Abstract
The invention relates to a stirring machine and a fumigator matched with the stirring machine, wherein the stirring machine comprises: a stirring cup assembly having a stirring cup for accommodating foodstuff to be stirred and a stirring piece capable of stirring the accommodated foodstuff; a body assembly comprising a body for securing the mixing cup assembly and a body trim; a base assembly for assembly with the mixing cup assembly and the body assembly; and a fumigator capable of providing a fumigating function to food, which is installed at the top of the stirring machine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of products for food processing, in particular to a stirring machine and a fumigator matched with the stirring machine for use.
Background
A stirring machine is a kitchen appliance driven by a motor, and is mainly used for stirring foodstuff such as flour, meat, fruits and vegetables. Such a stirrer mainly has a stirring function, and the components of the stirrer mainly include: a machine body having a rotation driving function; a stirring cup arranged on the machine body; and a stirring element installed in the stirring cup and rotationally driven by the machine body. The blender may also have a heater disposed in a bottom region of the blender cup to heat foodstuff within the blender cup.
With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on food processing treatment are higher and higher. In processing foods, it is sometimes necessary to smoke the foods in order to pursue delicacy. In the prior art, the food is usually smoked by a separate machine, except for other processing processes of the food. This results in a more complex food processing procedure requiring a plurality of different processing machines, a number of processing steps, cumbersome operations, a greater expenditure of time and space for processing the food, and less convenient and faster for the user.
Accordingly, there is a need for a stirring machine that at least partially overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stirring machine with a smoking function and a smoking device which can be matched with the stirring machine for use, and at least can solve the defects of products in the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is to provide a stirring machine, which comprises: a stirring cup assembly having a stirring cup for accommodating foodstuff to be stirred and a stirring piece capable of stirring the accommodated foodstuff; a body assembly comprising a body and a body trim for securing the blender cup assembly; a base assembly for assembly with the stirring cup assembly and the body assembly; wherein the stirring machine has a fumigator capable of providing a fumigating function for food, the fumigator being mountable at a top of the stirring machine.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, an upper connector is provided in the cup base of the mixing cup, which upper connector is inserted into a lower connector provided in the base assembly with the mixing cup assembly assembled with the body assembly and the base assembly.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the mixing cup assembly further has left and right links mounted at the left and right sides of the cup body of the mixing cup, respectively, which are capable of acting on left and right microswitch assemblies provided in the base assembly, respectively, to activate the mixing machine after power is applied.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the fumigator has a top connector which is inserted into a bottom connector located at the top of the machine body in the case that the fumigator is mounted at the top of the stirring machine.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the fumigator has a smoke generating device and a smoke spraying tube which can be inserted into the stirring cup from the top of the stirring cup through the lid of the stirring cup.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the smoke generating means comprises a heating wire and wood chips.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fumigator has a rocker switch, and after the stirring machine is energized, the heating wire is heated by pressing the rocker switch to burn wood chips to generate smoke having a fumigating effect.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the fumigator is further provided with a motor and fan blades which can be driven by the motor to spray the generated smoke into the stirring cup through the smoke spraying pipe.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the smoke-spraying pipe is removable from the mixing cup of the mixing machine and insertable into a further food processor to spray smoke into the further food processor with the fumigator mounted at the mixing machine.
According to another aspect of the invention, the invention relates to a fumigator for use with a stirring machine according to the invention, which is capable of providing a smoking function to food, the fumigator having smoke generating means, a rocker switch, a smoke tube and a connector, wherein the fumigator is mountable at the stirring machine via the connector and is capable of spraying smoke into a further food processor.
