本发明涉及一种串联混合动力车辆用的驱动单元。
背景技术
在JP2017-216804A中公开了如下车辆用的驱动装置,其具有:发电机,其具有紧固于变速器的第1壳体;以及驱动器,其具有紧固于变速器的第2壳体,该驱动装置紧固于发动机。这样,在发电机及驱动器分别收容于不同的壳体的驱动装置中,存在如下问题,即,2个壳体分别振动,因发电机及驱动器的弯曲、扭转等而导致振动增大。另外,还存在如下问题,即,2个振动源接近,从而容易产生共振。为了解决上述问题,在上述文献中,利用结合部件使得第1壳体与第2壳体结合。
发明内容
然而,上述文献公开的驱动装置仅使得分别进行不同的振动的第1壳体与第2壳体的一部分结合,因此抑制振动的效果受限。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种进一步改善了抑制振动的效果的驱动单元。

在下面的说明中,将车辆行进方向设为“前”,其相反方向设为“后”,朝向车辆行进方向时的左侧设为“左”,同样朝向车辆行进方向时的右侧设为“右”,同样朝向车辆行进方向时的上侧设为“上”,同样朝向车辆行进方向时的下侧设为“下”。
驱动单元100具有内燃机1以及后述的电动单元100a。内燃机1的曲轴1a以与车身左右方向一致的朝向而配置。电动单元100a与内燃机1在车身左右方向上排列。内燃机1和电动单元100a由螺栓等紧固。此外,辅机部件6安装于内燃机1。辅机部件6例如为机油冷却器、空调装置用的压缩机等。
紧固的内燃机1及电动单元100a(即驱动单元100)由钟摆方式的支架2a、2b从车身左右方向支撑于车身。在这里,将支架2a、2b各自的支撑部设为3a、3b。此外,除了支架2a、2b以外,也可以设置从车身前后方向对驱动单元100进行支撑的转矩杆(未图示)。
在这里,参照图2对电动单元100a的结构进行说明。
电动单元100a的壳体H由如下部件构成:外壳体10;齿轮罩11,其安装于外壳体10的一个端部;以及后罩12,其安装于外壳体10的另一个端部。
外壳体10具有:第1圆筒部(未图示),其对驱动电机15进行收容;以及第2圆筒部(未图示),其对发电电机17进行收容。第1圆筒部及第2圆筒部分别形成为圆筒形状,以它们的轴彼此平行地排列的方式设置于外壳体10。在第1圆筒部经由内壳体14而对作为第1电动机的驱动电机15进行收容,在第2圆筒部经由内壳体16而对作为第2电动机的发电电机17进行收容。此外,如果对驱动电机15和发电电机17进行对比,则要求更大的输出的驱动电机15比发电电机17更重。
驱动电机15具有:转子15a,其以转动自由的方式支撑于后罩12;以及定子(未图示),其固定于内壳体14的内部。发电电机17具有:转子17a,其以转动自由的方式支撑于后罩12;以及定子(未图示),其固定于内壳体16的内部。内壳体14、16以及后罩12利用螺栓等而固定于外壳体10,转子15a、17a与定子分别固定于相对的位置。
在外壳体10的上部载置有逆变器13。逆变器13具有构成逆变器电路的第1功率模块40以及第2功率模块41。这里所说的上部是指比包含作为驱动电机15的旋转轴的第1旋转轴15b以及作为发电电机17的旋转轴的第2旋转轴17b在内的平面更靠上方的部分。此外,在本实施方式中,如后述的图3所示,电动单元100a以包含第1旋转轴15b及第2旋转轴17b在内的平面P相对于水平方向倾斜的状态载置于车辆。更详细而言,电动单元100a以驱动电机15处于比发电电机17更高的位置而倾斜的状态载置于车辆。
在由外壳体10及齿轮罩11形成的齿轮室G内收容有:减速机构18,其与驱动电机15的旋转轴15b连结;以及增速机构19,其与发电电机17的旋转轴17b连结。
减速机构18由3个齿轮构成,使得驱动电机15的旋转轴15b的旋转减速而传递至驱动轮(未图示)。减速机构18的输出轴5与驱动轮经由驱动轴(未图示)而连结。输出轴5根据其性质而以相对于车辆的行进方向正交的朝向配置。而且,减速机构18的各齿轮的旋转轴以及将旋转输入至减速机构18的第1旋转轴15b与输出轴5平行。另外,与第1旋转轴15b平行的第2旋转轴17b也与输出轴5平行。并且,经由增速机构19而与第2旋转轴17b连结的内燃机1的曲轴1a也与输出轴5平行。
