携帯バーベキュー用器具
技術分野
本発明は携帯バーベキュー用器具に関し、より詳細には、使い捨て可搬ガスカ
ートリッジ（以下、ガスカートリッジ）を使用でき、かつその側壁部を開くこと
ができるため、さまざまな食材を効果的に調理できる、改良型携帯バーベキュー
用器具に関する。
背景技術
通常、グリル調理されるさまざまな食材、例えばステーキ、ポークリブまたは
ビーフリブ、豚肉の切り身、鳥の足などの肉片、魚、じゃがいもの薄切り、串焼
き用の食材、トースト、海苔（laver）などは、バーベキュー用器具を含む多様
な調理器具を用いて調理される。例えば、肉や串焼き用の食材は、グリルを備え
たマイクロウェーブオーブン、または電子加熱素子か火力によって加熱されたグ
リルを用いて調理される。トーストは、トースター専用器具で調理する。海苔の
場合、レーバーグリル（laver grill）または火だけを用いてグリル調理される
。
したがって、このような多種の食材をバーベキュー用器具またはグリルで調理
するには、ユーザは所望する食材ごとに異なる調理器具を購入しなければならず
、不便な上に費用がかかる。
さらに、分厚い肉をグリルを備えたマイクロウェーブオーブンで焼く際には、
肉を均一に加熱するために、調理中に肉を裏返さなければならない。
近年では、ターンテーブルを備えた調理システムが紹介されており、これによ
り大きな肉塊を均一に調理できるようになった。しかし、このシステムでは、タ
ーンテーブルに支持されたトレイに肉を載せるため、調理する肉に含まれる脂肪
を効率的に取り除くことができない。
しかも、従来の調理器具は相対的に重くて大きいため持ち運びが不便である。
また、調理中に食材にたれを付けることは特に困難である。さらには、肉片の調
理中に、焼かれた肉から出る加熱された脂が調理器具の内部に飛び散って、調理
器具の内部が汚れ、この汚れの除去は大変労力のかかる作業となる。
上記の問題を解決するための技術が、本願と同一出願人による韓国特許出願７
５３６／１９９４号（１９９４年４月１１日出願）及び韓国実用新案出願７７２
２／１９９４号（１９９４年４月１４日出願）に開示されている。図１に示すよ
うに、従来のバーベキュー用器具は以下を含む。すなわち、本体１０の上部に形
成された開口部１２と、調理チャンバ１１の両側に互いに対向して設けられた加
熱部材３０と、調理チャンバ１１の下に取り付けられたスライド可能なくず及び
脂の受け皿（図示せず）と、調理チャンバ１１の１側壁に取り付けられ、駆動ギ
ア４２を有する駆動部材４０と、調理チャンバの片側に取り付けられ加熱部材３
０と駆動部材４０とを制御する操作部材５０と、所定形状のハンドル６０を有す
るワイヤネット７１の中央部に設けられた追従ギア７２と、本体１０の開口部１
２から調理チャンバ１１の内部に挿入される回転グリル７０と、を有する。ワイ
ヤネット７１は、駆動部材４０の駆動ギア４２と連動して回転することができる
。
しかしながら、上記バーベキュー用器具は、システムが電気駆動源でしか駆動
できないという難点がある。すなわち、電源のない場所ではこのシステムは使用
できないことになる。
発明の概要
そこで、本発明の目的は、従来のバーベキュー用器具における問題点を解決す
る携帯バーベキュー用器具を提供することである。
本発明の別の目的は、使い捨てガス収容部を取り付けて、調理用皿として使用
できる改良型携帯バーベキュー用器具を提供することである。
本発明の別の目的は、側壁部を開くことができ、多様な食材が効果的に調理で
きる、改良型携帯バーベキュー用器具を提供することである。
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、本体と、この本体の上部に取り付けら
れ間に調理チャンバを形成する一対の側壁部と、前記側壁部の各側部に取り付け
られた加熱部材と、加熱部材にガスを供給するガス供給ユニットと、調理チャン
バ内に回転自在に配置された回転グリルと、回転グリルを回転駆動する駆動ユニ
ットと、を含む携帯バーベキュー用器具を提供する。

好適な実施形態の詳細な説明
図２及び図３に示される本発明の携帯バーベキュー用器具において、符号１０
０は本体を示し、符号２００は、本体１００の調理チャンバ１１１の内部に回転
自在に配置される回転グリルを示す。
受け皿１０１が本体１００の底部の中央にスライド可能に設けられ、食材のく
ずや脂を収集する。ガスカートリッジ収容部１２０が本体１００に設けられ、こ
こに使い捨てガスカートリッジ１３０が収容される。ガスカートリッジ収容部１
２０は、蓋１２１により開閉される。ガスカートリッジ収容部１２０の所定部分
にはガス供給接続部１２２が取り付けられている。このガス供給接続部１２２に
ガスカートリッジ１３０のノズル１３１がはめ込まれる。さらに、ガス供給接続
部１２２にはガス供給管１２３が接続されている。
ガス供給接続部１２２に対向して付勢板１２４が取り付けられ、ガスカートリ
ッジ１３０は接続部品の方向に付勢される。付勢板１２４には、レバー１２５が
