Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of products for food processing, in particular to a stirring machine with an air fryer structure.
Background
A stirring machine is a kitchen appliance driven by a motor, and is mainly used for stirring foodstuff such as flour, meat, fruits and vegetables. Such a stirrer mainly has a stirring function, and the components of the stirrer mainly include: a machine body having a rotation driving function; a stirring cup arranged on the machine body; and a stirring element installed in the stirring cup and rotationally driven by the machine body. The blender may also have a heater disposed in a bottom region of the blender cup to heat foodstuff within the blender cup.
With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on food processing treatment are higher and higher. In processing foodstuff, it is sometimes necessary to multiplex the foodstuff in order to pursue delicacy, and for example, it is necessary to be able to perform air frying in addition to stirring. In the prior art, different processing machines are commonly used to process food items of different types. For example, the foodstuff is stirred by a stirrer and then air fried by an air fryer. This results in a more complex food processing procedure requiring a plurality of different processing machines, a number of processing steps, cumbersome operations, a greater expenditure of time and space for processing the food, and less convenient and faster for the user.
Accordingly, there is a need for a stirring machine that at least partially overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a stirring machine with an air fryer structure which at least solves some of the drawbacks of the products of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is to provide a stirring machine, which comprises: a stirring cup assembly having a stirring cup cover, a stirring cup body for accommodating foodstuff to be stirred, and a stirring piece capable of stirring the accommodated foodstuff; a body assembly comprising a body and a body trim for securing the blender cup assembly; a base assembly for assembly with the stirring cup assembly and the body assembly; wherein the stirring machine further comprises an air fryer assembly interchangeably assembled with the base assembly and the body assembly.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, an upper connector is provided in the cup base of the mixing cup assembly, which upper connector is inserted into a lower connector provided in the base assembly with the mixing cup assembly assembled with the body assembly and the base assembly.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the mixing cup assembly further has left and right links mounted at the left and right sides of the cup body of the mixing cup, respectively, which are capable of acting on left and right microswitch assemblies provided in the base assembly, respectively, to activate the mixing machine after power is applied.
According to yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air fryer assembly has a fryer cup lid, a fryer cup for containing foodstuff to be processed, and means for performing an air fryer function.
According to yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air fryer assembly has a top connector mounted at the fryer cup lid that is inserted into a bottom connector at the top of the fuselage with the air fryer cup assembly assembled with the base assembly and the fuselage assembly.
According to yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the frying cup lid includes a cup top lid, a cup middle lid, and a cup bottom lid.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the air fryer assembly has a fryer cup base for sealingly receiving the fryer cup, and the foodstuff to be processed is cooked in a space enclosed by the fryer cup lid, the fryer cup together with the fryer cup base.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the means for performing the air-frying function comprise a heat-generating component, a fan blade, a motor and a heat-dissipating plate, which are fixedly mounted in the frying cup lid.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the air fryer assembly has a fryer cup identical to the blender cup, such that the blender member is capable of blending action in the fryer cup with the air fryer cup assembly mounted at the blender machine.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the air frying function is achieved in the stirring machine by replacing the stirring cup lid with the frying cup lid.
Compared with the prior art, the stirring machine provided by the invention has the following main beneficial effects: the two cups, namely the stirring cup and the air frying cup, can be used in a coordinated and interchangeable way, so that the cooked food is richer and more varied in taste, and the color, the smell and the taste of the food are reflected more perfectly so as to meet the higher and higher requirements of people on the food; the stirring function and the air frying function can be simultaneously provided by using the same machine, so that the number of food processing machines required for cooking food is obviously reduced, and the time and the space required for processing food are saved; after the food is stirred in the stirring machine, the food can be fried in air by using the same machine even by simply replacing the cup cover, so that the cooked food has rich taste, color, aroma and taste. In general, the stirring machine provided by the invention has the advantages of multiple functions, convenience and rapidness in use, simplicity and safety in operation and the like.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention has been described in terms of specific embodiments, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In addition, spatially relative terms, such as "lower," "upper," and the like, may be used herein for ease of description of one component or relationship of a component to another component or feature illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use and operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. The stirring machine shown in fig. 3 essentially comprises the following components: an air fryer assembly 2, a body assembly 3 and a base assembly 4. Fig. 4 shows an exploded perspective view of the main part of the stirring machine shown in fig. 3. As can be seen in fig. 3 and 4, the body assembly 3 and the base assembly 4 are assembled together to form a space for receiving the air fryer assembly 2.