增速机构19使得内燃机1的曲轴1a的旋转增速并传递至发电电机17。此外,在本实施方式中,作为增速机构19而举例示出了图3所示的基于链轮及链条的机构,但也可以是由2个齿轮构成的机构。
另外,如果对减速机构18与增速机构19进行对比,则由3个齿轮构成的减速机构18比由2个链轮和链条或者2个齿轮构成的增速机构19更重。
如上所述,关于本实施方式的电动单元100a,驱动电机15、增速机构19、发电电机17以及减速机构18这4个要素收容于1个壳体H。并且,逆变器13载置于壳体H。
返回至图1的说明。
曲轴旋转轴1b与将两个支架2a、2b的支撑部3a、3b连结的支架连结线Amt平行,并且如图3所示处于包含支架连结线Amt在内的铅锤面S上。支架连结线Amt还与减速机构18的输出轴5平行。
关于车载状态的驱动单元100,第1旋转轴15b与第2旋转轴17b隔着曲轴1a的旋转轴(也称为曲轴旋转轴)1b而位于车身前后方向的前侧及后侧。
更具体而言,驱动电机15配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠后方,发电电机17配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠前方。与此相伴,减速机构18配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠后方,增速机构19配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠前方。如上所述,驱动电机15比发电电机17重,减速机构18比增速机构19重。因此,电动单元100a的重心位置比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠后方。因此,以使得驱动单元100的重心从车身上方观察时位于支架连结线Amt上的方式,将辅机部件6配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠前方。由此,能够抑制振动。基于驱动电机15与发电电机17的重量差、减速机构18与增速机构19的重量差等而适当地决定将机油冷却器、空调用的压缩机等中的哪个部件设为辅机部件6。
这里,参照图3对第1旋转轴15b、第2旋转轴17b以及曲轴旋转轴1b的位置关系更详细进行说明。图3是从图2中的沿着箭头III的方向(即车身的左右方向)观察电动单元100a的壳体H的图。
在图3中,曲轴旋转轴1b位于从第1旋转轴15b及第2旋转轴17b通过的电机连结线Amg上,并且位于第1旋转轴15b与第2旋转轴17b的中点。另外,优选电机连结线Amg相对于水平面以45°倾斜。
这样使得驱动电机15及发电电机17相对于水平面倾斜地配置,能够抑制驱动单元100的前后方向的尺寸。优选倾斜45°是因为,能够兼顾对驱动单元100的前后方向的尺寸的抑制以及对上下方向的尺寸的抑制。即,如果斜度大于45°,则能够进一步抑制前后方向的尺寸,但上下方向的尺寸与45°的情况相比增大,如果斜度小于45°,则能够进一步抑制上下方向的尺寸,但前后方向的尺寸与45°的情况相比增大。与此相对,如果斜度为45°,则能够兼顾对前后方向的尺寸的抑制以及对上下方向的尺寸的抑制。
另外,电动单元100a收容于一个壳体H,因此一体地振动,形成为上述结构而能够兼顾对电动单元100a的上下方向的振动的抑制以及对左右方向的振动的抑制。即,如果斜度大于45°,则能够进一步抑制上下方向的振动,但前后方向的振动与45°的情况相比增大,如果斜度小于45°,则能够进一步抑制前后方向的振动,但上下方向的振动与45°的情况相比增大。与此相对,如果斜度为45°,则能够兼顾对上下方向的振动的抑制以及对前后方向的振动的抑制。
接下来,对使得驱动单元100形成为本实施方式的结构的作用效果进行说明。
