发明概述
本发明涉及一种用于香波、口红、肤用膏霜、洗剂等中的新型冷珠光浓缩物及其制备方法。这种珠光浓缩物是一种独特配方,它由乳化剂、两性离子表面活性剂、非离子的醇乙氧基化物以及阴离子型硫酸烷基酯盐或硫酸烷基醚酯盐组成;在先有技术已知的条件下与其他表面活性剂加工时,当浓缩物加到香波和皂类产品中时赋予它们有光彩的表面光泽。
本发明的详细说明
一种稳定的自由流动的冷珠光浓缩物用以下组分制备:i)悬浮剂乳化剂、优选硬脂酸二元醇酯;ii)两性共乳化剂;iii)非离子的醇乙氧基化物;以及iv)阴离子型硫酸烷基酯盐或硫酸烷基醚酯盐,不使用可可二乙醇酰胺,后者在先有技术的冷组合物中存在。

浓缩物各组分加入到混合罐中的次序并不重要,而且适当地的升温也不重要;但是,最好首先将水、乳化剂和阴离子型表面活性剂在约60至80℃、优选约70至75℃下用高速搅拌掺混,一直到乳化剂溶解。然后将非离子型表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂掺混到混合物中。然后将浓缩物在约35至约60℃、优选约45至约55℃下贮存至少1天、优选2天,以便完全表现出珠光特性。
本发明的香波和皂类可仅通过各种材料与浓缩物在室温下混合在一起来制得。
本发明的冷珠光浓缩物可专门配混到许多不同的掺混皂类产品中。珠光浓缩物不仅给产品带来高的闪光珠光性和表面光泽,而且也对皮肤产生润肤性和保湿性。可得到高级香波、盆浴皂和淋浴皂体系,并明显改进头发的浊娄型的梳理。
以下实施例更好地描述和详细说明本发明的组合物。这些实施例仅用来说明,应当理解,就这样组合物来说,可作出下面未给出的小的改变和变化。这样的改变不会显著改变组合物配方,它们仍在下面权利要求书中给出的本发明的精神和范围内。
实施例I
给出了以下组分和以组合物总量的重量百分数表示的各组分的量。

单硬脂酸乙二醇酯                      25.0
乙氧基化的(7EO)月桂醇                 7.0
乙氧基化的(3EO)硫酸月桂基酯钠盐       12.0

在所有三个配方中,为了制备本发明的冷珠光浓缩物,将单硬脂酸乙二醇酯与水和硫酸月桂酯钠盐在70-75℃下,用高速搅拌混合。EGMS完全溶解后,将乙氧基化的(7EO)月桂醇和可可酰胺丙基甜菜碱加到混合物中,并在50℃下搅拌1-2天,以便完全表现出珠光性。乳液在这一温度下保持一段时间对于完全表现出珠光性是重要的。
制得的珠光浓缩物是彩虹的或亮白色至灰白色的粘稠液体,其pH值为约6.5至7.5,在水中有极好的分散性。
本发明所有的组合物都是这样,这些独特性能的稳定和珠光浓缩物掺混时不需加热,并且很容易与大多数基于阴离子表面活性剂的液体清洗剂、香波、起泡浴液和化妆品体系溶混,制得有吸引力的高性能的产品。
实施例II
将以下成分及其各自的量混合,制得珠光液体洗手皂。给出的量为按总重计的重量百分数。

***硫酸月桂酯钠盐(30%有效成分-Rhone-Poulenc公司)
将水装入混合容器中,在室温下将各有效成分缓慢加入,一直到混合物的外观和质地变得均匀。然后加入柠檬酸(50%),其量足以使pH值达到6.0。如果需要,用适合的香料使香波带有香味,并用适合的FD&C染料着色。洗手皂有极好的泡沫和清洗能力,使手感到光滑。
实施例III
将以下的成分按各自的量混合,制成珠光浴液(4)和香波/起泡浴皂(5)。给出的量是按总重计的重量百分数。

(iii)可可酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%有效成分-Rhoue-Poulenc公司)
象在实施例II中一样,各组分很容易掺混。这些珠光特性浴液和淋浴皂配方有丰满、平滑感,它们有助于使皮肤光滑和柔软。
实施例IV
象在实施例III的浴液(4)和香波/起泡浴皂(5)中一样,用配方C浓缩物代替配方B制备浴液(6)和香波/起泡浴皂(7)。象在实施例II中那样,很容易在室温下制得珠光液体产品,配方C浓缩物提供增粘性、泡沫稳定性和增泡性。

Claims (10)

1.一种冷珠光浓缩物,它含有:
a)悬浮剂乳化剂;
b)非离子型乳化稳定剂表面活性剂;
c)阴离子表面活性剂;
d)两性离子表面活性剂;以及
e)水。
2.一种冷珠光浓缩物,它含有:
a)选自羟基硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、单硬脂酸乙二醇酯、二硬脂酸乙二醇酯、硬脂单乙醇酰胺、硬脂单乙醇酰胺硬脂酸酯及其混合物的乳化剂;
b)下式的非离子型醇乙氧基化物:
R-O-(CH2CH2O)n-H
式中,R为C8-C22烷基,n为1-40;
c)选自下式的阴离子型表面活性剂:
R1-O-SO3M和R1-O-(CH2CH2O)n-SO3M
式中,R1为C8-C20烷基或C8-C20烷基C6-C12芳基,M选自钠、钙、镁、铵和三乙醇胺;
d)选自以下成分的两性离子表面活性剂
i)甜菜碱,
ii)酰胺基甜菜碱,
iii)磺基甜菜碱;以及
e)水。
3.根据权利要求2的冷珠光浓缩物,其中两性离子表面活性剂选自可可二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂基二甲基α-羧乙基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂基双-(2-羟基乙基)羧甲基甜菜碱、硬脂基双-(2-羟基丙基)羧甲基甜菜碱、油基二甲基γ-羧丙基甜菜碱、月桂基双-(2-羟基丙基)α-羧乙基甜菜碱、可可二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱、月桂基双-(2-羟基乙基)磺丙基甜菜碱和可可酰胺丙基甜菜碱.
4.根据权利要求3的冷珠光浓缩物,其中
a)乳化剂为单硬脂酸乙二醇酯;
b)非离子型醇乙氧基化物是乙氧基化的(7EO)月桂基醇
c)阴离子型表面活性剂是乙氧基化的(3EO)硫酸月桂基酯钠盐,以及
d)两性离子表面活性剂为可可酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
5.根据权利要求3的冷珠光浓缩物,其中
a)乳化剂的量为约15至25%(重量);
b)非离子型醇乙氧基化物的量为约1至约20%(重量);
c)阴离子型表面活性剂的量为约1至约20%(重量);以及
d)两性离子表面活性剂的量为约1至约10%(重量);所有的重量百分数都按珠光浓缩物的总重计。
6.根据权利要求5的冷珠光浓缩物,其中
a)乳化剂的量为约18至约22%(重量);
b)非离子型醇乙氧基化物的量为约5至约10%(重量);
c)阴离子型表面活性剂的量为约4至约18%(重量);以及
d)两性离子表面活性剂的量为约2至约7%(重量);所有的重量百分数都按珠光浓缩物的总重计。
7.一种含有权利要求2的冷珠光浓缩物的香波组合物。
8.一种含有权利要求2的冷珠光浓缩物的洗手皂和洗身体皂。
9.一种含有权利要求2的冷珠光浓缩物的起泡盆浴组合物。
10.一种制备珠光浓缩物的方法,它包括将权利要求2中的各组分在约60至约80℃下紧密掺混,一直到乳化剂溶解为止。
