マンホール等の竪穴間にわたって地下に管体を布設する
ことにより形成された管路内を、布設状態のまま内面補
修する際、前処理として管路内を清掃するものにおいて
、竪穴を介して上記管路内に挿通される牽引索と、この
牽引索を上記管路内で往復牽引する牽引手段と、牽引索
にタンデムに配置される第１のワイヤブラシおよび第２
のワイヤブラシとを具備し、第１のワイヤブラシは牽引
に際して管内壁面に対する摺動抵抗が小さく且つ剛性の
高いワイヤで構成され、第２のワイヤブラシは牽引に際
して管内壁面に対する研磨効果のある剛性の低いワイヤ
