In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the embodiment of the application provides a structure diagram of a system corresponding to a vehicle leasing method, wherein the vehicle comprises a bicycle (or an electric bicycle), a motorcycle (or an electric motorcycle) and the like. The system of the vehicle leasing method shown in fig. 1 comprises a management and control system, an intelligent terminal, a vehicle body, a vehicle frame and an external interface. Wherein: the management and control system is used for managing the work of user registration, vehicle unlocking, timing charging, recharging, management and the like, and comprises a user database, a vehicle database, a frame database, an external interface and a management and control module (not shown in fig. 1).
The user database is used for storing relevant information of the registered user, such as the name, the identification card number, the mobile phone number, the held ID of the intelligent terminal, the holding condition of the vehicle use right, the use time and the like of the registered user. The vehicle database is used for storing the number of vehicles in the system, the codes of the vehicles, the occupied conditions of the vehicles and the states of the vehicles (such as whether the vehicles are damaged or not); and the code of the vehicle is stored in a two-dimensional code arranged on the vehicle body. The frame database is used for storing the number of frames, the codes of the frames, the occupied conditions of the frames, the placing positions of the frames, the sound conditions of the frames, the codes of the vehicles stored in the occupied frames, the systems of the stored vehicles and the like; the code of the frame is stored in a two-dimensional code arranged on the frame; the system to which the vehicle belongs refers to a manufacturer who issues the vehicle, such as a Mobai bicycle system, a Xiaoming bicycle system, and the like in a shared bicycle. The number of the frames arranged in the system is far greater than that of the vehicles in the system, and the movable frames are used, so that the utilization rates of the frames in different places can be obtained through the frame database, and the placing places of the frames can be adjusted timely. The external interface is used for being connected with different vehicle systems, for example, other systems such as a Mobai bicycle system and a Xiaoming bicycle system can be connected into the system, so that the vehicles provided by the systems are uniformly managed. Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of the present system applied to a shared bicycle system, as shown in the figure, in which a plurality of shared bicycle systems can be accessed to achieve unified management thereof.
The management and control module is used for receiving the vehicle using request, analyzing the received vehicle using request, managing the vehicle using right, renting fee and the like. For example, when a user needs to use a vehicle, a vehicle using request is sent to a control module by scanning a two-dimensional code arranged on a vehicle body of the vehicle through an intelligent terminal, the control module judges whether the user has the right to acquire the right to use the current vehicle according to the vehicle using request, and when the user can use the current vehicle, the right to use the current vehicle by the user is started; the management and control module is further used for sending information to inquire whether the user finishes using the vehicle or not when the vehicle locking information sent by the user is received, and if the user does not send the information for confirming that the vehicle using is finished to the management and control module within the preset time period, the system continues to open the right of use of the current vehicle to the user.
Example two:
fig. 3 shows a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a vehicle rental method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
step S31, receiving a user 'S request for taking a car, and judging whether the user is a legal user according to the user' S request for taking a car;
in the embodiment of the invention, when a user needs to use the vehicle, the intelligent terminal scans the code set on the current vehicle or sends the vehicle using request to the management and control system according to the information fed back to the intelligent terminal by the management and control system. Optionally, for a vehicle stored in the vehicle frame, the user may send a vehicle using request to the management and control system by scanning the vehicle frame or/and a two-dimensional code set on the vehicle. Preferably, the vehicles provided by the embodiment for renting the users are provided with unique codes; the code is arranged on the vehicle in a two-dimensional code mode; all be provided with the lock on the vehicle, the lock includes intelligent electronic lock and password mechanical lock. If the vehicle is a bicycle, a two-dimensional code can be arranged on each bicycle, and the two-dimensional code can be directly attached to a certain position of the bicycle, which is convenient for a user to check and scan the code, and also can be fixed on the bicycle in other forms; different bicycles can be provided with different types of locks, such as an intelligent electronic lock for the bicycle with the code of 00000-. When a vehicle using request is sent to a management and control system, if a user does not have the right of use of any vehicle of the same type, the vehicle using request is sent to the management and control system by scanning a two-dimensional code on the current vehicle; and if the user holds the right of use of the current vehicle, but the vehicle is in a vehicle locking state, sending a vehicle using request to the management and control system through information fed back to the intelligent terminal by the management and control system. And the management and control system judges whether the user is a legal user according to the received vehicle using request.
