In other embodiments, the abutment surface 142 may be formed by forming an abutment surface by protruding the locking member 150, and forming the abutment surface 142 on one side of the abutment surface.
Referring to fig. 3, the locking member 150 includes a locking arm 151 and a locking shaft 152, a penetrating hole 153 is formed at a first end of the locking arm 151, a second end of the locking arm 151 is in locking engagement with the fastener 140, the locking shaft 152 is in locking engagement with the penetrating hole 153, one end of the locking shaft 152 extends out of the penetrating hole 153 to be rotatably connected with the mounting frame 113, and the other end of the locking shaft 152 extends out of the penetrating hole 153 to be connected with the operating portion 160.
The locking arm 151 and the mounting frame 113 are connected through the locking shaft 152, so that the structure is simple and the installation is easy. In addition, the locking shaft 152 is in a rotation-stopping fit with the through hole 153, so that one of the locking shaft 152 and the through hole 153 is provided with a rotation-stopping groove 154, and the other is provided with a rotation-stopping protrusion 155, and the locking shaft 152 is in rotation-stopping fit with the through hole 153 by the rotation-stopping groove 154 and the rotation-stopping protrusion 155, so that the locking shaft 152 rotates to drive the locking arm 151 to synchronously rotate.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the outer periphery of the locking shaft 152 is convexly provided with a first flange 156, the first flange 156 is disposed on a side of the through hole 153 facing away from the mounting frame 113, and an end surface of the first flange 156 is used for abutting against the periphery of the through hole 153.
By providing the first flange 156, and the end surface of the first flange 156 abuts against the periphery of the through hole 153, the locking shaft 152 is prevented from moving towards the mounting frame 113, and the mounting frame 113 is prevented from being damaged due to stress concentration.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the housing 114 is provided with an avoidance port, the locking shaft 152 extends out of the avoidance port and is connected with the operation portion 160, a second flange 157 is convexly arranged on the outer periphery of the locking shaft 152, the second flange 157 is located in the housing 114, and an end face of the second flange 157 is used for being abutted with the periphery of the avoidance port, so that limiting of the locking shaft 152 is achieved, and the locking shaft 152 is prevented from falling from the avoidance port.
The principle of realizing the abutment of the end surface of the second flange 157 with the peripheral edge of the relief opening is as follows: the second flange 157 has a size greater than the size of the relief opening such that an end surface of the second flange 157 may abut the periphery of the relief opening.
Specifically, the locking shaft 152 may be connected to the operating portion 160 in various manners, in one embodiment, the locking shaft 152 and the operating portion 160 may be engaged by a locking protrusion and a locking slot, in other embodiments, the operating portion 160 may be integrally formed with the locking shaft 152, or the locking shaft 152 and the operating portion 160 may be welded and fixed, or may be connected by glue, etc., which is not limited to this aspect of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the fastener 140 has a fork 144 with an opening opened upward, and the fastening mouth of the door hook 130 is fastened to the fork 144, and since the opening of the fork 144 of the fastener 140 is disposed upward, when it is required to disengage the fastening mouth of the door hook 130 from the fork 144, a downward force needs to be applied to the fork 144 so that the opening of the fork 144 rotates downward, and the door hook 130 is generally disposed to be connected to the handle, and thus, a downward force needs to be applied to the handle when the door is opened, and the operation is simple. The human body force application habit is met, and the user experience is improved.
The fastener 140 has a pivot portion 145, a shift fork 144 portion, and a lock portion 147.
The pivot portion 145 is pivotally mounted to the main unit 110.
Specifically, the main machine 110 is provided with a pivot shaft 115, a boss 116 is protruding on a side wall of the pivot shaft 115, an installation hole 148 is provided on the pivot portion 145, a guide groove 149 is provided on an inner wall surface of the installation hole 148 along an axial direction of the installation hole, during installation, the guide groove 149 is aligned with the boss 116, the pivot portion 145 is sleeved on the pivot shaft 115, the pivot portion 145 is made to slide close to the main machine 110, the boss 116 protrudes out of the guide groove 149, an end surface of the pivot portion 145, which faces the main machine 110, of the boss 116 abuts against an end surface, which faces away from the main machine 110, of the pivot portion 145, the boss 116 and the guide groove 149 are staggered along a rotation direction of the locking piece 150, a movable stroke of the pivot portion 145, which faces away from the main machine 110, is limited, and the pivot portion 145 is prevented from falling off from the pivot portion 145. In addition, the boss 116 provides a predetermined rotational friction force of the pivoting part 145, so that the pivoting part 145 can be rotated by a predetermined external force and also can maintain a current angular position (i.e., a current position) after the external force is removed.
The shifting fork portion 146 and the locking portion 147 are connected to the pivot portion 145, and are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the pivot portion 145, and the shifting fork portion 146 is engaged with the door hook 130, so that the door body 120 can be locked relative to the main machine 110, that is, the second locking of the above embodiment is completed. The locking portion 147 is locked with the locking member 150, and locking of the pivoting portion 145 can be achieved, i.e., the locking of the first lock in the above-described embodiment is completed.
In some embodiments, the pivot portion 145, the fork portion 146, and the locking portion 147 may be integrally provided.
Specifically, the locking portion 147 is provided with a notch 141, and the locking element 150 is adapted to move into the notch 141 to be in locking engagement with the fastener 140. The notch 141 not only can play a role of locking, but also reduces the arrangement space of the locking member 150 and the fastening member 140 along the first axis direction to some extent, so that the cooking appliance 100 is small and attractive in size.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the cooking appliance 100 may further include a first reset member 170.