Compared with the prior art, the stirring machine provided by the invention has the following main beneficial effects: the cooked food has the smoky flavor, and the color, the aroma and the taste of the food are more perfectly reflected so as to meet the higher and higher requirements of people on the food; the stirring function and the smoking function can be provided simultaneously by using the same machine, so that the number of food processing machines required for cooking food is obviously reduced, and the time and the space required for processing the food are saved; when food is cooked in other food processors, the smoke pipe of the fumigator mounted on the stirring machine according to the present invention can be inserted into the other food processors so that the cooked food has the same delicacy. In general, the stirring machine has the advantages of multiple functions, convenience and quickness in use, simplicity and safety in operation, easiness in storage and placement and the like.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention has been described in terms of specific embodiments, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In addition, spatially relative terms, such as "lower," "upper," and the like, may be used herein for ease of description of one component or relationship of a component to another component or feature illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use and operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "lower" than other elements or elements would then be oriented "upper" than the other elements or elements.
Fig. 1 shows a front view of a stirring machine with a smoking function according to an embodiment of the invention. The stirring machine shown in fig. 1 essentially comprises the following components: a fumigator 1, a stirring cup assembly 2, a machine body assembly 3 and a base assembly 4. Fig. 2 shows a side view of the stirring machine shown in fig. 1. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the fumigator 1 is mounted at the top of the stirring machine and its smoke tube is inserted in the middle into the lid of the stirring cup. Fig. 3 shows an exploded perspective view of the main part of the stirring machine shown in fig. 1, wherein the body assembly 3 and the base assembly 4 are assembled together to form a space for accommodating the stirring cup assembly 2.
Fig. 4 shows an exploded perspective view of a fumigator on the stirring machine shown in fig. 1. In this exemplary embodiment, the fumigator 1 has a chip box 101 for accommodating chips, a heating wire 104, a smoke pipe 105, a motor mount 106, a motor 110, a power board 113, a top connector 114, a rocker switch 115, and the like. The chip box 101 is fixed in the chip box base 103 by the chip box fixing ring 102, and the chip box base 103 is installed in the motor fixing frame 106. The heating wire 104 is arranged below the chip box base 103 in a motor mount 106. A motor 110 and a fan blade 108 driven by the motor 110 are installed in the motor mount 106, and a sealing cover 109 and a smoke-proof silica gel ring 107 are provided between the motor 110 and the fan blade 108 to prevent generated smoke from affecting the motor. The power panel holder 112 is connected to one side of the motor holder 106. The power board 113, the top connector 114, and the rocker switch 115 are fixedly accommodated in a space formed by the power board fixing base 112 and the power board fixing base cover 116.
Fig. 5 shows an exploded perspective view of the mixing cup assembly of the mixing machine shown in fig. 1. In this exemplary embodiment, the blender cup assembly 2 includes a cup cover 202, a cup body 203, a blade 211, a bottom cover 212, a cup base 215, and the like. Left and right handles 204 and 209 are respectively mounted on left and right sides of the cup 203. The left and right links 205, 208 are fixed to the cup 203 by left and right snaps 206, 210, respectively, in the left and right handles 204, 209. A handle 207 is also arranged on the front surface of the cup 203, so that the cup can be conveniently carried by a user in a single hand. A heating element 216 is mounted in the bottom cover 212 at the bottom of the cup 203 for heating foodstuff in the cup while undergoing a stirring action. A stirring device such as a blade 211 is secured within the cup by a blade catch 214 through an aperture in the bottom cover 212 so that the blade 211 can stir foodstuff within the cup 203. The cup 203 and bottom cap 212 are preferably made of stainless steel. The cup 203 is finally seated in the cup base 215 together with the bottom cover 212 and an upper connector 213 is also fixed in the cup base 215.
