Abstract
本发明公开了一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,属于汽车内饰技术领域,采用复合模具模压工艺取代手工复合面料粘结过程,复合模具根据不同曲面设定不同型腔间隙,材料在粘结过程的压紧度一致,使刺绣麂皮面料达到更好的粘结效果,复合模具温度均匀一致,同样可保证粘结性能稳定性。另外采用3Dmesh材料替代聚氨酯软泡棉作为填充夹层,由于3Dmesh特殊构造,填充支撑性强,在顶棚上复合粘结后可明显提高刺绣麂皮面料外观平整性和立体感效果。本发明采用高压水切割工艺替代手工切割,通过机器手完成自动切割,切割尺寸稳定一致,与数据相符度高。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰技术领域,具体的说是一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法。
背景技术
随着中国汽车工业市场的发展,具有中国元素的汽车内饰产品越来越多的出现在汽车后市场服务中。中国车主的消费心态与欧美等西方设计者理念有些差别,汽车原有内饰统一、单调、乏味、陈旧等因素,无法满足客户个性化需求,国内车主在追求高档、精致、空间、个性等细节内饰上要求愈来愈高,偏向于内饰要求的个性化设计在中国汽车后市场的发展空间可谓是越来越大。顶棚作为内饰件重要组成部分,近些年在个性化定制方面发展迅猛,但刺绣仿麂皮顶棚受工艺局限性影响一直很难大批量投产。
现有技术在复合刺绣面料工艺方面采用手工粘结骨架与聚氨酯软泡棉、刺绣仿麂皮,效率低下,制作单件耗用工时长达10小时,日产能2-3件,这种工艺的局限性严重制约了刺绣仿麂皮顶棚在汽车上的批量应用。
另外面饰材料粘结采用人工复合,存在差异性,局部粘结不良导致开胶,影响粘结性能。
刺绣面料与骨架之间选用聚氨酯软泡棉作为填充夹层,这种材料粘结性和支撑性不足,降低了刺绣面料复合外观平整性和立体感效果
现有技术采用手工切割,受人员熟练度和切割精度影响,产品尺寸误差大,一致性差。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,采用复合模具模压工艺取代手工复合面料粘结过程,复合模具根据不同曲面设定不同型腔间隙,材料在粘结过程的压紧度一致,使刺绣麂皮面料达到更好的粘结效果,复合模具温度均匀一致,同样可保证粘结性能稳定性。另外采用3Dmesh材料替代聚氨酯软泡棉作为填充夹层,由于3Dmesh特殊构造,填充支撑性强,在顶棚上复合粘结后可明显提高刺绣麂皮面料外观平整性和立体感效果。本发明采用高压水切割工艺替代手工切割,通过机器手完成自动切割,切割尺寸稳定一致,与数据相符度高。
本发明技术方案如下,一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将PU板材经过双面滚涂胶粘剂,对PU板材双面洒水处理,将无纺布、玻纤毡和PU板按依次进行叠料,放入模具中,进行第一热压合模;
S2将双组分复合胶按胶与固化剂100:5配比,在骨架无纺布表面和3Dmesh一面喷胶,将骨架和3Dmesh喷胶面贴合,放入模具中,进行第二热压合模;
S3在3Dmesh另一面和刺绣仿麂皮面料无刺绣面喷胶,将粘接3Dmesh的骨架和刺绣仿麂皮面料贴合,放入模具中,进行第三热压合模;
S4采用高压水切割方式对顶棚边孔尺寸进行自动切割,通过自动装配线完成附件安装和面料包边,完成全工序制造。
进一步的,步骤S1中,第一热压合模温度为110-120℃,保压时间为35s。
进一步的,步骤S2中,喷胶量控制在60g/㎡,喷胶后,自然晾置15min。
进一步的,步骤S2中,第二热压合模温度为90-100℃,保压时间为60s。
进一步的,步骤S3中,胶为聚氨酯水性胶,喷胶量100g-120/㎡,喷胶后,自然晾置15min。
进一步的,步骤S3中,第三热压合模温度为80-90℃,保压时间为60s。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用模具复合粘结刺绣仿麂皮面料和3Dmesh,大幅提高生产效率,单件生产工时1.5小时,如果用模具按节拍连续作业,可实现日产100-200件,产量大幅提高,为刺绣面料顶棚批量应用奠定基础,同时面料的粘结效果和一致性得到保证;3Dmesh材料的选用,刺绣仿麂皮面料外观平整性和立体感效果显著提高;使用高压水切割工艺,提高了顶棚切割精度和数据相符度。