The first reset member 170 may be resiliently coupled between the locking member 150 and the host 110, and the first reset member 170 may be used to drive the locking member 150 to remain in the first position.
Referring to fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present application, the first restoring member 170 includes a first torsion spring, and the main unit 110 and the locking member 150 are provided with clamping holes 180, and both ends of the torsion spring are respectively clamped in the two clamping holes 180, so that the first restoring member 170 is connected with the main unit 110 and the locking member 150, so that the locking member 150 can be maintained at the first position.
In actual implementation, when the user rotates the operation part, the locking member 150 may rotate from the first position to the second position, during which the first reset member 170 disposed between the main unit 110 and the locking member 150 is continuously compressed, and the elastic force applied to the locking member 150 by the first reset member 170 is continuously increased until the locking member 150 slides to the second position against the elastic force, at this time, the first lock of the cooking appliance 100 is released, and the user may pull the door handle 121 to pull the door body 120 downward, i.e., unlock the second lock of the cooking appliance 100.
After the door is opened, the user can release the operation part 160, and after the manpower applied to the locking element 150 to overcome the elastic force disappears, the locking element 150 can rotate from the second position to the first position, so that the automatic resetting of the locking element 150 is realized, and the operation is simple.
According to the cooking utensil 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement of the first resetting piece 170, the locking piece 150 can automatically return to the first position after the user releases the operation part 160, and the clamping hole 180 is arranged, so that the first resetting piece 170 is not easy to fall off and is durable, and meanwhile, the cooking utensil is simple in structure, single in assembly part, low in processing precision requirement and convenient to install.
In some embodiments, cooking utensil 100 further comprises a second return member 190, second return member 190 being resiliently coupled between fastener 140 and main body 110, and second return member 190 and door hook 130 being in opposition to the moment of fastener 140 when the door is opened.
Through setting up the second piece 190 that resets of connecting between buckling piece 140 and host computer 110, the moment of second piece 190 that resets and door hook 130 are opposite buckling piece 140 when opening the door realizes being taken as the external force on door body 120 and is removed the back, and door body 120 can be under the effect of second piece 190 that resets, and simple structure easily operates in automatic the returning to initial position.
In particular, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the second restoring member 190 may be a torsion spring, although in other embodiments, the second restoring member 190 may be selected as desired, as the application is not limited in this regard.

Claims (12)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a main body having a cooking cavity;
the door body is pivotally arranged on the host machine and used for closing the cooking cavity;
the door hook is arranged on the door body and extends out of the backboard of the door body;
the buckling piece is pivotally mounted on the host machine around a first axis and is used for buckling with the door hook;
the locking piece is pivotally arranged on the host machine around a second axis, the first axis is parallel to the second axis, a first position and a second position are provided in the rotating stroke of the locking piece, the locking piece is suitable for being locked with the buckling piece in the first position, the locking piece is suitable for being unlocked with the buckling piece in the second position, and the door hook is used for driving the buckling piece to rotate in a direction of being separated from the door hook when the buckling piece is unlocked and the door body rotates in the opening direction; the method comprises the steps of,
and the operation part is connected with the locking piece and is at least used for driving the locking piece to rotate from a first position to a second position.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1 wherein the pivot axis of the door body is located in a lower portion of the main body, the clasp is mounted to an upper side portion of the main body, and at least a portion of the door hook extends from a back plate of the door body.
3. Cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the host comprises:
the inner container is provided with a cooking cavity;
the mounting frame is mounted on the inner container, the buckling piece is pivotally mounted on one side of the mounting frame, which is away from the inner container, and the locking piece is rotatably mounted on one side of the mounting frame, which is away from the host;
and the outer cover is covered outside the inner container, and at least part of the operating part extends out of the outer cover.
4. A cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the first end of the locking member is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket and the second end of the locking member is adapted to be in locking engagement with the fastener.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 4 wherein the sides of the clasp are provided with notches to form abutment surfaces extending radially along the pivot axis;
in the first position, the second end of the locking element may abut the abutment surface.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the locking member includes a locking arm and a locking shaft, a first end portion of the locking arm is provided with a penetrating hole, a second end portion of the locking arm is in locking engagement with the fastener, the locking shaft is in locking engagement with the penetrating hole, one end of the locking shaft extends out of the penetrating hole to be in rotational connection with the mounting frame, and the other end of the locking shaft extends out of the penetrating hole to be in connection with the operating portion.
7. The cooking apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a first flange is provided on an outer periphery of the locking shaft, the first flange is provided on a side of the through hole facing away from the mounting frame, and an end surface of the first flange is configured to abut against a periphery of the through hole.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the outer cover is provided with an avoidance port, the locking rotating shaft extends out of the avoidance port to be connected with the operation portion, a second flange is convexly arranged on the outer periphery of the locking rotating shaft, the second flange is located in the outer cover, and an end face of the second flange is used for being abutted with the periphery of the avoidance port.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fastener has a fork with an opening opened upward, and the fastening opening of the door hook is fastened to the fork.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 1 or 2, wherein the clasp has:
a pivoting portion pivotally mounted to the main body;
the shifting fork part and the locking part are connected with the pivoting part and are spaced along the circumferential direction of the pivoting part, the shifting fork part is buckled with the door hook, and the locking part is locked with the locking piece.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 10 wherein the locking portion is provided with a notch and the locking member is adapted to move into the notch to lockingly engage the clasp.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
the first reset piece is elastically connected between the locking piece and the host, and is used for driving the locking piece to be kept at a first position;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the second reset piece is elastically connected between the buckling piece and the host, and the moment of the second reset piece and the moment of the door hook on the buckling piece are opposite when the door is opened.