Preferably, the determining whether the user is a valid user according to the car use request includes:
acquiring the state information of the current vehicle and the identity information of the user in the vehicle using request;
when the current vehicle is in an idle state, judging whether the user is a registered user or not according to the identity information;
and if the user is a registered user, judging that the user is a legal user.
Specifically, when judging whether the user is a legal user, firstly, according to the vehicle using request, acquiring a code of a vehicle to be used by the user and identity information of the user, such as an identity card number of the user, and sending ID information of an intelligent terminal of the vehicle using request; judging whether the current vehicle is in an idle state or not according to the acquired code of the vehicle, namely judging whether the use right of the current vehicle is in an occupied state or not, if the current vehicle is in the idle state, judging whether the current user is registered in the current rental system or not according to the identity information of the user, namely judging whether the registration information of the user is stored in a user database of the control system or not, if the current user is registered in the current rental system, judging that the current user is a legal user, and having the right to acquire the use right of the vehicle in the current rental system.
Optionally, after acquiring the ID information of the intelligent terminal used for sending the vehicle using request according to the vehicle using request, determining whether the user is a valid user according to the ID information of the intelligent terminal recorded in a user database of a management and control system, at this time, detecting whether the ID information is recorded in the user database, and if the ID information is stored in the user database, determining that the user (the holder of the intelligent terminal) is a valid user.
Preferably, the determining, according to the car use request, whether the user is a valid user further includes:
when the current vehicle is in an occupied state, judging whether the user holds the right of use of the current vehicle according to the identity information;
and if the user holds the right of use of the current vehicle, determining that the user is a legal user.
Specifically, when the current vehicle is judged to be in an occupied state according to the acquired code of the vehicle, whether the current vehicle is occupied by the user is judged according to the identity information of the user, if so, the user is proved to have the right of use of the current vehicle, and the user is judged to be a legal user. The current vehicle is in a locked state, which indicates that the user holds the right of use of the current vehicle but does not enable the right of use of the current vehicle.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the user to use the vehicle, indicator lights with an infrared detection function are arranged on all vehicles in the current system, when the vehicle is in an occupied state, if it is detected that the user approaches the vehicle in the occupied state, the indicator lights arranged on the vehicle body are turned on, and intermittent flashing is performed to prompt the user that the current vehicle is occupied, so that the user is prevented from blindly scanning the code to pick up the vehicle. Stopping the flickering of the indicator light when the distance between the user and the current vehicle is greater than a preset value; if the user approaching the occupied vehicle is the user holding the vehicle use right, the flickering of the stop indicator lamp is stopped and the vehicle lock is unlocked after the user sends the vehicle using request again.
Step S32, when the user is a legal user, opening the requested right of use of the current vehicle to the user;
in the embodiment provided by the application, if the management and control system judges that the user is a legal user according to the vehicle using request sent by the user, the lock of the current vehicle is unlocked so as to unlock the right of the user to use the requested vehicle. Optionally, different unlocking prompts are sent to the user according to different types of vehicle locks set on the vehicle body. For example, for a vehicle with an intelligent electronic lock, the lock can be automatically unlocked after the user is determined to be a legal user, while the vehicle with a mechanical password lock can send an unlocking password to the user, and the user can input the password to unlock the vehicle. The unlocking password of the password mechanical lock can not be fixed as one password, but is randomly generated by the system before unlocking every time and is sent to the intelligent terminal of the user.
Step S33, receiving the locking information of the current vehicle, and sending the vehicle use ending information to the user according to the locking information;
in the embodiment provided by the application, when a user exercises the right to use the vehicle, if the user needs to stop and leave the vehicle, the current vehicle in use is locked; when the management and control system receives the vehicle locking information of the current vehicle, whether the vehicle using is finished or not is sent to the intelligent terminal of the user in order to determine whether the user needs to finish the vehicle using for settlement or continue the vehicle using, and the user is waited for feedback.