在本实施方式中,提供一种驱动单元100,该驱动单元100具有电动单元,该电动单元具有:驱动电机15;减速机构18,其将驱动电机15的旋转转矩传递至驱动轮;发电电机17,其由内燃机1驱动而发电;以及增速机构19,其将内燃机1的旋转转矩传递至发电电机17。关于该驱动单元100,驱动电机15、减速机构18、发电电机17以及增速机构19收容于1个壳体H,在壳体H中,驱动电机15及发电电机17各自的旋转轴以平行的状态在车身前后方向上排列,减速机构18及增速机构19在车身前后方向上排列。另外,电动单元100a与内燃机1以在车身左右方向上排列的状态进行连接,作为驱动电机15的旋转轴的第1旋转轴15b与作为发电电机17的旋转轴的第2旋转轴17b隔着作为内燃机1的曲轴1a的旋转轴的曲轴旋转轴1b而位于车身前后方向的前侧及后侧。如上所述,将作为电动单元100a的主要振动源的驱动电机15及发电电机17收容于一个壳体H而能够抑制驱动电机15及发电电机17分别以不同的模式进行振动。另外,将第1旋转轴15b及第2旋转轴17b配置为比作为驱动单元100的最重的重物的内燃机1的曲轴旋转轴1b更靠前方及后方,由此使得驱动单元100的重心位于第1旋转轴15b与第2旋转轴17b之间。由此,能够抑制驱动单元100的振动。
在本实施方式中,连接状态的电动单元100a及内燃机1由钟摆方式的支架2a、2b从车身左右方向支撑于车身,支架连结线Amt与减速机构18的输出轴5平行,该支架连结线Amt是将车身左右方向的左侧的支架2a的支撑部3a与车身左右方向的右侧的支架2b的支撑部3b连结的线。由此,曲轴旋转轴1b、第1旋转轴15b、第2旋转轴17b以及输出轴5与支架连结线Amt平行。在上述旋转轴等不与支架连结线Amt平行的情况下,驱动单元100的振动作为所谓扭转振动而传递至车身,在车身产生并不期望的振动。与此相对,根据本实施方式的结构,能够抑制扭转振动。
此外,能够使得支架连结线Amt与各轴1b、15b、17b、5平行的理由如下。
根据抑制围绕支撑部3b的力矩等观点,优选对内燃机1进行支撑的支架2b的支撑部3b的车身前后方向的位置接近内燃机1的车身左右方向的重心轴。另一方面,根据抑制围绕支撑部3b的力矩等观点,优选对电动单元100a进行支撑的支架2a的支撑部3a的车身前后方向的位置接近电动单元100a的车身左右方向的重心轴。然而,发电电机17需要经由增速机构19而与内燃机1连接,驱动电机15以及减速机构18需要配置为避开与发电电机17以及增速机构19的干涉。因此,关于当前那样将驱动电机15及发电电机17分别收容于不同的壳体的结构,电动单元100a与内燃机1的车身前后方向的尺寸的偏差增大,难以使得支架连结线Amt与各轴1b、15b、17b、5平行。
关于这一点,在本实施方式中,将驱动电机15及发电电机17收容于外壳体10内,从而与将各电机分别收容于不同的壳体的情况相比,减小了电动单元100a的车身前后方向的尺寸。
另外,在将内燃机1、增速机构19以及发电电机17的各要素连接时,关于当前那样将增速机构19及发电电机17分别收容于不同的壳体的结构,为了避免各要素的车身前后方向的干涉,由3个齿轮构成增速机构19。即,形成为3个齿轮在车身前后方向上排列的结构。与此相对,在本实施方式中,将增速机构19及发电电机17收容于外壳体10,因此布局的自由度提高,能够如上所述那样由2个链轮和链条或者2个齿轮构成增速机构19。由此,与由3个齿轮构成增速机构19的情况相比,减小了车身前后方向上电动单元100a的车身前后方向的尺寸。
并且,在本实施方式中,将逆变器13也收容于外壳体10。如果相对于驱动电机15等而将逆变器13收容于不同的壳体(逆变器壳体)而将该壳体安装于对驱动电机15等进行收容的壳体(电机壳体),则逆变器壳体从电机壳体凸出,车身前后方向的悬伸容易增大。与此相对,关于如本实施方式那样将逆变器13也收容于外壳体10的结构,能够抑制上述车身前后方向的悬伸。
在本实施方式中,如上所述那样抑制车身前后方向的尺寸以及悬伸,从而能够将支架2a的支撑部3a的前后方向位置设为适合于对电动单元100a进行支撑的位置,并且能够使得支架连结线Amt与各轴1b、15b、17b、5平行。