機能的に接続されている。さらに、本体１００の所定部分には点火スイッチ１２
６が設けられている。
本体１００の上部には、間に調理チャンバ１１１を形成する側壁部１４０と１
４０’がヒンジ固定されている。この側壁部１４０と１４０’は、所定の角度で
外側に傾けて開放させることができる。また、この側壁部１４０及び１４０’の
内側所定部分には、ガス供給管１２３に接続された加熱部材１５０と１５０’が
取り付けられている。
側壁部１４０と１４０’の一方は窓１４１を有し、この窓１４１からユーザは
調理チャンバ１１１の内部を見ることができる。
さらに、図３に示されるように、本体１００の所定位置には、調理チャンバ１
１１の内部に配置された回転グリル２００を駆動するための駆動ユニット１６０
が設けられている。駆動ユニット１６０は、通常、巻上げばね部材からできてお
り、この巻上げばねを巻くためのノブ１６１と、調理チャンバ１１１の底部の所
定部分に配置された駆動ギア１６２とを含む。
互いに間隔をあけて位置された導電性材料からなる板部材１７０及び１７０’
が、これら側壁部１４０と１４０’の内側に取り外し可能に取り付けられており
、側壁部１４０と１４０’とが外側に広げられた場合にはこの板部材を調理用皿
として使用できる。
一方、図６に示されているように、本体１００の調理チャンバ１１１内部に挿
入される回転グリル２００は、２個の開閉式フレーム２１０及び２１０’と、各
フレーム側部に固定されたハンドル２２０及び２２０’とを有する。さらに、ワ
イヤネット２１２及び２１２’が、ローラ２１１及び２１１’とともに回転でき
るよう各フレーム２１０、２１０’にはめ込まれている。一方のワイヤネット２
１２は、その外周部にＳ字型リム２１３を有し、これが駆動ユニット１６０の駆
動ギア１６２と係合する。
ワイヤネット２１２と２１２’は螺旋状に巻かれた複数のワイヤーで作られて
いるので、調理される食材が回転グリル２００に配置された場合、このワイヤネ
ット２１２と２１２’は間に挟まれた食材の厚さに応じて、弾性により外方向に
広がることができる。
さらに、フレーム２１０及び２１０’のハンドル２２０及び２２０’には、リ
ング型のロック手段が取り付けられており、ワイヤネット２１２と２１２’との
間に食材が挟まれるとワイヤネット２１２と２１２’はロックされる。
次に、本発明の携帯バーベキュー用器具の動作及び効果について、図面を参照
しながら説明する。
まず、ある食材を調理する場合には、回転グリル２００の外側フレーム２１０
と２１０’を開いた状態で、ワイヤネット２１２と２１２’との間にその食材を
置く。そして、外側フレーム２１０と２１０’とを閉じる。このとき、挟まれた
食材は、螺旋状のワイヤネット２１２と２１２’がある距離だけ外側に広がった
状態で弾性により支持されている。
食材を配置する作業が終わると、次に、回転グリル２００を、側壁部１４０と
１４０’との間に形成される調理チャンバ１１１の内部に配置する。このとき、
調理チャンバ１１１の下部に位置する駆動ギア１６２が、回転グリル２００のワ
イヤネット２１１に取り付けられたリム２１２とかみ合う。
つづいて、ノブ１６１によって駆動ユニット１６０の巻上げばねを十分に巻き
、さらに点火スイッチ１２６によって加熱部材１５０及び１５０’に点火する。
こうして、加熱部材１５０が、ガスカートリッジ１３０から送られるガスによる
火力で加熱され、一方、巻上げばねの弾力は、従来の減速機（図示せず）を介し
て駆動ギア１６２に伝えられる。その結果、駆動ギア１６２にかみ合っている回
転グリル２００のワイヤネット２１２及び２１２’がある速度で回転し、さらに
ワイヤネット２１２と２１２’に挟まれた食材が加熱される。
この加熱の際、食材のくずまたは食材から出る脂は、調理チャンバ１１１の底
部に置かれた受け皿１０１に収集される。受け皿１０１に集められた食材のかす
または脂は、調理後に取り除かれる。
さらに、側壁部１４０及び１４０’の一方に設けられた窓１４１から、ワイヤ
ネット２１２と２１２’との間に挟まれた食材の調理状態を見ることができる。
食材をバーベキュー調理するためにこのシステムを使用する場合には、側壁部
１４０及び１４０’に取り付けられた互いに隔てられた板部材１７０と１７０’
は、側壁部から取りはずしてもよい。
一方、このシステムを調理用皿として用いる場合には、側壁部１４０と１４０
’とを外側に開いた状態で、その上部に板部材１７０と１７０’とを取り付ける
必要がある。これにより、肉や魚をこの板部材１７０及び１７０’の上表面に載
せて調理することができる。
図７には、本発明の別の実施形態による携帯バーベキュー用器具が示されてい
る。図示されるように、この携帯バーベキュー用器具は、第１実施形態のガスカ
ートリッジ収容部１２０の代わりに形成された溝１８２を含む。溝１８２は蓋１
８１を有し、これによって溝１８２が覆われる。溝１８２内において、フランジ
１８５の位置に接続口１８３が形成されている。フランジ１８５は、使い捨てガ
スカートリッジ１３０の係合溝（図示せず）に係合し、接続口１８３周囲に形成
