For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
A shared vehicle temporary stop control method of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4, including:
s100: responding to vehicle request information of a first user, and acquiring first vehicle state information of a requested shared vehicle;
s200: according to the first vehicle state information, when the requested shared vehicle is in a temporary parking state:
s300: acquiring first order information of the unfinished shared vehicle, confirming a second user according to the first order information, and sending vehicle release request information to the second user;
s400: acquiring feedback information of the second user, and judging whether to release the requested shared vehicle according to the feedback information;
s500: and if the requested sharing vehicle is released, settling the first order information, creating second order information according to the vehicle-using request information, and sending an unlocking signal to the requested sharing vehicle.
When the first user finds that the shared vehicle wants to rent, the first user sends vehicle request information. And when the release is agreed, settling the first order information of the second user, creating second order information for the first user, and sending an unlocking signal to unlock the requested shared vehicle, so that the first user can rent the requested shared vehicle. Therefore, when the first user requests to use the shared vehicle in the temporary parking state, the second user can be reminded of the current renting, the second user is prevented from forgetting the temporary parking shared vehicle, the second user is prevented from increasing unplanned fees, meanwhile, if the second user agrees to release the temporary parking shared vehicle, the first user can rent the shared vehicle, the use efficiency of the shared vehicle is improved, and the shared vehicle resources are fully utilized.
It can be understood that the first user may use a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an intelligent wearable terminal device, and the like to generate the vehicle request information by scanning a two-dimensional code, a stripe code, and the like. The shared vehicle creates order information when renting starts to record information such as renting duration, driving path and the like, so that renting cost can be calculated conveniently when the order information is settled.
The vehicle request information may include user information and identification information of the target shared vehicle, facilitating subsequent creation of order information. The first vehicle state information includes current state information of the shared vehicle, such as a to-be-used state, an in-use state, a temporary parking state, a failure state, etc., and may further include electric quantity information, position information, etc.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of a shared vehicle temporary parking control method of the present invention, before the S300, further comprising:
s280: sending waiting inquiry information to the first user, wherein the waiting inquiry information is used for inquiring whether the user is willing to wait;
s290: acquiring response information of the first user, and judging whether to wait or not;
if waiting, the step S300 is executed.
Since it is necessary to wait for the second user operation to generate feedback information after transmitting the release request information to the second user, the process takes time depending on the second user, and it may be necessary to wait for a long time. Therefore, before the release request information is transmitted, the waiting inquiry information is transmitted to the first user, and after the first user is willing to wait according to the response information, the vehicle release request information is transmitted. Therefore, the first user can know that the shared vehicle which is required to be rented is in a temporary parking state, and can select whether to wait for the release feedback of the shared vehicle, so that the first user can select not to wait for renting other available shared vehicles when the first user is in urgent renting of the shared vehicle, and the renting experience of the user is improved.
It can be understood that when the information of waiting for inquiring is sent to the first user, in addition to inquiring whether to agree to wait, the first user can be prompted that the shared vehicle which is wanted to be rented is in a temporary parking state, other shared vehicles can be rented, and other information of available idle shared vehicles can be pushed at the same time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after obtaining the response information of the first user and determining whether to wait, the method further includes: and if not, sending a reminding message to the second user. Although the first user chooses not to wait, in order to avoid that the second user forgets the shared vehicle in the temporary parking state, a reminding message is sent to the second user, so that the second user can process the reminding message in time, unplanned fees are avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved. To avoid frequent disruption to the user, in some embodiments, the second user may also be marked such that no further alert messages are sent for a preset interval period after the alert message is sent to the second user.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of a shared vehicle temporary parking control method of the present invention, before the S280, further comprising:
s260: determining the duration of the requested shared vehicle in a temporary parking state according to the first vehicle state information, and judging whether the duration is greater than a preset first time threshold;
s270: if the first time threshold is smaller than the first time threshold, sending first prompt information to the first user, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the requested shared vehicle is unavailable;
if so, the step S280 is performed.
And when the duration time of the temporary parking state is longer than the first time threshold value, the second user is considered to possibly forget the shared vehicle in the temporary parking state, the waiting inquiry information is sent to the first user, and then the vehicle release request information is sent to the second user when the first user is willing to wait. When the duration of the temporary parking state is smaller than the first time threshold, the second user cannot be considered to forget the shared vehicle in the temporary parking state, and first prompt information is sent to the first user so that the first user can know that the currently requested shared vehicle is not available. Therefore, the second user can be prevented from being disturbed in a short time after the temporary parking, and the physical examination of the user can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the first prompt message is sent, available idle shared vehicle information nearby may also be pushed at the same time. In some embodiments of the invention, the first time threshold may be set to 15 minutes.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of a shared vehicle temporary parking control method of the present invention, after S200, the method further includes:
s210: acquiring location information reflecting a location of the first user or a location of the requested shared vehicle;
s220: acquiring idle shared vehicle information in a preset distance range according to the position information;
s230: and if the idle sharing vehicle information is acquired, sending the idle sharing vehicle information to the first user.
By acquiring the position information, the current position of the first user can be acquired, if idle shared vehicle information exists in a preset distance range of the current position of the user, namely available shared vehicles nearby, the idle shared vehicle information is pushed to the first user, the first user can acquire the available shared vehicle nearby conveniently, the first user can comprehensively select to rent the available shared vehicles nearby or wait for the second user to release the currently requested shared vehicles, more shared vehicle information is provided for the user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The location information may be from a shared vehicle or may be from a terminal device of the first user. The shared vehicle is generally provided with a positioning device, such as a GPS module, a Beidou module and the like, and can generate position information so as to be convenient for positioning the position of the shared vehicle, recording a driving path and the like, and the vehicle state information of the shared vehicle can comprise the position information and can determine the position information according to the vehicle state information. Since the location device may be aged and damaged during the use of the shared vehicle, the location information may not be provided, and at this time, the location information may be obtained from the terminal device used by the first user, and when the shared vehicle is requested to be used, the location of the first user and the location of the requested shared vehicle may be considered to be the same.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of a shared vehicle temporary parking control method of the present invention, after the S300, further includes:
s310: and if a preset second time threshold value is passed and feedback information of the second user is not obtained, sending second prompt information to the first user, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting that the requested shared vehicle is not released.
