In view of the above problems, the embodiment of the application provides an automatic cleaning robot for pigeon manure in pigeon culture, which aims to solve the technical problems that the efficiency of manually cleaning the pigeon manure is low, and the pigeon manure is not dried and directly poured out of a receiving container, so that the pigeon manure is easy to adhere everywhere to cause pollution in the related art.

Except for the group of guide covers 3 positioned at the uppermost side, two waist-shaped annular plates 4 symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the guide covers 3 are arranged between the tops of the two guide covers 3 and between the tops of the two bases 2 of the other same group, and a pigeon cage 7 is detachably connected between the two waist-shaped annular plates 4 adjacent below the two guide covers 3 of the same group.
A bearing and drying mechanism 5 is arranged between the two waist-shaped annular plates 4 distributed along the length direction of the guide cover 3, the bearing and drying mechanism 5 is used for drying and moving and pouring out the bearing pigeon manure, and two sides of the fixing frame 1 are provided with vibration guiding mechanisms 6.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 11, the receiving and drying mechanism 5 includes an output driving set 51 located between two waist-shaped ring plates 4 arranged along the length direction of the guide cover 3 and symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the waist-shaped ring plates 4, a connecting groove 52 of a waist-shaped structure is formed on the inner annular surface of each waist-shaped ring plate 4, support grooves 53 and guide grooves 54 penetrating through the connecting groove 52 are formed on opposite surfaces of the two waist-shaped ring plates 4, the guide grooves 54 are located above the output driving set 51, two hinge shafts 55 are slidably connected between the two guide grooves 54, lower corners of opposite surfaces of the two symmetrically arranged bearing boxes 50 are fixedly sleeved on the corresponding hinge shafts 55, two groups of bearing rollers 56 are in rolling connection with each bearing roller 56 in the corresponding hinge shafts 55, each bearing roller 56 is composed of a plurality of bearing rollers 56 uniformly arranged along the lower end surface of the bearing box 50, one side of the bearing box 50 far away from the hinge shafts 55 is provided with a support groove 53, one side of the bearing box 50 far from the hinge shafts 55, the bearing roller 50 is provided with a heating ring plate 58 which is provided with a hinge shaft opening 58, and one side of the bearing roller is provided with a heating ring plate 59 which is connected with the adjacent hinge shaft 1.
The pigeon manure in the bearing boxes 50 is heated and dried through the heating and drying group 59, then the output driving group 51 drives the two bearing boxes 50 to move to one side at the same time, the pigeon manure in one bearing box 50 is poured out, and then the pigeon manure in the bearing box 50 at the other side is reversely moved and poured out.
In the process of working of the output driving set 51, the output driving set 51 drives the hinge shaft 55 and the bearing rollers 56 to move, so that the two bearing boxes 50 are driven to move towards one side of the bearing boxes which are distributed along the length direction of the kidney-shaped annular plates 4, one bearing box 50 gradually moves out from between the two kidney-shaped annular plates 4, at the moment, the bearing rollers 56 below the bearing boxes 50 sequentially rotate downwards to separate from the bearing boxes 50, when the bearing rollers 56 in the same group are separated from the bearing boxes 50, one end of the bearing boxes 50 far away from the hinge shaft 55 loses support and falls downwards along the hinge position of the hinge shaft 55, so that the dried pigeon manure in the bearing boxes 50 slides downwards along the bearing boxes 50, the baffle 57 rotates under the gravity pushing action of dead weight and the pigeon manure, the bearing boxes 50 are opened, so that the manure is discharged, the vibration guiding and guiding mechanism 6 guides the pigeon manure to be collected, the bearing boxes 50 to shake up and down when the output driving set 51 stops intermittently, the manure in the bearing boxes 50 is prevented from vibrating and cleaning the other side of the bearing boxes 50, then the manure pile up and the manure is prevented from moving downwards, the bearing boxes 50 automatically, the problem of polluted environment is solved, the manure is avoided, the dry pigeon manure is polluted and the pigeon is polluted, the pigeon manure is polluted and the pigeon is polluted, the pigeon is polluted and the environment is polluted, and the pigeon is polluted by the environment.