现有顶棚的生产工艺包含骨架成型、面饰复合、切割装配三个步骤,所涉及原材料包括PU板、无纺布、玻纤毡、胶粘剂、溶剂型复合胶、刺绣仿麂皮面料、聚氨酯软泡棉,第一步骤骨架成型过程:将PU板材经过双面滚涂胶粘剂,然后进行双面洒水处理,下一步将无纺布、玻纤毡、PU板按材料结构进行叠料,放置到模具上,经过一定保压时间热压成型,形成具有一定造型和强度的顶棚骨架基型;第二步骤面料复合过程:将双组分复合胶按胶与固化剂100:5配比,混合均匀后通过喷胶***在骨架表面喷胶,同时在聚氨酯软泡棉单面进行喷胶,喷胶量控制在100g/㎡,自然晾置2小时,操作人员手工使用热风枪激活骨架表面胶粘性,手工按压的方式逐步将聚氨酯软泡棉粘结到顶棚骨架表面,然后将复合到骨架上的聚氨酯软泡棉表面再次喷胶,同时将刺绣仿麂皮面料粘结面也同步喷胶,自然晾置2小时,操作人员手工使用热风枪激活骨架表面胶粘性,手工按压的方式完成刺绣仿麂皮复合。第三步骤切割装配:通过手工使用壁纸刀的切割方式完成顶棚边孔及包边预留尺寸切割,同时通过自动装配线完成附件安装、面料包边;刺绣仿麂皮顶棚完成全工序制造。
本发明是一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚生产工艺,主要生产工艺包含骨架成型、面饰复合、切割装配三个步骤。所涉及原材料包括PU板、无纺布、玻纤毡、胶粘剂、溶剂型复合胶、刺绣仿麂皮面料、3Dmesh。
第一步骤骨架成型过程:将PU板材经过双面滚涂胶粘剂,然后进行双面洒水处理,下一步将无纺布、玻纤毡、PU板按材料结构进行叠料,放置到模具上,经过一定保压时间热压成型,形成具有一定造型和强度的顶棚骨架基型;
第二步骤面料复合过程:将双组分复合胶按胶与固化剂100:5配比,混合均匀后通过喷胶***在骨架表面喷胶,同时在3Dmesh单面进行喷胶,喷胶量控制在60g/㎡,自然晾置15min,将喷胶骨架和3Dmesh同步放置到模具中,模具设定90-100℃加热温度,合模保压60秒,充分激活胶水完成粘结,然后在3Dmesh表面和刺绣面料粘结面再次喷胶,喷胶量控制在100g/㎡,自然晾置15min,将复合3Dmesh的骨架和刺绣仿麂皮面料再次放置到模具中,合模保压60秒,完成面料复合工艺。
第三步骤切割装配:采用高压水切割方式对顶棚边孔尺寸进行自动切割,去除废料,然后通过自动装配线完成附件安装和面料包边,刺绣仿麂皮顶棚完成全工序制造。
在选材方面,本发明的3Dmesh取代原来的聚氨酯软泡棉,刺绣仿麂皮面料外观平整性和立体感效果显著提高,3Dmesh与刺绣仿麂皮面料粘结强度更好,提高了顶棚面饰剥离力性能。
在工艺方面,模具的模压复合的技术优势远远优于人员手工复合,可靠性更强,外观和粘结一致性更好,同时大幅提升了生产效率。

Claims (6)
1.一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将PU板材经过双面滚涂胶粘剂,对PU板材双面洒水处理,将无纺布、玻纤毡和PU板按依次进行叠料,放入模具中,进行第一热压合模;
S2:将双组分复合胶按胶与固化剂100:5配比,在骨架无纺布表面和3Dmesh一面喷胶,将骨架和3Dmesh喷胶面贴合,放入模具中,进行第二热压合模;
S3:在3Dmesh另一面和刺绣仿麂皮面料无刺绣面喷胶,将粘接3Dmesh的骨架和刺绣仿麂皮面料贴合,放入模具中,进行第三热压合模;
S4:采用高压水切割方式对顶棚边孔尺寸进行自动切割,通过自动装配线完成附件安装和面料包边,完成全工序制造。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述第一热压合模温度为110-120℃,保压时间为35s。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,喷胶量60g/㎡,喷胶后,自然晾置15min。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述第二热压合模温度为90-100℃,保压时间为60s。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,采用聚氨酯水性胶,喷胶量100g-120/㎡,喷胶后,自然晾置15min。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种刺绣仿麂皮顶棚的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述第三热压合模温度为80-90℃,保压时间为60s。