Fig. 5 shows an exploded perspective view of the mixing cup assembly in the mixing machine shown in fig. 1. In this exemplary embodiment, the blender cup assembly 1 includes a measuring cup 101, a cup cover 102, a cup body 103, a blade 111, a bottom cover 112, a cup base 115, and the like. The measuring cup 101 is preferably a transparent measuring cup which is placed into an aperture provided in the center of the cup cover 102 for adding a quantity of liquid or solid to the stirring machine for stirring. Left and right handles 104 and 109 are respectively attached to left and right sides of the cup 103. The left and right links 105, 108 are fixed together to the cup 103 by left and right snaps 106, 110, respectively, in the left and right handles 104, 109. A handle 107 is also arranged on the front surface of the cup body 103, so that the cup can be conveniently carried by a user in a single hand. A heating element 116 is mounted in the bottom cover 112 at the bottom of the cup 103 for heating foodstuff in the cup while undergoing a stirring action. A stirring device such as a blade 111 is secured within the cup by a blade catch 114 through an aperture in the bottom cover 112 so that the blade 111 can stir foodstuff within the cup 103. The cup 103 and bottom cover 112 are preferably made of stainless steel. The cup body 103 is finally seated in the cup base 115 together with the bottom cover 112 and an upper connector 113 is also fixed in the cup base 115.
Fig. 6 shows an exploded perspective view of the body assembly 3 and the base assembly 4 of the stirring machine shown in fig. 1. In the exemplary embodiment, fuselage assembly 3 includes a fuselage 302 and an interior fuselage piece 308. Left and right microswitches 304 and 305 are provided at left and right inner sides of the body inner 308, respectively. The lower connector 401, lower connector waterproof ring 307 are provided on a lower connector pad 402, which are mounted in the base assembly 4 together with the motor assembly 403. After the mixing cup assembly 1, the body assembly 3 and the base assembly 4 are assembled together, the upper connector 113 provided at the bottom of the cup is inserted into the lower connector 401 of the base, so that the left and right links 105 and 108 are pushed down to the left and right micro switches 304 and 305. After the machine is started by turning on the power, the motor assembly 403 drives the blade 111 in the blender cup assembly 1 to rotate through the transmission cover 306 provided between the motor assembly and the blade 111, thereby performing a blending operation on the food.
FIG. 7 illustrates an exploded perspective view of the air fryer assembly in the stirring machine shown in FIG. 3. The air fryer assembly 2 has a fryer cup lid, a fryer cup for containing foodstuff to be processed and means for performing an air fryer function. In this exemplary embodiment, the top cup lid 203, the middle cup lid 215, and the bottom cup lid 216 together comprise the lid of the air fryer assembly 2. At least one knob 201 is provided in a recess in the top surface of the cup lid 203, in this exemplary embodiment two knobs 201 are provided for manipulating the air fryer assembly 2. At least one aperture is also provided in the top surface of the cup lid 203 for receiving the lamp cover 202, in the exemplary embodiment two knobs 201 are provided in both apertures for indicating the operational status of the air fryer. The devices for realizing the air frying function comprise a heating element 212, a fan blade 209, a motor 206, a reflecting plate 207 and a heat dissipation plate 208. The reflecting plate 207 is disposed inside the cup top cover 203. Also mounted on the inside of the cup lid 203 are a motor 206, timer 204 and encoder 205 operatively associated with the knob for controlling the temperature and time of operation of the air fryer. The heat generating component 212 is fixed to the lower side of the heat generating component fixing plate 210 by a heat generating component fixing block 212 and fixing bolt posts 213. At least one fan blade 209 is fixedly installed between the heat generating component fixing plate 210 and the heat dissipation plate 208. Another fan blade may be fixedly installed at the lower side of the heating element fixing plate 210. A top connector 214 is mounted in a recess provided at the periphery of the in-cup lid 215 for snap-engagement with the cup top lid 203. The in-cup lid 215 and the bottom cup lid 216 have protruding handles at corresponding positions diametrically opposed to each other at the lid periphery. The in-cup lid 215 and the bottom cup lid 216 are fixedly held together up and down by a bolt connection through corresponding holes in the handle. A bottom plate 218 is fixedly provided in the cup bottom cover 216. A sealing ring 217 is provided between the bottom plate 218 and the cup bottom cover 216. A plurality of small holes are provided in the base 218 to create air ducts for optimizing air flow circulation in the air fryer.