Fig. 6 shows an exploded perspective view of the body assembly 3 and the base assembly 4 of the stirring machine shown in fig. 1. In the exemplary embodiment, fuselage assembly 3 includes a fuselage 302 and an interior fuselage piece 308. Left and right microswitches 304 and 305 are provided at left and right inner sides of the body inner 308, respectively. The lower connector 401, lower connector waterproof ring 307 are provided on a lower connector pad 402, which are mounted in the base assembly 4 together with the motor assembly 403. After the mixing cup assembly 2, the body assembly 3 and the base assembly 4 are assembled together, the lid 202 is closed and the upper connector 213 provided at the bottom of the cup is inserted into the lower connector 401 of the base, so that the left and right links 205 and 208 are pushed down to the left and right micro switches 304 and 305. After the machine is started by turning on the power, the motor assembly 403 drives the blade 211 in the stirring cup assembly 2 to rotate through the transmission cover 306 provided between the motor assembly and the blade 211, thereby performing a stirring operation on the food. Further, a bottom connector 303 and a bottom connector waterproof ring 301 are provided in the accommodation portion at the top of the body 302. After placing the wood chips in the chip box 101 and then mounting the fumigator 1 on the stirring machine, the top connector 114 provided in the fumigator 1 is inserted into the bottom connector 303 provided at the top of the body 302. After the rocker switch 115 on the fumigator 1 is pressed, the heating wire 104 at the bottom of the chip box 101 heats up and burns the chips, then generates smoke, and then the motor 110 drives the fan blade 108 to spray the smoke into the stirring cup through the smoke spraying pipe 105, so that the cooked food has a smoky flavor.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when food is processed in other food processing machines, the smoke pipe 105 placed on the stirring machine according to the present invention may also be taken out of the stirring cup and placed in the other food processing machines, the power of the stirring machine is turned on, and the rocker switch 115 on the fumigator 1 is pressed, so that the food processed in the other food processing machines has the same smoky flavor. In general, the stirring machine has the advantages of multiple functions, convenience and quickness in use, simplicity and safety in operation, easiness in storage and placement and the like.
The stirring machine according to the invention may also comprise other necessary components for its function, which are well known to the person skilled in the art and are not described in detail herein.

Claims (10)
1. A stirring machine comprising:
a stirring cup assembly having a stirring cup for accommodating foodstuff to be stirred and a stirring piece capable of stirring the accommodated foodstuff;
a body assembly comprising a body and a body trim for securing the blender cup assembly;
a base assembly for assembly with the stirring cup assembly and the body assembly;
characterized in that the stirring machine has a fumigator capable of providing a fumigating function for food, which fumigator can be installed at the top of the stirring machine.
2. A mixing machine according to claim 1 wherein an upper connector is provided in the cup base of the mixing cup which is inserted into a lower connector provided in the base assembly with the mixing cup assembly assembled with the body assembly and the base assembly.
3. The blender machine of claim 1 wherein said blender cup assembly further has left and right links mounted at left and right sides of the cup body of said blender cup respectively that are capable of acting on left and right microswitch assemblies provided in said base assembly respectively to activate said blender machine upon energization.
4. The stirring machine of claim 1, wherein the fumigator has a top connector that plugs into a bottom connector located at the top of the body with the fumigator mounted at the top of the stirring machine.
5. The stirring machine of claim 1, wherein the fumigator has a smoke generating device and a smoke spraying tube insertable into the stirring cup from a top of the stirring cup through a lid of the stirring cup.
6. The stirring machine of claim 5, wherein the smoke generating means comprises a heating wire and wood chips.
7. The stirring machine of claim 6, wherein the fumigator has a rocker switch, and after the stirring machine is energized, the heating wire is heated by pressing the rocker switch to burn wood chips to generate smoke having a fumigating effect.
8. The stirring machine of claim 7, wherein the fumigator further has a motor and fan blades drivable by the motor to spray the generated smoke into the stirring cup through the smoke spraying tube.
9. The stirring machine of any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein with the fumigator installed at the stirring machine, the smoke pipe can be taken out of a stirring cup of the stirring machine and inserted into another food processor to spray smoke into the another food processor.
10. A fumigator for use with a stirring machine according to any one of claims 1-9, capable of providing a smoking function to food, the fumigator having smoke generating means, a rocker switch, a smoke tube and a connector, characterized in that the fumigator is mountable at the stirring machine by means of the connector and capable of spraying smoke into a further food processor.
