The stainless steel product surface cleaning device comprises two traction pieces, wherein a positioning piece is arranged between the two traction pieces and used for positioning and installing a workpiece (8), the traction pieces comprise lifting electric cylinders (2), lifting seats (3) are connected to telescopic rods of the lifting electric cylinders (2), hollow winding drums (5) are rotatably arranged on the lifting seats (3), and the hollow winding drums (5) are wound and communicated with a communicating traction pipe (21); the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a movable cleaning piece, wherein the communicating traction pipes (21) on the two traction pieces are respectively detachably communicated with the two ends of the movable cleaning piece so as to stretch and draw the movable cleaning piece to move; the movable cleaning piece is used for cleaning the inside of the workpiece (8) when moving inside the workpiece (8); the movable cleaning piece is used for cleaning the outer side of the workpiece (8) when moving outside the workpiece (8); the movable cleaning piece comprises two cleaning boxes (25), and a mounting cylinder (34) is fixedly connected between the cleaning boxes (25); the end part of the cleaning box (25) is communicated with a communicating swivel base (26) through a communicating pipe (27), a connecting frame (22) is rotationally connected to the communicating swivel base (26), a communicating traction pipe (21) is detachably connected with the connecting frame (22), and the communicating traction pipe (21) is communicated with the end part of the communicating swivel base (26); one of the two communicating traction pipes (21) is used for transporting rust remover, and the other is used for transporting clean water; the rust remover and the cleaning agent are respectively transported into a cleaning box (25) through a communicating traction pipe (21), a communicating swivel mount (26) and a communicating pipe (27); ball end spray pipes (28) are radially arranged on the circumference of the cleaning box (25) in a sliding manner, the ball end spray pipes (28) are distributed in a circular array, electromagnetic valves (29) are arranged on the ball end spray pipes (28), sliding gears (30) are rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning box (25), and the ball end spray pipes (28) are in sliding connection with the sliding gears (30) through sliding grooves; the ball end spray pipe (28) is of a hollow structure, and a hole site is arranged at one end facing the inside of the cleaning box (25); a driving gear ring (42) is rotatably arranged at one end inside the cleaning box (25), and the driving gear ring (42) and the sliding gear (30) form a gear pair so as to drive the ball end spray pipe (28) to rotate; an adjusting gear ring (43) is rotatably arranged in the cleaning box (25), a pressing plate (4301) is arranged on the adjusting gear ring (43), and the end of the ball end spray pipe (28) is pushed by the pressing plate (4301) in a pressing mode so as to adjust the radial position of the ball end spray pipe (28).

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the traction piece comprises a guide wheel (7) arranged on the lifting seat (3), and the guide wheel (7) is used for guiding, tensioning and communicating the traction pipe (21); a winding motor (6) is arranged on one side of the lifting seat (3), and the winding motor (6) is used for driving the hollow winding drum (5); one end of the hollow winding drum (5) is communicated with a preparation box (1) through a communication valve (4), and one of the two traction parts is provided with the preparation box (1) for preparing a rust remover and the other is provided with cleaning water; one of the traction members is provided with a fixing member for fixing the movable cleaning member.

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 2 wherein: the fixing piece comprises a fixing frame (9) fixedly connected to the lifting seat (3), a fixed electric cylinder (10) is arranged on the circumference of the fixing frame (9), a fixing plate (11) is connected to a telescopic rod of the fixed electric cylinder (10), and the fixing frame (22) on the cleaning piece is clamped and fixed through the fixing plate (11), so that the cleaning piece is fixed and moved.

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the positioning piece comprises a bottom plate (16), a positioning frame (12) is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (16), a supporting wheel (13) is arranged on the inner side of the positioning frame (12), and the supporting wheel (13) is used for supporting a workpiece (8); an indexing piece is arranged on the bottom plate (16) and is used for clamping and rotating the workpiece (8).

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 4 wherein: the indexing piece comprises two lifting plates (17) which are vertically and slidably arranged on the bottom plate (16), a clamping electric cylinder (18) is arranged on the lifting plates (17), a clamping plate (19) is connected to a telescopic rod of the clamping electric cylinder (18), and the workpiece (8) is positioned between the two clamping plates (19); an adjusting motor (14) is arranged on the bottom plate (16), and an output shaft of the adjusting motor (14) is connected with an adjusting gear (15); the lifting plate (17) is fixedly connected with a connecting rack (20), the adjusting gear (15) is positioned between the two connecting racks (20) and is respectively meshed with the connecting racks (20), and the workpiece (8) is clamped through the clamping plate (19) so as to drive the workpiece (8) to rotate.

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the movable cleaning piece comprises a rotating motor (23) arranged on the connecting frame (22), a rotating gear (24) is connected to an output shaft of the rotating motor (23), and the rotating gear (24) and the communicating swivel mount (26) form a gear pair so as to drive the communicating swivel mount (26) and the cleaning box (25) to rotate; a driving member is arranged on the mounting cylinder (34) and is used for driving the driving gear ring (42) and the adjusting gear ring (43) to rotate respectively.

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 6 wherein: the driving piece comprises a first driving motor (35) and a second driving motor (37) which are arranged in the mounting cylinder (34), a first driving gear (36) is connected to an output shaft of the first driving motor (35), and a second driving gear (38) is connected to an output shaft of the second driving motor (37).

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 7 wherein: the driving piece comprises a first rotating shaft (31) rotatably arranged between the two cleaning boxes (25), a first gear (32) is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft (31), and the first gear (32) is meshed with a first driving gear (36); two ends of the first rotating shaft (31) are fixedly connected with a second gear (33), and the second gear (33) and an adjusting gear ring (43) in the cleaning box (25) form a gear pair to drive the adjusting gear ring (43) to rotate.

A stainless steel product surface cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 8 wherein: the driving piece comprises a second rotating shaft (39) rotatably arranged between the two cleaning boxes (25), a third gear (40) is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft (39), the third gear (40) is meshed with the second driving gear (38), a fourth gear (41) is fixedly connected to two ends of the second rotating shaft (39), and the fourth gear (41) and the driving gear ring (42) form a gear pair to drive the driving gear ring (42) to rotate.