Referring to fig. 6, 9, 11 and 12, the output driving set 51 includes two rotation shafts 510 rotatably connected to the fixing frame 1 and symmetrically arranged, the rotation shafts 510 penetrate into the inner annular surfaces of the two kidney-shaped annular plates 4, the two rotation shafts 510 are in transmission connection with each other through two sprocket chains symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the rotation shafts, the sprocket chains are located in the connecting grooves 52, two ends of the hinge shaft 55 penetrate through the guiding and moving grooves 54 and are rotatably connected with the top of the horizontal section on the upper side of the chains through the corner plates, and the receiving roller 56 penetrates through the supporting grooves 53 and is rotatably connected with the chains through the corner plates.
Rectangular grooves 511 are formed in one of the vertical sections of the fixing frame 1, a plurality of rotating shafts 510 which are connected to the vertical section of the fixing frame 1 and are opposite to the rectangular grooves 511 and are distributed from top to bottom penetrate through the rectangular grooves 511 and are connected through sprocket chains in a transmission mode, one rotating shaft 510 penetrates through the rectangular grooves 511 and is connected with an external driving motor, and therefore the rotating shafts 510 are driven to rotate synchronously.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 8 and 10, the vibration guiding-out mechanism 6 includes a plurality of inclined plates 60 connected to one side of two vertical sections of the fixing frame 1 far away from the horizontal section, the inclined plates 60 are equidistantly arranged from top to bottom, the inclined plates 60 are provided with guide hoppers 61, the bottoms of the inner walls of the guide hoppers 61 are inclined planes, the tops of the side walls of the guide hoppers 61, which are close to the waist-shaped annular plate 4, are provided with elastic groups 62, the end faces of the fixing frame 1 far away from the waist-shaped annular plate 4 are connected with lifting frames 63 which slide up and down, and the lifting frames 63 are provided with supporting rods 64 which are arranged from top to bottom and are positioned above the guide hoppers 61.
Referring to fig. 10, the elastic set 62 includes a mounting groove formed on a side wall of the guide funnel 61 near the waist-shaped ring plate 4, a u-shaped frame 620 is mounted in the mounting groove through a jacking spring 622, and a vertical section of the u-shaped frame 620 is connected with a jacking roller 621 in a rotating manner after penetrating through the top of the side wall of the guide funnel 61 in a sliding manner.
In the moving process of the bearing box 50 to the guide hopper 61, the baffle 57 on the bearing box 50 gradually moves to the upper part of the guide hopper 61, when the bearing rollers 56 in the same group are separated from the bearing box 50, the baffle 57 moves to the upper part of the inner wall of the guide hopper 61, one end of the bearing box 50, which is far away from the hinge shaft 55, is out of support, then drops downwards along the hinge position of the hinge shaft 55, one end of the bearing box 50, which is far away from the hinge shaft 55, falls on the top touch roller 621, the top touch roller 621 plays a role in buffering the bearing box 50 under the action of the U-shaped frame 620 and the lifting spring 622, the bearing box 50 is prevented from being damaged due to collision with other structures when one end of the bearing box 50 falls off, meanwhile, the dried pigeon manure in the bearing box 50 slides downwards into the guide hopper 61 along the bearing box 50, and the pigeon manure slides down through the inclined plane of the guide hopper 61 to be collected intensively, and convenience in collecting the pigeon manure is improved.
When the rotation of the rotation shaft 510 is stopped, the lifting frame 63 is driven to move up and down by an external driving source (such as an electric sliding block) connected with the lifting frame 63, and the lifting frame 63 drives the supporting rod 64 to push the bearing box 50 to vibrate up and down under the action of the top contact roller 621 and the top lifting spring 622, so that the residual pigeon manure in the bearing box 50 is vibrated down, the pigeon manure is prevented from being remained in the bearing box 50, and the heat transfer effect of the bearing box 50 is influenced.
Referring to fig. 11, the end surface of the waist-shaped ring plate 4 far away from the fixing frame 1, is provided with symmetrically arranged connecting and fixing plates 401, and one end of the rotating shaft 510 far away from the fixing frame 1 is rotationally connected with the connecting and fixing plates 401, so that one end of the rotating shaft 510 is prevented from being suspended, and the rotating shaft is prevented from shaking up and down in the rotating process, so that the conveying of the receiving box 50 is affected.

During operation, after pigeons are discharged from the pigeon cage 7, the pigeon manure in the bearing boxes 50 is heated and dried through the heating and drying group 59 so as to clean and pour the pigeon manure, and when the pigeon manure is cleaned, the output driving group 51 drives the two bearing boxes 50 to move to one side simultaneously, the pigeon manure in one bearing box 50 is poured out firstly, and then the pigeon manure in the bearing box 50 on the other side is reversely moved and poured out.
When the bearing box 50 is inclined, one end of the bearing box 50, which is far away from the hinge shaft 55, falls on the top touch roller 621, the top touch roller 621 plays a role in buffering the bearing box 50 under the action of the U-shaped frame 620 and the jacking spring 622, damage caused by collision with other structures when one end of the bearing box 50 falls is avoided, meanwhile, pigeon manure after drying in the bearing box 50 slides down into the guide hopper 61 along the bearing box 50, and the pigeon manure is intensively collected through the inclined plane sliding of the guide hopper 61, so that the convenience of collecting the pigeon manure is improved.
The bearing box 50 is driven to vibrate up and down under the action of the jacking roller 621 and the jacking spring 622 through the vibration guiding mechanism 6, so that residual pigeon manure in the bearing box 50 is vibrated to fall, the pigeon manure is prevented from being remained in the bearing box 50, the heat transfer effect of the bearing box 50 is affected, the automatic cleaning function of the pigeon manure is realized, and the pigeon breeding environment is improved.