Because the second user may not generate feedback information in time, in order to avoid the overlong waiting time of the first user, after the vehicle release request information is sent to the second user, the feedback information of the second user is not obtained after the second time threshold value is passed, and then the second prompt information is sent to the first user, so that the first user can learn that the requested shared vehicle is not released and is not available, and other shared vehicle leases can be selected. Therefore, the overlong waiting time of the first user can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the second prompt message is sent, available idle shared vehicle information nearby may also be pushed at the same time.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of a shared vehicle temporary parking control method of the present invention, after the S400, further includes:
s410: if the requested shared vehicle is not released, sending second prompt information to the first user, and marking the second user so as not to send the vehicle release request information to the second user within a preset disturbance-free duration;
the second prompt message is used for prompting that the requested sharing vehicle is not released.
The second user may not forget the shared vehicle in the temporary parking state, and the shared vehicle in the temporary parking state is continuously used later, and when the second user selects not to release the shared vehicle in the temporary parking state according to the feedback information, a second prompt message is sent to the first user, so that the first user knows that the requested shared vehicle is not available. Meanwhile, the second user definitely feeds back the requested shared vehicle, which means that the shared vehicle is not forgotten and needs to be used continuously, so that the second user is marked to avoid sending vehicle release request information to the second user in the subsequent disturbance-free time, thereby being beneficial to avoiding frequently disturbing the second user and improving the use experience.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the second alert message is sent to the first user, available idle shared vehicle information nearby may be pushed at the same time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after marking the second user, no vehicle release request message is sent for the duration of the no-disturbance, at which time the requested shared vehicle is not released by default, and the second prompt message is directly sent to the first user.
In other embodiments of the present invention, before the sending of the vehicle release request information to the second user, the method further includes: determining whether the second user is marked; if the second user is marked, sending the second prompt information to the first user; if the second user is not marked, executing the sending of the vehicle release request information to the second user; and canceling the marking of the second user after the marked second user passes the disturbing-free time.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of a shared vehicle temporary parking control method of the present invention, further comprising:
s010: responding to temporary parking request information, and determining a temporary parking shared vehicle and a temporary parking duration according to the temporary parking request information;
s020: modifying the second vehicle state information of the parked shared vehicle into a temporary parking state, and sending a locking signal to the parked shared vehicle;
s030: and after the temporary parking duration is passed, obtaining third order information of the temporary parking shared vehicle, settling the third order information and modifying the second vehicle state information into a to-be-used state.
When temporary parking is needed, the user can send temporary parking request information, and the temporary parking duration can be set at the moment, namely, how long to expect to come back to continue using the shared vehicle. The server responds to the temporary parking request information to lock the shared vehicle, and changes the second vehicle state information of the parked shared vehicle to be converted into the temporary parking state, so that the processing is convenient when other users request the shared vehicle. After the temporary parking duration set by the user is passed, third order information of the shared vehicle is automatically settled, and the shared vehicle is released to be converted into a state to be used, so that the shared vehicle can be directly rented by another user. Therefore, when a user temporarily parks, the temporary parking time can be selected to be set, and after the temporary parking time is exceeded, the shared vehicle is automatically settled and rented, so that the method is beneficial to avoiding excessive cost and improving the user experience when an emergency or the user forgets.
It can be understood that the requested sharing vehicle and the parked sharing vehicle refer to sharing vehicles, so that different situations of the sharing bicycle can be distinguished conveniently. The first vehicle state information and the second vehicle state information are the state information of the shared vehicle, and the information actually contained is the same, so that the description objects can be distinguished conveniently. The first order information, the second order information and the third order information are all order information generated in the sharing vehicle renting process, so that distinguishing and description are convenient, and understanding is convenient.
The invention also provides a shared vehicle system, which comprises a server and a plurality of shared vehicles, wherein the shared vehicles are provided with a communication module and a lock module, the communication module is electrically connected with the lock module and is used for communicating with the server, and the communication module controls the lock module to lock or unlock according to an external signal;
the server is used for executing the method for controlling temporary parking of the shared vehicle.
In the process of renting the shared vehicle, the second user sends temporary parking request information to the server according to the requirement of the second user, the server responds to the temporary parking request information, the vehicle state information of the shared vehicle is modified to be a temporary parking state, and a locking signal is sent to the corresponding communication module, so that the communication module controls the locking module to lock the shared vehicle. When the first user finds that the shared vehicle wants to rent, the first user sends vehicle request information, and the shared vehicle serves as the requested shared vehicle. The server acquires first vehicle state information of the requested shared vehicle in response to the vehicle request information, and when knowing that the requested shared vehicle is in a temporary parking state, transmits release request information to a second user renting the requested shared vehicle. According to the feedback information sent by the second user, whether the second user agrees to release the requested sharing vehicle can be known, when the second user agrees to release, the first order information of the second user is settled, the second order information is created for the first user, an unlocking signal is sent, the communication module of the requested sharing vehicle receives the unlocking signal and then controls the lock module to unlock, and then the requested sharing vehicle is unlocked, and the first user can rent the requested sharing vehicle.
