现有技术的毛绒布一般通过复合多个纤维或者改进相关纤维来完成锁毛的功能,这些方式都较为复杂,且对于多种纤维的成本增加也是对于厂家的负担。

步骤二、将步骤一中处理后的混纺纱与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维交织,得到坯布,其中,线圈长度为混纺纱120-130mm/100针,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维90-100mm/100针;
步骤三、将步骤二中坯布进缸进行柔软处理,柔软处理条件为:浴比1:3,常温下,先调pH值至6,再在5min内加入柔软剂,运行10min后不水洗,直接出缸脱水;
步骤四、对步骤三中的坯布进行相应的显色操作;
步骤五、将坯布浸入保湿整理剂中,浴比为1:28,加热浸泡,然后进行烘干;
步骤六、步骤四中的坯布经过预定型、保湿整理、水洗、低温烘干以及复定型,得到针织织物。

该高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,通过具有保湿、杀菌作用的甲壳素纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维以及莱赛尔纤维成为混纺纱之后,与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维针织成的坯布,具有柔软、亲肤、杀菌以及保湿的作用;经过后整理中的保湿整理之后,进一步提高坯布的保湿的作用,使针织织物在多次水洗之后仍能保持优良的保湿功能,同时采用的纤维均为弹性纤维,取消纤维的改进,从而不会影响纤维本身的弹性,且针织工艺严密有序,使得毛绒布更具有弹性。

Claims (8)

1.一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,包括高弹性免复合毛绒布,其特征在于:所述高弹性免复合毛绒布包括以下质量百分比的成分组件:甲壳素纤维23-28份;竹纤维28-32份;粘胶纤维4-8份;莱赛尔纤维6-8份;聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维1-6份;柔软剂1-4份;保湿整理剂1-3份;显色剂1-2份,包括以下生产步骤:
步骤一、选用甲壳素纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维以及莱赛尔纤维为原料,经过并条、粗纱以及细纱工序成为混纺纱,然后将混纺纱经过氧漂以及蒸纱处理后备用;
步骤二、将步骤一中处理后的混纺纱与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维交织,得到坯布,其中,线圈长度为混纺纱120-130mm/100针,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维90-100mm/100针;
步骤三、将步骤二中坯布进缸进行柔软处理,柔软处理条件为:浴比1:3,常温下,先调pH值至6,再在5min内加入柔软剂,运行10min后不水洗,直接出缸脱水;
步骤四、对步骤三中的坯布进行相应的显色操作;
步骤五、将坯布浸入保湿整理剂中,浴比为1:28,加热浸泡,然后进行烘干;
步骤六、步骤四中的坯布经过预定型、保湿整理、水洗、低温烘干以及复定型,得到针织织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中保湿整理剂为芦荟提取液25-35%、聚丙烯酰胺1-2%、茶皂素6-8%、羧甲基纤维素2-3%以及丝素蛋白1-2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六中低温烘干的温度为20-35°C。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤五中在40-50°C的温度下,浸泡20-30min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤五中的烘干温度为48-55°C,烘干时间为60-70min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中的显色操作,显色50s-120s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的保湿整理剂为芦荟提取液25-35份、聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、茶皂素6-8份、羧甲基纤维素2-3份以及丝素蛋白1-2份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性免复合毛绒布的针织工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的保湿整理剂在原料以1000-2000r/min的速度混合均匀后制得。