In fig. 7, the frying cup for holding foodstuff to be processed is similar to the stirring cup 103 shown in fig. 5. Left and right handles 219 and 220 are respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the frying cup body. Left and right links are secured together to the cup by left and right snaps in left and right handles 219, 220, respectively. In this exemplary embodiment, the cup is seated in the cup base 221 and may be secured together within the base assembly 4 by bolting or the like. When the air fryer assembly 2 is loaded into the mixer machine, the top connector 214 provided at the fryer cup lid is inserted into the bottom connector 303 at the top of the fuselage, causing the left and right links to ride down to the left and right micro-switches 304, 305. After the machine is started by turning on the power and turning on the knob, the motor 206 drives the fan blades 209 to guide the hot air to contact with the food in the cup, so that the heat generated by the heating element 212 is brought to the food in the cup through the flow of the air, and the food is fried in the air.
Fig. 8 shows a front view and a side cross-sectional view of a stirring machine according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein an air fryer assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention is assembled with a fuselage assembly and a base assembly. In this exemplary embodiment, the air fryer assembly has the same fryer cup as the blender cup shown in FIG. 5, except that the blender cup lid of FIG. 5 is replaced by a fryer cup lid with means for performing an air-frying function as shown in FIG. 7. Under the condition that the air frying cup assembly is arranged at the stirring machine, the stirring piece in the air frying cup body can stir food in the frying cup body according to the requirement, so that the stirring and air frying functions can be realized in the stirring machine at the same time, the food is cooked more fully, heated more uniformly and the taste is better.
In general, the stirring machine has the advantages of multiple functions, convenience and quickness in use, simplicity and safety in operation, easiness in storage and placement and the like. The stirring machine according to the invention may also comprise other necessary components for its stirring and air frying functions, which are well known to the person skilled in the art and are not described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A stirring machine having an air fryer structure comprising:
a stirring cup assembly having a stirring cup cover, a stirring cup body for accommodating foodstuff to be stirred, and a stirring piece capable of stirring the accommodated foodstuff;
a body assembly comprising a body and a body trim for securing the blender cup assembly;
a base assembly for assembly with the stirring cup assembly and the body assembly;
the stirring machine is characterized by further comprising an air frying cup assembly, wherein the air frying cup assembly can be assembled with the base assembly and the machine body assembly in a way of exchanging with the stirring cup assembly.
2. A mixing machine according to claim 1 wherein an upper connector is provided in the cup base of the mixing cup assembly which is inserted into a lower connector provided in the base assembly with the mixing cup assembly assembled with the body assembly and the base assembly.
3. The blender machine of claim 1 wherein said blender cup assembly further has left and right links mounted at left and right sides of the cup body of said blender cup respectively that are capable of acting on left and right microswitch assemblies provided in said base assembly respectively to activate said blender machine upon energization.
4. The stirring machine of claim 1, wherein the air fryer assembly has a fryer cup lid, a fryer cup for containing foodstuff to be processed, and means for performing an air frying function.
5. The stirring machine of claim 4, wherein the air fryer assembly has a top connector mounted at the fryer cup lid that inserts into a bottom connector at the top of the fuselage with the air fryer cup assembly assembled with the base assembly and the fuselage assembly.
6. The stirring machine of claim 4, wherein the frying cup lid comprises a top cup lid, a middle cup lid, and a bottom cup lid.
7. The stirring machine of claim 4, wherein said air fryer assembly has a fryer cup base for sealingly receiving said fryer cup, and foodstuff to be processed is cooked in a space enclosed by said fryer cup lid, said fryer cup and said fryer cup base together.
8. The stirring machine of claim 4, wherein said means for performing an air frying function comprises a heat generating component, a fan blade, a motor, and a heat dissipating plate fixedly mounted in said frying cup lid.
9. The stirring machine of claim 4, wherein the air fryer cup assembly has a fryer cup that is identical to the stirrer cup such that the stirrer can perform a stirring action in the fryer cup with the air fryer cup assembly installed at the stirring machine.
10. The stirring machine of claim 4, wherein an air frying function is achieved in the stirring machine by replacing the stirring cup lid with the frying cup lid.