And step S34, if the vehicle use confirmation information sent by the user is not received within a preset time period, keeping the use right of the current vehicle for the user.
In the embodiment provided by the application, after receiving information which is sent by a management and control system and inquires whether a user continues to use a vehicle, if the user needs to continue to use the vehicle, the user does not reply to the management and control system, and if the management and control system does not receive feedback information of the user within a preset time period, the user defaults that the user needs to continue to use the vehicle, and does not withdraw the right of the user to use the current vehicle.
Optionally, when the user locks the vehicle, the current right of use of the vehicle still belongs to the user, so that the management and control system continuously times the rented vehicle of the user until the user finishes using the vehicle, and then sends settlement information to the user according to the counted time length, in order to prevent the user from forgetting that the user is still in the state of renting the vehicle after temporarily locking the vehicle, and also in order to improve the frequency of using the vehicle, if the user holds the right of use of the vehicle but the vehicle is in the locked state, after the time length of the locked state reaches the preset time length, a settlement prompt is sent to remind the user of settling the account; or automatically settling after the time length of the vehicle locking state reaches the preset time length, and finishing the use right of the user to the vehicle.
Preferably, after the step of maintaining the right of the user to use the current vehicle if the information for confirming that the vehicle usage is finished, which is sent by the user, is not received within a preset time period, the method includes:
and receiving the vehicle using request sent again by the user, unlocking a vehicle lock according to the vehicle using request sent again by the user, and unlocking the right of the user to use the current vehicle.
Specifically, for a vehicle that a user temporarily locks (that is, the user still holds the right to use the current vehicle, but the current vehicle is in a locked state), the user may invoke information that is sent by the management and control system when locking the vehicle and inquires whether the user finishes using the vehicle, and initiate a vehicle using request to the management and control system again by feeding back information that the vehicle using is not finished, and after receiving the vehicle using request that is sent by the user again, the management and control system invokes information of the vehicle that the user holds the right to use, and feeds back unlocking information to the user again, so that the user may continue to use the vehicle. And if the user needs to temporarily stop the vehicle again after using the vehicle for a period of time, locking the vehicle again.
Preferably, the rental method of the vehicle further includes:
if the vehicle ending information sent by the user is received within a preset time period, sending reminding information to prompt the user to scan an identification code on a frame for parking the current vehicle;
acquiring information contained in the identification code, and sending settlement information to the user according to the information contained in the identification code;
and after receiving the settlement information sent by the user, ending the use right of the user for the current vehicle.
Specifically, after receiving car locking information and sending inquiry to a user to determine whether car usage is finished, if the car usage finishing information issued by the user is received, the management and control system prompts the user to store the current car in a nearby movable frame and prompts the user to scan a two-dimensional code stored on the frame of the current car so as to send settlement information to the management and control system, the management and control system receives the information in the two-dimensional code, then the time length of the current car usage of the user is counted according to the time point when the user starts to use the current car, and the settlement information is sent to the user according to the time length of the current car usage of the user. And finishing the use right of the current vehicle for the user after the user settles. When the user finishes using the vehicle, the user is reminded to store the current vehicle to the movable vehicle frame, settlement information is obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code on the vehicle frame, and final settlement can be achieved.
Preferably, the rental method of the vehicle further includes:
receiving an access request of a second vehicle system, and accessing the second vehicle system through an external interface, wherein the second vehicle system at least comprises one vehicle system.
In particular, in order to increase the efficiency of use of the mobile frame provided in the present application, the frame may be used to store vehicles provided by different vehicle systems; at this time, according to an access request sent by a second vehicle system (i.e. other vehicle systems besides the vehicle system provided by the present application, such as a twitter bicycle system, a mobarage bicycle system, etc.), accessing the second vehicle system to the management and control system through an external interface; the management and control system can simultaneously access a plurality of vehicle systems according to the access request sent by the second vehicle system, for example, a twitter bicycle system and a Mobai bicycle system can be simultaneously accessed to the management and control system, so that the unified management of the plurality of vehicle systems is realized. For the vehicle in the vehicle system that inserts management and control system, no matter which vehicle system it belongs to, can all carry out the depositing of vehicle through scanning the two-dimensional code on the frame that is in idle state that provides in this application. Optionally, after the second vehicle system is connected to the management and control system, the function of an application program (APP) for scanning the two-dimensional code of the vehicle in the original user intelligent terminal is appropriately changed as needed. If the Mobai bicycle system is connected to the management and control system, a communication function between the APP of the original Mobai bicycle system and the management and control system is added, so that information sent by the management and control system is received or sent to the management and control system, and the like.
