推动件81被构造为提供能够在组装方向上移动护罩19和密封环23的力。如图5所示,推动件81被构造为在组装方向上移动的同时推动和移动组装好的护罩19和密封环23。例如,推动件81可以通过诸如液压缸、气缸、电动马达等的致动器驱动,以在组装方向上移动。推动件81可以包括前端部82,其在沿着引导件62的外表面移动的同时提供推动护罩19和密封环23的力。在这方面,前端部82可以形成***空间83,其允许***引导件62的一部分,使得推动件81可以相对于固定的引导件62移动。在图5中,引导件61的右侧部分插在推动件81的***空间83中,从而允许推动件81产生移动。推动件81可以被构造为在组装期间在300N至1500N的载荷下移动。
同时,根据本发明的实施方式,组装装置还可以包括支撑件71,其被构造为在组装过程中相对于推动件81支撑护罩19和密封环23。支撑件71被构造为沿着引导件61的外表面在组装方向上移动,为此目的,支撑件71可以形成将引导件61***到其中的通孔72。如图6所示,支撑件71可以在径向方向上的前缘的内端上具有楔形突起73。突起73可以具有随着其朝向前缘(图5中的左侧)行进而变得更尖的楔形形状。如图5中的虚线所示。在突起73插在护罩19的第二固定部194与倾斜引导表面62之间的状态下设置支撑件71,并且支撑件71被构造为由推动件81推动以从该状态开始在组装方向上移动。护罩19的压配合发生在支撑件71的突起73插在内周表面中的状态下,从而防止护罩19在组装过程中被向内推动。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于将护罩和密封环组装至等速万向节的内圈的组装装置,其中所述护罩的固定部通过所述密封环紧固于所述内圈,所述组装装置包括:
引导件,其在外表面上设置有引导表面,以用于沿着所述内圈的纵向表面引导所述护罩和所述密封环;以及
推动件,其提供用于使所述护罩和所述密封环沿着所述引导表面移动以到达所述内圈的支撑表面的力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装装置,其中,所述引导表面是被形成为相对于所述护罩和所述密封环的运动方向倾斜的倾斜引导表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组装装置,其中,所述倾斜引导表面被形成为以1°到5°的角度倾斜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组装装置,其还包括支撑件,所述支撑件介于彼此组装好的所述护罩和所述密封环之间并且被构造为随着所述推动件的移动而沿着所述引导件的圆周在所述护罩和所述密封环的运动方向上移动,从而允许推动所述护罩和所述密封环。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组装装置,其中,所述固定部具有环形形状,并且所述支撑件具有插在所述固定部的内表面与所述引导表面之间的突起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组装装置,其中,所述突起具有朝向前缘变得更尖的楔形形状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组装装置,其中,所述推动件被构造为在推动所述护罩和所述密封环时在300N至1500N的载荷下移动。