在本实施方式中,曲轴旋转轴1b与支架连结线Amt平行,并且处于包含支架连结线Amt在内的铅锤面S上。驱动单元100中的作为最重的重物的内燃机1的曲轴旋转轴1b处于包含支架连结线Amt在内的铅锤面S上,从而能够抑制以支撑部3a、3b为支点的驱动单元100的振动。
在本实施方式中,驱动电机15比发电电机17重,增速机构19比减速机构18重,驱动电机15及减速机构18配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠车身的后方侧,发电电机17及增速机构19配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠车身的前方侧。而且,内燃机1的多个辅机部件6的至少一部分配置为比曲轴旋转轴1b更靠车身的前方侧,从而使得驱动单元100整体的重心位于支架连结线Amt上。由此,能够调整由支架2a、2b支撑的状态下的平衡而进一步抑制驱动单元100整体的振动。
在本实施方式中,在从车身的左右方向观察的情况下,曲轴旋转轴1b位于作为将第1旋转轴15b与第2旋转轴17b连结的线的电机连结线Amg的中点,并且电机连结线Amg相对于水平面而倾斜45度。由此,能够兼顾对驱动单元100的前后方向的尺寸的抑制以及对上下方向的尺寸的抑制。
以上对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但上述实施方式不过示出了本发明的应用例的一部分,其主旨并非将本发明的技术范围限定为上述实施方式的具体结构。

Claims (5)

1.一种驱动单元,其具有电动单元,该电动单元具有:驱动用的第1电动机;减速机构,其将所述第1电动机的旋转转矩传递至驱动轮;第2电动机,其由内燃机驱动而发电;以及增速机构,其将所述内燃机的旋转转矩传递至所述第2电动机,其中,
所述第1电动机、所述减速机构、所述第2电动机以及所述增速机构收容于1个壳体,
在所述壳体中,所述第1电动机及所述第2电动机以各自的旋转轴平行的状态在车身前后方向上排列,
所述减速机构及所述增速机构在所述车身前后方向上排列,
所述电动单元与所述内燃机以在车身左右方向上排列的状态进行连接,
作为所述第1电动机的旋转轴的第1旋转轴以及作为所述第2电动机的旋转轴的第2旋转轴,隔着作为所述内燃机的曲轴的旋转轴的曲轴旋转轴而位于所述车身前后方向的前侧及后侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动单元,其中,
连接状态的所述电动单元及所述内燃机由钟摆方式的支架从所述车身左右方向支撑于车身,
支架连结线与所述减速机构的输出轴平行,该支架连结线是将所述车身左右方向的左侧的所述支架的支撑部与所述车身左右方向的右侧的所述支架的支撑部连结的线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的驱动单元,其中,
所述曲轴旋转轴与所述支架连结线平行,并且处于包含所述支架连结线在内的铅锤面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的驱动单元,其中,
所述第1电动机比所述第2电动机重,所述增速机构比所述减速机构重,
所述第1电动机及所述减速机构配置为比所述曲轴旋转轴更靠所述车身的后方侧,所述第2电动机及所述增速机构配置为比所述曲轴旋转轴更靠所述车身的前方侧,所述内燃机的多个辅机部件的至少一部分配置为比所述曲轴旋转轴更靠所述车身的前方侧,由此使得驱动单元整体的重心位于所述支架连结线上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的驱动单元,其中,
在从所述车身的左右方向观察的情况下,所述曲轴旋转轴位于作为将所述第1旋转轴与所述第2旋转轴连结的线的电机连结线的中点,并且所述电机连结线相对于水平面倾斜45度。
