0.3份柠檬酸钠,
1-3份乙醇,
0.04-0.08份酶,
0.10-0.20份维生素C,
100份去离子水,
所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为8:(1-3):(1-3)混合而成。