The management and control system in the embodiment receives a vehicle using request sent by a user, and judges whether the user is a legal user; when the user is a legal user, opening the requested use right of the current vehicle to the user; receiving the locking information of the current vehicle when the user needs to temporarily stop the vehicle, and sending the vehicle use ending information to the user; if the information for confirming the end of the vehicle using sent by the user is not received within the preset time period, keeping the right of the user to use the current vehicle; in the process, even if the user locks the vehicle, the user can continuously keep the right of using the current vehicle according to the feedback of the user, so that the user can safely park the vehicle and can continuously use the same vehicle after temporarily parking the vehicle, and the user experience is improved.
Example three:
fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an application example of the vehicle rental method provided in the embodiment of the present application, assuming that there are shared bicycle systems A, B, C and D in a certain area, where the shared bicycle is issued by the a system in an amount of 50000 and is numbered a000000-a 049999; the system D issues a single vehicle 80000 amount with the number of D000000-D079999; the shared bicycle D system is accessed into the management and control system through an external interface, the management and control system distributes an identification number IDA00 for the shared bicycle A system and an identification number IDD01 for the shared bicycle D system.
When a user A needs to use the bicycle, the intelligent terminal scans the bicycle with the code of A001000 in the shared bicycle A system, after the management and control system judges that the user A is a legal user, the management and control system releases the right of use of the bicycle with the code of A001000 to the user A, the user A takes out the bicycle from the bicycle frame with the code of SZFRAME000683, the bicycle frame is a movable bicycle frame, and preferably, the bicycle frame is a passive bicycle frame (namely, the bicycle frame can operate without depending on a fixed power supply). The management and control system changes the recording state of the single vehicle coded with A001000 and the vehicle frame, and records the state of the vehicle frame with the serial number of SZFRAME000683 as idle, and the state of the single vehicle is recorded as occupied. If the user A needs to stop temporarily and leave the bicycle during the use of the bicycle, the bicycle is locked, the management and control system receives the information that the bicycle is locked and then sends a message inquiring whether to finish the bicycle to the intelligent terminal of the user A, and if the user A does not reply the message within the preset time, the use right of the user A on the bicycle is maintained; and when the user A requests to use the bicycle again, the bicycle lock is unlocked, so that the user can continue to use the bicycle until the user A needs to finish using the bicycle. When the user A needs to finish the bicycle usage, the user A is reminded to scan the code (such as the code SZFRAME000123) of the bicycle frame storing the bicycle according to the bicycle locking information sent by the user A so as to finish the settlement of the bicycle rental fee; the management and control system records the state of the bicycle with the number of A001000 as idle, and the occupant is A001000 in the occupation of the state record of the frame coded as SZFRAME 000123.
In addition, the management and control system is connected to other shared bicycle systems through external interfaces, such as a shared bicycle system D. If no sharing bicycle is stored in the frame coded as SZFRAME000123, a user B who holds the right to use a bicycle numbered as D006606 in a sharing bicycle system D finishes riding, and the bicycle numbered as D006606 needs to be stored in the frame coded as SZFRAME000123, then a management and control system judges whether a system (namely a sharing bicycle D system) to which the bicycle numbered as D006606 belongs has the right to use the frame according to the information of the frame sent by the user B and the information of the bicycle held by the user B, and the management and control system can finish storing the bicycle numbered as D006606 according to the information of the frame sent by the user B and change the state of the frame coded as SZFRAME000123 into occupation, and an occupant D006606 according to the information of the frame sent by the user B.
