本发明涉及万向轮专用心轴的加工方法,包括上心轴和中心轴,其特征在于:取同等线材,两端采用挤压法减少线径,利用冷锻机锻打出心轴两端所需凹槽底径和凹槽斜面及轴体所需尺寸,再利用带R角之模具边削边挤压,使线材两端形成倒勾体和R角。本发明不会改变原心轴的使用加工方法,功能和使用寿命。达到了减少生产工序,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率,减少原材料的浪费,降低生产成本的目的。

技术领域
本发是涉及万向轮配件,尤其是一种万向轮专用心轴的加工方法。
背景技术
上心轴和中心轴是万向轮上的重要配件,其生产工艺直接影响到生产效率及生产成本。现有的万向轮心轴,先用冷锻机锻打轴体及各部分尺寸和外形,再通过车床加工制出两端的凹槽,也就是说生产一支心轴需要三道工序。由于此种加工方法,需用车床车制心轴成形,其生产过程必然产生大量铁屑,不仅存在原材料消耗多,同时存在生产周期长,工艺复杂,工作效率低等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单,节省原材料,降低生产成本,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率的万向轮专用心轴的加工方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下方案实现,由上心轴和中心轴组成,其特征在于:取同等线材,两端采用挤压法减少线径,利用冷锻机锻打出心轴两端所需凹槽底径和凹槽斜面及轴体所需尺寸,再利用带R角之模具边削边挤压,使线材两端形成倒勾体和R角。
本发明的优点在于:在没有改变原产品的使用功能及使用寿命的基础上,通过改变产品的加工方法,使整个心轴在生产过程中只经过冷锻一道工序便可以完成。从而达到了节约材料,降低生产成本,减少生产工序,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1和3所示:为上心轴结构示意图,由条状轴体构成,其加工方法是:取同等线材,两端采用挤法减少线径,利用冷锻机锻打出上心轴两端所需凹槽底径1、2和凹槽斜面5、6及轴体所需尺寸,再利用带R角10之模具9边削边挤压,使线材两端形成倒勾体3、4和R角7、8。本发明能使整个上心轴在生产过程中只经过冷锻一道工序完成,并且生产效率可提高8-12倍以上。
如图2和4所示:为中心轴的结构示意图,其加工方法与上心轴相同,在此不再赘述。

1、一种万向轮专用心轴的加工方法,包括上心轴和中心轴,其特征在于:取同等线材,两端采用挤压法减少线径,利用冷锻机锻打出心轴两端所需凹槽底径(1、2)和凹槽斜面(5、6)及轴体所需尺寸,再利用带R角(10)之模具(9)边削边挤压,使线材两端形成倒勾体(3、4)和R角(7、8)。
